Abstract: System dynamics was used to analyze the sustainable development issues of flood detention basin form the perspective of economic, population, resources and environmental. Based on the analysis of the subsystems characteristics and internal factors affect between the various subsystems constructed Dongting Lake flood detention basin’s system dynamics model of sustainable development was build. Constraint and exogenous variables analysis based on the model structure was taken. And from the perspective of economic planning, population control and River Basin Compensation, offered proposals for the promotion of Dongting Lake flood detention basin’s sustainable development.

Abstract: For carbon dioxide capture and geologic storage to be deployed commercially and in a widespread manner will require well thought out economic feasibility. As one of the main coalbed methane resource reservoirs of China, Qinshui Basin is being widely technical studied about how to enhance coalbed methane recovery by CO2 injection (CO2-ECBM). In this study, an economic feasibility evaluation is presented to discuss economy to the CO2-ECBM, and how to choose the best exploit scheme. Two exploiting schemes were compared. The evaluation results show the exploit scheme that the CO2 storage potential is designed 1.5 Mt/year, the well configuration pattern is 5-spot 160 ac, and the exploited area is 194 km2 is a better choice. The sensitivity analysis results show the profit is the most sensitive parameter, which reminds us should strictly control this uncertainty. The CO2-ECBM project has a strong robustness, and the Qinshui Basin has a further CO2-ECBM prospect from economical view.

Abstract: Based on the theory and method of eco-efficiency, the relative efficiency index (Ri) was constructed in the paper. According to the range of the relative efficiency index, the industrial sectors can be divided into four categories. When Ri≥R+0.5δ , the industry should be encouraged. When R≤Ri<R+0.5δ, the industry should be optimized and updated. When R-0.5δ≤Ri<R, the industry should be transformed and elevated. When Ri<R-0.5δ, the industry should be restricted, even eliminated. Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province was selected to be the typical base for further analysis. The results showed that from the perspective of saving water and energy, six important industries, including Paper and paper products, Textile, Beverage Manufacturing, Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry, should be restricted, even eliminated. From the perspective of water pollution control, twelve industries, such as Paper and paper products, Textile, Chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing industry should be restricted, even eliminated. From the perspective of air pollution control, four industries, including Paper and paper products, Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, Electricity, heat production and supply, Non-metallic mineral products industry should be restricted, even eliminated. Besides, the Paper and paper products, the Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry theoretically were the highlight of the industries which should be restricted, even eliminated.

Abstract: As low-carbon and high-efficient, creative industries are considered more and more important in economic development. This paper calculates direct correlation effect and enterprise spread effect, trying to reveal the degree of relationship and radiation effect between Beijing cultural creative industries and each industry in national economy. The Empirical analysis shows strong industry association in Beijing, which is suitable for cluster development. Creative industries has significant relevant with almost all leading industries in the city, inevitably playing an important strategic role in the process of building a low-carbon city.

Abstract: Network optimization design of green supply chains not only decides the structure and value of supply chains themselves, but also has great impact on the healthy, low-carbon development of whole society’s logistics system and transportation system. Based on carbon footprint theory, this paper elaborates the influence of carbon emission on overall value of supply chain. Penalty function coefficient is introduced to covert a multi-objective optimization problem to a single objective one; three objects, namely, profitability, service level and environmental protection, are thus coordinated. A network optimization model is also developed so as to achieve a green, low carbon supply chain, and to balance cost, response time and carbon footprint. An example is offered as proof of this model’s effectiveness, serving as a supplementary solution to optimization design of green supply chain network.

Abstract: Because of China's various regions in geographic location, population, resource endowment, economic and technical conditions are different. Therefore, in the practice process, we should suit one's measures to local conditions to choose promotion mechanism of regional circular economy development by considering factors of regional resources and economic development level. This paper summarizes the type of mechanism to promote circular economy, based on the analysis characteristics of resources and the environment, social development, and circulating levels of economic development of eastern, central and western regions, proposed market mechanism will be more conductive to the advance of the future development of circular economy of the eastern region, government guidance, enterprise practice, public participation mechanism for promoting cooperative development model more in line with the circular economy development stage of the central region, and promoting mechanism dominated by the government will effectively promote the development of circular economy in the western region. At the same time, this paper proposed specific implementation path of all promoting mechanism.

Abstract: Agricultural producing activity is one of the emission sources of greenhouse gases, and carbon footprint is a new concept emerging in the context of developing low-carbon economy. In this paper, the agricultural carbon footprint in Liaoning Province was calculated and analyzed with carbon footprint method. According to the results, carbon cost caused by the application of chemical fertilizer and land irrigation, as well as the application of diesel oil in agricultural machinery takes up a high percentage in the input carbon footprint, and the total carbon footprint increases year by year. The carbon intensity calculated in unit output occurs in a declining trend, while the carbon intensity calculated in unit cultivated area fluctuates constantly in a small range, and the carbon efficiency occurs in evident increasing trend. Finally, deficiencies of the study and problems that should be further discussed were proposed.

Abstract: Logistics is a socialized and systematic industry with obvious externality. It can not only improve efficiency, but also integrate all social resources. As a strong comprehensive and connective industry, low carbon logistics penetrate into each industry rapidly, but its great development has brought the indelible influence on China’s ecological environment. Thus, based on the study of influence factor of low-carbon logistics, the principal component influence factors were abstracted by using principal component analysis. Then, the paper studied the development path of low-carbon logistics, and put forward some countermeasures.
