Abstract: According to the statistics from 1980 to 2010 in Hebei province's GDP growth, as well as the total energy consumption EC statistics., the author conducted an empirical study on the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption in Hebei, using co-integration analysis, Granger causality test and error correction model. Studies have shown that it exists cointegration between economic growth and energy consumption in Hebei Province, and there was unidirectional causality from energy consumption to economic growth. that is, economic growth in Hebei Province is energy-dependent. Based on the research results, this paper gives some suggestions for economic development in Hebei Province.

Abstract: The sustainable development evaluation of reservoir resettlement has great significance to future planning and implementation of water conservancy and hydropower projects. Based on the analysis of the current condition of reservoir resettlement, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system for sustainable development of reservoir resettlement, with the consideration of economic, social, cultural and environmental factors. The Analytic Hierarchy Process method is proposed to determine the weight of each index. The case of the Three Gorges reservoir resettlement in Tianchang, Anhui is analyzed, and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.

Abstract: In order to find a better way to solve the Vehicle Routing Problem ,this paper puts forward a new way. In this paper combines Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm and Tabu Search Algorithm to solve the Vehicle Routing Problem, at first use Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm to get the phase solution as the initial solution of Tabu Search Algorithm, and then get the best solution of the problem by Tabu Search Algorithm.Experiments show this has a good search ability to Vehicle Routing Problem.

Abstract: This article established indicators system and Gray-connection method of Islands stainable development appraisement basing on the domestic and abroad studied results of stainable development and combining the practice of the Islands and data obtained. Which are the bases of further discussion of the stainable development patterns of Island and important principle for the decision-making,management and control of littoral stainable development.

Abstract: In response to climate change convention, Green Growth Policy was implemented in Korea and GENCOs are having a huge burden financially because of this policy. To clear these problems, it is necessary to make adaptive strategy for Green Growth Policy to reduce overall cost. However, the existing tools have limitation that it cannot consider the environmental constraints in solving this problem. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a generation expansion planning model which can consider the environmental constraints and studied GENCO’s optimal portfolio strategy by selecting expected scenarios.

Abstract: This paper investigates the dynamic causal relationship between energy consumption and economic growth in Beijing over the period 1980-2012. The Johansen co-integration test, Granger causality test and the vector error correction model (VECM) are used to calculate the causal relationship between energy consumption and economic growth. The conclusion is that there exists a co-integration relationship between energy consumption and economic growth, and this relationship is a one way relationship from economic growth to energy consumption. Further, using VECM, the long-term and short-term elasticity from economy to energy consumption are 0.43 and 0.14 separately. Statistical analysis shows that, from 1980 to 2011, every 1% growth in GDP annually would drive energy consumption increasing rate by 0.43% correspondently.

Abstract: Tourism industry cluster can keep the coordination and integrity of the regional tourist development with the advantages of scale and competitive economy. The tourism industry cluster gathers a large batch of tourist enterprises, which intensifies unreasonable use of resources and pollution of ecological environment, and building eco-type tourism industry cluster is the very effective way to solve the problem. In order to guide the tourism industry cluster to break away from this status, this paper puts forward importance of ecological development in tourism industry cluster based on the analyzing of the feasibility and necessity. Secondly, it constructs a ways of ecological development for tourism industry cluster. Lastly, it puts forward supporting measures of ecological tourism industry cluster development including strengthen government intervention, carry out green GDP, improve pricing mechanism .

Abstract: According to 273 peasant household samples in major grain producing areas of Tieling city, Liaoning province, the paper establishes binary Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of peasant household land outflow behavior. It turns out that age, education level, migrant workers number, family economic income structure, non-agricultural employment ability and distance between farmland and county have significant positive correlation with peasant household land outflow behavior, farmland fragmentary degree has significant negative correlation. On this basis, the paper suggests that the government should strengthen peasant household non-agricultural employment ability, change family income structure, broaden the income channels to increase the driving force of land outflow, and perfect the rural social security system, weaken the land safeguard function to reduce the worries of land outflow.

Abstract: In the case of the global environmental crisis, the reflection of the traditional tourism mode and the demand growth of ecological tourism market, the way of tourism must be changed. The development model of tourism circular economy has become the effective way to realize the sustainable development of tourism industry. Shandong province has been at the forefront of the development of the tourism industry in China. “Friendly Shandong” is the most distinctive logo on the tourism industry in Shandong Province. The development of tourism circular economy in Shandong province will open a new chapter. We takes the circular economy as a perspective, analyzes the current situation and constraints of the development of tourism in Shandong province, and deeply studies the new path on tourism of Shandong province. By the methods of induction, enthymeme, examples, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, we propose detailed development model and strategy for the tourism circular economy development of Shandong province in the future.
