Abstract: As an innovative form of tourism industry transformation, Eco-tourism Industry Gathering Area is beneficial to tourism industrial scale economy, rich regional tourism brands, promote local tourism economy. In this paper, Case Study Wanlu lake Eco-tourism industry Gathering area is ecological barrier of Guangdong Province, analyze the development of Eco-tourism industry, and Analysis the circular economy, ecology, Wisdom Tour, put forward of Eco-tourism innovative and development .

Abstract: This paper measures the amount of embodied carbon emissions of export trade in 2002, 2007 and 2012. Then by using LMDI method, it decomposes the impact factors on the measuring result of above years. It comes to a conclusion: the expansion of trade is the main factor that increased the embodied carbon emissions; the development of technology is the main factor that decreased the embodied carbon emissions; trade structure effect plays a limited role.

Abstract: Based on such compound theoretical foundation as sustainable development theory, tourism, ecology, economics, system science and other relevant subjects, the thesis analyzes the existing problems in the development of eco-tourism economy and tries to find out the crucial reasons restricting its sustainable development. Besides, it also puts forward some countermeasures for the sustainable development of eco-tourism economy.

Abstract: The inevitable choice of implementing circular economy and achieving sustainable development strategy is venous industry vigorously developing. However, there are some elements that have already restricted the development of venous industry such as deficient knowledge of the development of venous industry, old ideas, lack of government policy support, low industry coupling degree and low technical content and less capital investment. Therefore, in terms of analyzing venous industry development status of China, giving suggestions to improve the venous industry system and government policy.

Abstract: Atmospheric pollution is increasingly serious in China, and coal-fired power plant is an important reason for it; therefore, it is very crucial to adjust energy structure and industry structure for the regional eco-civilization and sustainable development. Taking Baicheng city in western Jilin as an example, by the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, firstly, this paper analyzes the significance and conditions of the development of circular economy of thermal power. Furthermore, the thermal power cycle economic model which is built for promoting and upgrading the regional industrial structure, and strengthening healthy development of social economy and environment. It is suggested to build a virtual eco-industry park, taking Baicheng power generation co. as the core, including internal clean production of the coal-fired power plant, and linking the coal-fired power plants with agriculture, industrial, tourism and recycling industry. Abstract: Circular economy transformation of industrial park refers to reforming and upgrading the traditional industrial park in accordance with the concept of circular economy, with the focus on the transformation and construction of the industrial structure, infrastructure, production technology, management mechanism and so on, thus improving the utilization efficiency of resource and energy, and reducing pollution emissions. Taking Binxi industrial Park as an example, based on the problems existing in the development process, this paper determines the main tasks of circular economy transformation and constructs the main recycling industry chains, providing a model for the circular economy transformation of the industrial parks that are agriculture and Forestry based.

Abstract: With the continuous social development, people gradually become aware of the significance of low-carbon life. As the main force to promote social progress, college students should pay closer attention to this. Therefore, it is necessary for us to strengthen the publicity of education in science and technology in this aspect so as to increase the understanding of college students. This article is mainly the study of the publicity in science and technology on low-carbon living and make several suggestions in the light of current problems.

Abstract: Humanity must choose a low-carbon economy as the way of development, forced by global warming. From the perspective of international competitiveness of industry, low-carbon economy will affect the flow of trade and investment between countries. This article collected 28 manufacturing industries in China from 1995 to 2011 to compare the industrial international competitiveness in traditional evaluation system with which in new evaluation system in low-carbon economy. The results showed that competitiveness of industries fluctuated frequently in low-carbon economy compared with traditional evaluation system, which meant China’s manufacturing internal low-carbon mechanism had not formed.

Abstract: Under the new environmental advocacy, the world economy entered the era of low carbon economy, low carbon tourism as a part of low carbon economy era, a new form of tourism, which is fundamental to achieve sustainable tourism development. Although there have been some achievements in the aspects of low carbon tourism, problems still exist in some aspects that include system, environmental technology and tourists low carbon awareness. This paper expounds on the background of low carbon economy, serving as the "smokeless industry" of tourism industry will decide on what path to follow, and has put forward to build sustainable development strategic planning, strengthen technological innovation strategy and step up publicity and other strategies to achieve tourism. This paper focuses on the application level, hoping to enrich the connotation of low carbon tourism, discusses the realization mechanism of low carbon Tourism.

Abstract: Developing low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice for China. This paper builds an evaluation index system of low-carbon economy and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the development level of China’s low-carbon economy. Then, according to China's actual conditions, some proposals are put forward accordingly.
