Abstract: Characteristics of two kinds of innovation mode are analyzed by automobile market data for Chongqing ,and the calculation results are compared based on BASS model In this paper. The results show that there is the relationship between the Joint innovation and the self - innovation , and there is the same change. Also there is intense competition between them. So we must understand the relationship between them , and use effect of innovation diffusion reasonably to prevent the negative effects of overflow. We Must Improve the mode of technology innovation constantly, and improve the ability of independent innovation of enterprises to promote the innovation ability the country.

Abstract: China is a country of vast maritime territory and the gross ocean production (GOP) depended marine resources have accounted for about 10% of the gross domestic product (GDP). However, when the ocean was deeply explored, the pollution and deterioration of marine environment have become a worldwide issue. In order to maintain the growth of marine economy and protect the marine environment, it is necessary to employ the perspective of sustainable development to take the relationship between marine economy and marine environment as a coupling mechanism. In this paper, the data of marine economy and marine environment in China were analyzed and the development of marine economy and marine environment were divided into three steps. Based on this analysis, the symbiotic relationship of marine economy and marine environment was revealed.

Abstract: In the Tarim economy circle of south Xinjiang, the forestry and fruit is the second pillar industry. The situation of the Tarim economy circle is given here, this paper calculated the resource advantage of the forestry and fruit industry with comprehensive comparative advantage, and obtained the result that the characteristic forestry and fruit industry should focus its development on apricot, pear, jujube and pomegranate, and made comprehensive comparative advantage analysis around the area of Tarim.

Abstract: The rapid development of urbanization promotes the development of the construction industry greatly. Due to long life cycle of the construction projects, construction industry and other industry departments associate widely. Therefore, construction industry inevitably has a big impact on economic growth. Based on the view that science and technology (ST) is the first productive force, this paper calculates 4 kinds of embodied science and technology impacts including ST personnel, full-time equivalent research and development (R&D) personnel, ST activities’ funding and intramural expenditures of construction industry based on the developed input–output social life-cycle assessment (S-LCA) model and satellite matrix. Results show that the ST personnel, full-time equivalent R&D personnel, ST activities’ funding and intramural expenditures between 2002 and 2007 all have increased in different degrees, so as to promote the overall development of economy and science.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the environmental deterioration and resource exhaustion gradually become prominent. As the environmental and resource problems have become the restriction factors for economic development, vigorously developing venous industry is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development. In the regard of developing venous industry, Japan implements the environmental management philosophy into its business activities, establishes corresponding legal systems as well as constructs and constantly perfects the market mechanisms, which are all worth learning by China.

Abstract: Taking the path of sustainable development in Shandong Province, it is inevitable to make “low carbon” transformation and structure adjustment of economy. The development of low-carbon economy in Shandong Province has attained exacting success which provides the base for the “eco-province” construction. Solar energy, nuclear energy could obtain vigorously development as renewable energy sources, and every city has taken developing low-carbon economy as new economic growth points. Although the three main industries continue optimization and upgrading with support of low-carbon, there are still exist some problems, such as irrational industrial structure, low level of technology, simple energy structure and so on. Therefore, it is necessary for Shandong Province to build long-term mechanism of develop low-carbon, readjust industrial structure, develop low-carbon technologies, and research new energy continuously to solve the bottlenecks in restricting “low-carbon economy” development.

Abstract: Ecological city construction is the only way of sustainable development, and the development direction of future city. This paper discusses the ecological city ’ s basic connotation, necessity, current situation and existing problems, then sums up the practical measures of the ecological city construction.

Abstract: Cities in China have developed rapidly since economic reform. Meanwhile, mass incidents have happened more frequently. The annual growth rate of mass incidents has exceeded that rate of urban population growth and mass incidents have become a serious threaten to further urbanization in China. We first analyse the reason of rapid growth number of mass incidents, then point out that job supplement will trigger severer mass incidents and the development mode of sacrificing environment for economic growth will incur more mass incidents, both of which will be obstacles for China’s urbanization. Therefore we suggest that Chinese government should implement institution reform to overcome these obstacles.

Abstract: Eco-industrial parks (EIPs) are indispensable loading of economic reformation in our country. The cycling and sustainable development of Chinese economy takes Eco-industrial parks as the major form for practice. This article expounds the new ways in the process of the eco-industrial parks’ construction and management from the beginning of construction to the present, focuses on the construction of information platform, data platform, technology innovation platform and the reform of new management mechanism. And briefly illustrates the relationship and effect between the eco-industrial parks’ construction and ecological civilization construction. These new developments had promoting the eco-industrial parks’ construction to be more scientific, and entirely.

Abstract: The scale and size of Chinas ports has grown dramatically in recent years, which has led to a conflict between port development and environmental protection. As environmental protection is a critical issue in China, Port Plan EIA should be more effective in order to address conflict from the beginning. While parts of the Port Plan EIA reports are problematic, such as not scientifically anaylize carrying capacity of port area, countermeasures and mitigations are not reasonable, key targets and environmental background are not clear. These issues have reduced the effectiveness of the Port Plan EIA. Therefore, the suggestions are made to promote Port Plan EIA in different level, carry out basic research work, and lay down Guideline, promote the relationship between the Plan EIA and Project EIA. In these ways, the effectiveness of Port Plan EIA could be increased and Port development could be optmized.
