Abstract: System dynamics was used to analyze the Low-carbon economy in Hunan province form the perspective of economic, social, energy and environmental. Based on the analysis of the subsystems characteristics and internal factors affect between the various subsystems constructed Low-carbon economy system dynamics model in Hunan province was build. Constraint and exogenous variables analysis based on the model structure was taken. And from the perspective of economic planning, the policy system of low carbon economy and carbon trading and carbon compensation system, offered proposals for the promotion of Low-carbon economy in Hunan province.

Abstract: In this paper, based on the data of carbon emissions of county-level in Inner Mongolia autonomous region of China, using the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) model, we quantitatively analyze the effects of six social-economic driving factors, including Gross Domestic Product (GDP), population (Popu), economic growth rate (EconGR), urbanization (Urba), industrial structure (InduS) and road density (RoadD) on regional carbon emissions. The results were achieved as follow:(1) The spatial heterogeneity of carbon emissions of Inner Mongolia and the social-economic factors of affecting carbon emissions are obviously; (2) the correlation among the six factors is low. (3) GDP, InduS and Popu have significant effect on carbon emissions, and effects of EconGR, Urba and RoadD are smaller. The impacts of different factors on carbon emissions at different spatial region show spatial heterogeneity.

Abstract: Based on the theory of Rong-Jie State of generalized virtual economy and took Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City as an example, this paper discussed and analyzed the value realization of Tianjin Eco-City based on the detailed data of construction goals and achievements. The results showed that, in a low-carbon and ecological economic system, material values, environmental values, social and psychology values could be attained in Tianjin Eco-City.

Abstract: In order to deal with global warming, resource depletion and environmental degradation, China must develop low-carbon economy to cope with global climate change and maintain sustainable economic development. The important step in the transfer of low-carbon economy from the theoretical stage to practical application stage is to evaluate the level of economic development of low-carbon and to study its time-space disparities. In this paper, a low-carbon economy index system is used to evaluate comprehensively low-carbon economic development in Hebei Province. The evaluation results are analyzed to verify that the results are consistent with the actual situation of low-carbon economic development by using space-time analysis method.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the present orderly electricity consumption program of Chongqings Two Rivers District, studies the fine power utilization feature mining method, employs the clustering algorithm based of Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) to analyze the load data of important business users, and at last proposes the suggested orderly electricity consumption auxiliary strategy of Two Rivers District. The research results of this paper will provide decision-making basis for the formation and implementation of more rational orderly electricity consumption program in Two Rivers District.

Abstract: Food cold chain is systematic project of a county's economic development which plays a vital role. This paper analyzed the composition conditions and characteristics of food cold chain logistics system, discussed the present situation for development and management of China's food cold chain logistics system. Finally we raised effective measures and recommendations for problems and future development trend of the domestic food cold chain logistics management system.

Abstract: Heavy industry would consume a lot of energy and make serious pollution, so it is important to develop a low-carbon economy for the need of not only changing the mode of economic development, but also building an ecological city. However, in the process of developing a low-carbon economy, there are many problems such as slowly development of carbon alternative industry, backward technology level, short of financing method for low-carbon economy. Therefore, it is important to accelerate the transformation of resource-based cities, promote the recycling of resources, develop alternative and renewable energy resources, improve the financing environment for low-carbon economy, and improve the development of carbon trading.

Abstract: This paper built up a forecasting model for CO2 emission and calcutaled the CO2 emissions of 30 provinces (cities) in China. It’s been found that the CO2 emission amount varies greatly in different provinces (cities). We find that the capacity of energy conservation and emmision reduction of eastern region is best, the western region is in the middle level, while the central region is not good enough. Based on the above, this paper proposed concrete suggestions on energy saving and emission reduction.They are not only in line the national policies but also have took consideration of the economic and social development of different areas.

Abstract: The creative industries are playing an increasingly significant role in the sustainable development of various countries, especially large cities all around the world for its low carbon and high efficiency. On the basis of summarizing the research status of creative industries, this paper focuses on analyzing the particularity of its relevance mode. This paper points out that the creative industries are standing at the top of all traditional industries, and its special industries correlativity mode widely exists inside this industry, between this industry and other industries, among industries in different regions as well as between this industry and traditional industries. The relevance of creative industries shall be utilized to give full play to its promoting function on the transformation of economic growth mode, the upgrading of industrial structure and other aspects, so as to serve for the low carbon economy and sustainable development strategy.

Abstract: DigiEcoCity is an ideal city model which combines the concept of sustainable development, new technologies of digital revolution and functions thar are needed for creating a better life, and is the direction of the future development of low carbon city. Gongqing DigiEcoCity is low carbon economy-oriented in industrial planning, the needs of developing low carbon industry and enhancing the city’s social and economic development are taken into account in planning direction, function structure, land use, road & traffic,construction sequence and so on. The Gongqing DigiEcoCity actively explores the development of low carbon industry and is a pioneer in this field.
