Abstract: Robotics has been widely applied in all kinds of such fields as production, service and special operation, but its integrated intelligence has been limited by the capability of equipped chips. To improve the capability, robots use the services offered by background clusters through the network. The load balancing in cloud robot, in fact, describes the problem of assigning tasks to the front or the back. So far, the load balancing strategy is only for the data server and metadata server load balancing, and does not take the load balancing of task between client and server. In this paper, we put forward an adaptable load balancing of task (ALBT), which is based on the client’s running condition and network delay cost, including basic load balancing of task (BLBT) and dynamic adjusting algorithm (DAA). The basic task load balancing can balance task between robot and cluster system according to the current condition of robot and the complexity of task. In addition, the dynamic adjusting algorithm can in real time transfer task load between them using an event mechanism. ALBT adjusts itself to the environment which can meet robot’s requirements with good performance and robustness.

Abstract: As a mature technology, network video technology is widely accepted by the public. And it has the necessity and feasibility to be combined with the cloud computing technology. The paper analyzes the characteristics and technical needs of cloud network video service platform, and we proposed an infrastructure about how to use the cloud computing technology to build a flexible, reliable, energy-saving and safe services platform.

Abstract: Aiming to improve the efficiency of access to remote database in the virtual laboratory design, the paper analyzes features and shortness of the LabView to have access to remote database and elaborates methods and programming model for LabSQL to implement database access and proposes the integrated application strategy of the LabSQL toolkit and ADO technology. Combined with a network virtual laboratory’s application development, the paper provides access steps based on LabSQL database and virtual laboratory’s design process and it is proved that the program is easy to implement and easy to use.

Abstract: Construction of hospital information has greatly improved in recent years, but there exist many problems in the website construction, which can not satisfy the information needs of both doctors and patients and future demands of market competition. From the perspective of practice, this article introduce WEB2.0 concept and its main application in hospital information construction, which oriented to general health workers and hospital management personnel to improve the service quality and doctor-patient relationship, improve the effect of website promotion, bring more benefits to hospital, and improve modern management level of Chinese hospital. It is the inevitable way to improve the modernization management of hospitals.

Abstract: Recently, Network coding has been proved to be the breakthrough in the research field of network and communication. It is an effective technique to increase network capacity and improve the robustness and reliability of networks. In this paper, there is application of network coding in wireless network. In order to improve the reliability and the throughput of wireless network, we do extensive research on network coding incorporated with the multicast communication in WLAN, the routing optimization in multi-hop network and the retransmission efficiency for wireless broadcast system, and focus on the protocol design and the theory for the performance analysis. On the basis of introduction on basic idea and method of network coding, we proposes a new physical layer network coding scheme for two-way relay channel model based on a belief propagation approach. Then we make performance analysis through numerical simulation.

Abstract: The development of network technology to integrate network health information resources, regulate commerce, associations and other web services and form a diversified public health network information services has a significant meaning for public health network information guidance. This paper proposed the concept of public health information resources service system based on the cloud computing technology and described the location of public health information resources cloud services and cloud deployment model. And we also build an overall framework of information resource cloud service system in which the characteristics and processes of information resource layer, service layer, user layer and evaluation layer were designed.

Abstract: This paper proposes a service-oriented architecture of smart healthcare information service platform with three main services based on concept of cloud computing. In addition to ensuring traditional hospital management and IT-based clinical treatment, this smart healthcare platform also support abundant medical services, such as remote healthcare, chronic illness management, and rural healthcare centers. Rural healthcare centers can largely benefit from cloud based models in terms of cost reduction and resource utilization. It will not only reduce the development cost but improve the maintainability and adoption of evolving technologies.
