Abstract: The non-equal-interval direct optimum Verhulst GM(1,1) model was built which extended equal interval to non-equal-interval and suited for general data modeling and estimating parameters of direct Verhulst GM(1,1)by optimizing the background value and modified x(n) be taken as initial value. The new model need not pre-process the primitive data, accumulated generating operation (AGO) and inverse accumulated generating operation (IAGO). It was not only suited for equal interval data modeling, but also for non-equal interval data modeling. The new model chooses the modified nth component of X(0) as the starting conditions of the grey differential model. As the new information is fully used, the accuracy of fitting is higher. The example showed that the new model was simple and practical. The new model was worth expanding and applying in test data processing or test on-line monitoring and social science and engineering science.

Abstract: Based on the exponential trait of grey model and the definition of integral, the reconstruction method of GM(1,1) model’s background value of non-equal distance sequence was put forward and a kind of non-equidistant optimum grey model GM(1,1) to line-drawing data processing in computer aided design was proposed. The mean relative error is taken as the optimum objective function. The power mutation particle swarm optimization program PMPSO1.0 was compiled with Matlab 7.6 software to make optimization. Two examples were given, their results were compared with the results based other Grey models, respectively. The method can be used for model establishing on equal interval, as well as on non-interval. Moreover, GM(1,1) model’s fitting precision and prediction is advanced and the scope of application is enlarged. The model is simple and practical, and has a generalizing value in the field of CAD.

Abstract: In view of the abnormal phenomenon that a flood peak increased in August 2004 and July 2005 along the lower Yellow River, the mechanism of this abnormal phenomenon is studied. It is found that the flood increase was due to the decrease the channel roughness in the propagation of high concentrated flood carrying the extra fine sediment which was discharged from xiaolangdi reservoir. In view of this, the equation of drag reduction rate is derivated under variable k pattern, and is applied to the reality. The results show that the equation is reliable and has important role in flood control and calculation in water level with hyperconcentration flow. The study of this paper only is a try and discuusion, and need to be improved.

Abstract: With the continuous progress and innovation of science and technology, as well as the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, professional and high skilled personnel demand becomes more and more. But there is a large gap between the supply and demand of high skilled talents. The serious shortage of skilled talents will be the bottleneck to sustainable development of social and economic. Using the method of quadratic functions model and cubic functions model, the supply and demand of the skilled personnel are analyzed quantitatively and the future trend of supply and demand of highly skilled talents are forecasted, in order to find out the supply shortfall of it.

Abstract: In a chip-multiprocessor with a shared cache structure , the competing accesses from different applications degrade the system performance.The accesses degrade the performance and result in non-predicting executing time. Cache partitioning techniques can exclusively partition the shared cache among multiple competing applications. In this paper, the authors design the framework of Process priority-based Multithread Cache Partitioning(PP-MCP),a dynamic shared cache partitioning mechanism to improve the performance of multi-threaded multi-programmed workloads. The framework includes a miss rate monitor , called Application-oriented Miss Rate Monitor (AMRM) , which dynamically collect s miss rate information of multiple multi-threaded applications on different cache partitions , and process priority-based weighted cache partitioning algorithm ,which extends traditional miss rate oriented cache partition algorithms.The algorithm allocates Cache in sequence of the value of the process priority and it ensures that the highest priority process will get enough Cache space; and the applications with more threads tend to get more shared cache in order to improve t he overall system performance. Experiments show that PP-MCP has better IPC throughput and weighted speedup. Specifically , for multi-threaded multi-programmed scientific computing workloads , PP-MCP-1 improves throughput by up to 20% and on average 10 % over PP-MCP-0.

Abstract: Test data compression has been an effective way to reduce test data volume and test time, as well as to solve automatic test equipment (ATE) memory and bandwidth limitation. We analyze the limitations of current test data compression algorithm and draw on the previous experience to deduce an optimal compression coding model suitable for SoC test data. In addition, in this paper we make full use of the relevance of the test vectors and the advantages of statistical coding to present an efficient test data compression method RLE-G based on the coding model, and give the RLE-G the optimal compression efficiency of the boundary conditions and realization steps. The experimental results for ISCAS 89 benchmark circuits demonstrate RLE-G have the excellent advantages of high compression ratio.
