The quality of the weld clad bead geometry is achieved by controlling the process parameters through developing the mathematical model and predicting the significant factors.

It is proposed that differences in mechanical behaviour of AA5083 for the strain rate conditions examined can be attributed to differences in the grain growth behaviour.
However, at that stage of the work neither measurements of grain growth nor cavitation, both of which will affect the SP flow characteristics, had been made.
While the beneficial effects of a rapid prestrain are clear, the most important factor is the effect of this on post-formed mechanical properties, and this aspect of the work remains to be investigated.

Unloading curve: analysis with the Oliver & Pharr method (1992): Most of the methodologies for evaluation of mechanical properties relay in the analysis of the unloading portion of P-h curves.
This last parameter may affect to a large extent the correct evaluation of the mechanical properties of hard materials, as it captures not only the lack of axisymmetry of the indenter but also the radial displacements of the material [3].

To analyze the heat transfer in PECVD reactor considering all of the above factors is very difficult.
Thus Twt decreased with the increase of H1 under the effects of these two opposite factors, but the changes were slightly.
