Fig.1 reveals that the diffraction peaks located at 2θ = 32.4, 34.5, 36.8, 48.1, 57.8, 63.5, 68.3 and 69.2 correspond to (100), (002), (101), (102), (110), (103), (200) and (112) diffraction planes of GaN hexagonal phase, respectively, with lattice constants of a = 3.189 Å and c = 5.200 Å, in good agreement with previously reported data on GaN [2, 20, 22].
Thus, the latter species are likely to control the reduction and nitridation reaction, respectively [29-30].

The technology applied in this project has not only ensured weak disturbance of the shield tunnels and normal operation of the urban subway, but also the following effect of the pile construction: firstly, the pile foundation is constructed as designed smoothly; secondly, compared to the Benoto method, the duration and cost of the construction is saved owing to the optimization of the length and thickness of the casing; besides that, the decrease of the thickness of the casing is benefit to the reduction of the influence on the tunnels.
The effect of this technology in the practical project on reducing the disturbance of the surroundings is discussed through theoretical calculation and analysis of monitoring data.
