Thus, the synthesis of nanoparticles ZnAl2O4 with surface modified with amino silanes such as the 3 - aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, and combined with organic molecules such as chitosan allow the hybrid films obtaining which present themselves as a major clinical and technological advances to improve the human life quality by new biotechnological applications development.

In particular, Ag-doped ZnO on ITO exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity (98%), while Al-doped ZnO showed enhanced optoelectronic performance (T = 92.07%, σ = 3.85 × 10² Ω⁻¹ cm⁻¹), demonstrating the tunability of ZnO properties through combined dopant and substrate engineering.
