Zhang et al. [33] developed a hybrid genetic algorithm for the PFSP to minimize total flowtime.
To evaluate the performance, our hybrid DE algorithm was compared with other powerful methods, e.g. the constructive heuristics of Liu and Reeves [27], the ant colony algorithm of Rajendran and Ziegler [30], the PSOVNS of Tasgetiren et al. [31], the combinatorial PSO algorithm of Jarboui et al. [39] that incorporates simulated annealing as the local search (denoted as H-CPSO), and the opposition-based DE algorithm (denoted as OBDE) recently presented in [37].

Fusarium sp. is a worldwide distributed fungus involved in plant pathology [14, 15], Reyes, et al. [16, 17] incubated biomass of F. oxysporum sp. with CdSO4 and obtained CdS NP of diameters between 80 and 120 nm that were adhered to the cell wall; the authors argued that production was due to the presence of thiol groups.
They were synthesized through a modification of the method of López et al (2009), by mixing cadmium nitrate, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium sulfur.
The peak at 270 nm had been interpreted by Reyes, et al. [16, 17] as characteristic of the presence of CdS NP due to the effects of quantum confinement caused by particle size; however, other authors described that the 270 nm peak indicated the presence of the aromatic aminoacids Tyr and Trp in proteins [8, 13, 27].
