Furthermore, Puertas et al. [76] researched the usage of six forms of ceramic wastes as a substitute raw material in the manufacture of cement clinker.
Medina et al. [78] worked with the partial replacement of coarse aggregates with waste ceramics and found out that the shapes of these waste ceramic aggregates were much more irregular than typical coarse aggregate.
As a final point, significant work was performed by López et al. [79], Guerra et al. [80], and Juan et al. [70], which involved numerous mechanical tests and experiments carried out in the lab so as to determine the suitability of sanitaryware wastes and white ceramic waste as concrete raw materials.
A similar approach was employed by Asha et al., [86] in the batching of the materials for the production of pаpercrete and by Jiménez et al., [87] in the batching of materials for mortar made with ceramics.

It should be mentioned that the phase separation phenomenon was recently used to produce porous polymer microspheres and composite microspheres by Blaker et al. [8], who manually (without using a syringe pump) dropped the polymer solution from a syringe into liquid nitrogen to rapidly induce the phase separation.

Kapuria et al. [4] presented a higher-order zig-zag theory for thermal stress analysis of laminated simply supported beams.
Mahi et al. [11] studied the free vibration of pre-stressed FGM beams.
These models are derived via a Unified Formulation (UF) that has been previously proposed for plates and shells, see Carrera [13], and, then, extended to the analysis of beam structures, see Carrera et al. [14], Giunta et al. [15, 16, 17], Catapano et al. [18] and Koutsawa et al. [19].
Very comprehensive and thorough reviews addressing also computer implementation related can be found in Liu and Gu [26] and Nguyen et al. [27].
The material elastic and thermal properties are: EL = 172.72 GPa, ET = 6.91 GPa, GLT = 3.45 GPa, GTT = 1.38 GPa, νLT = νTT = 0.25, KL = 36.42 W/mK, KT = 0.96 W/mK, αL = 0.57 · 10−6K−1 and αT = 35.60 · 10−6K−1.

In order to minimize crystallization and to reduce interfacial SiO2 formation, the thermal stability of the high-k oxides can be increased by adding Si, Al, or N to the dielectric [36,39,40,41,42].
On top of all of these gate stacks, a metal gate consisting of 10 nm TaN and 300 nm Al was deposited by RF sputtering.
Even though, the monoclinic phase is the most stable, the tetragonal phase can be tuned by temperature, film thickness, or doping (e.g., promising elements are Si, Al, etc).
