Abstract: The paper proposes an AC motor speed regulate system based on ARM. The system's hardware core is the LPC2131, in which processor successfully transplanted the μC/OS-II real-time operating system. In the form of task, each functional module of the system can be achieved on the processor LPC2131.The system is simple hardware circuit, software module to realize the complex control algorithms. Experiments show that the multi-task classify program is feasible on the embedded real-time operating system based on LPC2131 and μC / OS-II, it ensures the system's real-time, has good multi-task operating and transferring characteristics and improves the system stability and reliability.

Abstract: This paper aims to design the inverter control system of alternating current (AC) motors based on Advanced RISC Machines (ARM) and μC/OS-II. The system's hardware core is the LPC2131 in which processor successfully transplanted the μC/OS-II real-time operating system. Abstract: The AMR (Auto Meter Reading) is needs to prepare separate IPs and communication lines for remote communication because DCU (Data Concentration Unit) and wideband modem are identical system required the resource to communication. It is the purpose of the literature to improve system stability and data reliability by means of integrating broadband cable communication part and PLC communication part within DCU. A PLC has some draw-backs in wideband communication because of absences of international standard specifications and the characteristic of power line. We integrated broadband cable modem and PLC modem in DCU. Therefore, the communication system is designed with unified board. PLC modem and broadband cable modem are designed to meet ISO/IEC12139-1 and international specified DOCSIS2.0 standard, respectively.

Abstract: This article is intended to design a static micro-force sensor with a simple structure employing the polymer material PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) film as its sensing element, and will carry out some micro-force tracking tests. During the tracking tests, this paper employs a Fuzzy-PID control method and an ordinary PD control method to control the system, and will also analyze the results of them.

Abstract: The vehicle pedestrian detection system is a kind of solution to car driver assistance. The system can detect pedestrian in dangerous and send early warning to drivers automatically. Therefore, it has practical significance to develop a robust、real-time and stability pedestrian detection system which can reduce and avoid pedestrian accidents effectively. This article completes the vehicle pedestrian detection system based on FPGA. It used the cyclone II EP2C70 DSP development board provided by the Altera Corporation. By testing, the system can determine a size of 320 × 240 grayscale image takes about 723ms at the clock frequency in the 100MHZ. It achieves the desired functionality. The system has better real-time and reliability. At the same time, it has small size, easy to control and the most important is that it has broad application prospects.

Abstract: This paper is devoted to path following control for electro-mechanical systems described by the port-Hamiltonian form. Path following control is investigated mainly for mechanical systems since the desired path is characterized by its ‘position’. Therefore, most of the existing results use the nature of second order differential equations since mechanical systems are described by them. The present paper proposes a new path following controller for 3rd order differential equations described by the port-Hamiltonian form. This is done by generalizing the authors’ former result on passive velocity field control for mechanical systems.

Abstract: The research is aimed at finishing the dynamic simulation of test-bed for cell injecting using IPMC (Ionic Polymer Metal Composites) based on MSC ADAMS. By changing experiment data of the simulation in ADAMS, researchers choose optimization data as the initial parameters of test-bed for cell injecting. A multi-rigid-body system dynamics model of the test-bed for cell injecting is established through analyzing the system dynamic parameters and applying a mechanical dynamic analysis software ADAMS. The optimal PID parameters of microscope’s focusing system are confirmed. Thus relevant actuating motor can control microscope’s lens rapidly and exactly by these parameters. The realization of ordinal simulation provides accurate recognition of experiment system’s initial position and running time. This research finishes dynamic simulation and analysis of a test-bed for cell injecting using ADAMS software. Optimal parameters are chosen for the control system according to simulation and analysis. The theoretical analysis and experimental results can be widely referred by the multi-rigid-body physical prototype manufacture.

Abstract: Five features of slot number-phase table of cell motor are deeply discussed in this paper. Then it is derived that four constraints of cell motor with fractional slot winding and two additional constraints of cell motor with concentrated fractional slot winding. Finally, the equivalent calculation of spread factor of fractional slot motor and integral slot motor is proposed by use of the dummy motor. Because Slot number-phase table is brought in, the method proposed by this paper is convenient to carry out automatic analysis and calculation by computer.

Abstract: Failing to promptly close the valve whose circuits have been burnt out is one of the important causes leading to an amount of oil leakage after the Dalian oil pipeline explosion. Moreover, the opening/closing torque of the manual valves will be bigger due to no actions for a long time, corrosion, rust, etc. And the operators will stay in a dangerous environment for a long time and thus they will have life problems when there are abnormal conditions or accident conditions. This paper proposes a design idea of a novel rapidly-opening/closing actuator of a manual valve, in order to resolve the problem that how to open/close a manual valve rapidly. The research on the rapidly-opening/closing actuator of a manual valve should include the calculation of the opening/closing torque of the manual valve and the designs of the deceleration machine and the chuck. The output shaft of the deceleration machine connects with a chuck, while the chuck connects with the wheel of the valve. The work principle of the actuator is that a motor drives the rotation movement of the deceleration machine so as to realize the rapid opening/ closing of the valve. This paper mainly focuses on the design of the deceleration machine, wherein the structure of planetary gear is designed through the theoretical calculation and the computer-aided design method. The research of the method provides the design method and the technical support for the design of the rapidly-opening/closing actuator of the manual valve. The actuator could be employed to the safety prevention departments of the chemical industries after the successful design of the device. The device can be utilized to cope with the problem that how to open/close a manual valve with more rotating laps or in emergency conditions rapidly. Moreover, the accident rescue ability of the chemical industries will be further improved, and the loss of the accidents will be reduced.

Abstract: To ensure a given chord error, through the division of the cusp, the NURBS (Non-Uniform Rational B-Splins) curve is divided into several sections and the speed of the various sections is planned accordingly. The acceleration and deceleration time period is recalculated, which results in a smooth speed transition curve.
