Following this approach it becomes possible to develop technical sound as well as highly usable solutions that have a significant and immediate effect in the application area. The scope of the conference considers smart homes that contribute to the generation, storage and distribution of energy as well as concepts for residential environments that provide comfort, security, infotainment and medical support.
