Abstract: TiO2 layers were fabricated via micro-arc oxidation process in the electrolyte of adding rare earth and in original electrolyte solution respectively .The ceramic membrane and the change of voltage were analysed.The results indicated, the ceramic membrane were formed faster in electrolyte solution of addingrare earth. Surface morphology and voltage changed obviously by adding rare earth salt. The optimal concentration of ceric sulfate and lanthanum nitrate were 0.018 mol /L and 0.046 mol /L respectively.

Abstract: In this paper, the ultra-low carbon IF steel was studied by dynamic baking and the influence of dynamic baking process parameters on bake-hardening performance was analysed .The result is: The maximum bake-hardening value occur at 5 min. After 5 min ,the bake-hardening value gradually decreased and stabilized finally. The BH value gradually increases along with the increase of temperature. The BH value reaches to the maximum with the stretch rate of 5.64*10-4mm/s and 0.00169mm/s.The BH value decreases along with the increase of pre-strain increases.

Abstract: This paper presents the multilevel method basic theory and its material progress which is used in water lubricated plastic alloy bearing’s elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) numerical calculation. On base of liner contact theory, the results of water lubricated plastic alloy bearing’s EHL numerical calculation model are gained to describe dimensionless pressure and water thickness curves. It discloses the lubrication mechanism of the water lubricated plastic alloy bearing’s EHL. The cuneiform water film of frictional surface between bearing and spindle is come into being because the plastic alloy has high elasticity and lower Young’s modulus which lead the water lubricated bearing is easy to be distorted

Abstract: To study the characteristic fruit manipulator in southern China, architecture of fruit manipulator virtual design system was build by the use of modular technology. Parameterize the feature properties of picking manipulator, so the reusable parametric model was build. Based on the database technology, the knowledge base was build, including examples base, constraint rules and research status. Moreover, visualization 3D simulation of the processing of picking was realized under the virtual environment. Finally, through the development of experimental prototype, the virtual design system and its key technologies can be verified.

Abstract: The power plant boiler mainly constitutes of pipelines for the main steam, hot sections of the reheated steam, cold sections of the reheated steam and the high pressure feed water. Material selection of the four main pipelines will have a marked effect on the security and economy of the power plant operation. The main steam pressure of the 1000MW ultra supercritical unit in Tianjin SDIC Jinneng Electric Power CO.LTD is 27.56MPa, and the main steam temperature is 605°C. It puts forward the high mechanical performance and high temperature performance of the four main pipelines. The thermal stress, coefficient of the heat expansion, operation reliability and the economy, and the compositions of the four main pipelines material selection should be taken into account when demonstration is processed.

Abstract: To study the relation between stress and the Metal Magnetic Memory Testing (MMMT) signal Hp(y) of ferromagnetic structure, a material mechanics experiment using X60 pipeline steel specimens under tension load and fatigue load is performed. The results show: The value of MMMT signal in elastic stage is small under tension load, while the value of MMMT signal in plastic stage is large. In the process of static tension, the zero crossing point (ZCP) of initial MMMT signal curves shift to the fracture position, and there is only one ZCP of MMMT signal curve at the position of fracture area. In the process of low-load fatigue, the shape and distribution of MMMT signal curves are similar under different cycle numbers of fatigue load. The value of MMMT signal increases a little with the increase of cycle number of fatigue load, and then increases sharply when the specimen is to be fractured. There is only one ZCP of MMMT signal curve at the position of fracture area in the process of fatigue loading.

Abstract: For analysis the MOMA FengHui residential of BaYuquan area ground- water source heat pump engineering on the influence of seawater invasion,Established the groundwater flow and solute transport and temperature coupling numerical model,Simulated forecast the change tendency of the groundwater flow and solute and temperature of two different disposing Wells scheme. Simulation results show that the two kinds of disposing Wells solutions are not cause seawater invasion, the second disposing Wells scheme help to prevent the occurrence of seawater invasion.

Abstract: The simulation analysis for deflection angle of an epoxy laminated lattice structure embedded with varied number of SMA wires with increasing temperature is carried out by using commercial FEM software Ansys. The actual bending behavior of laminated lattice structures is discussed and compared with simulation results. The comparison results obtained in this paper can be used for practical applications of thermo mechanical behavior of laminated SMA actuators.

Abstract: In this paper,the fine grain high-strength IF steel after cold-rolling and continuous annealing was studied.The microstructure under different holding time of fine-grain high strength IF steel was observed by the OM and the TEM technology. The influence of texture on continuous annealing time was analysed by Electron Back-Scattering Diffraction (EBSD) technology. It is proposed that the {111} recrystallization texture of fine-grain high strength IF steel is enhanced firstly, and then is weakened along with the increase of holding time, which confirms the strongest {111} texture is occurred at 120s holding time.

Abstract: Labor and social security social insurance and employment related to large groups of services. The labor security department of information technology often combined with computational grid computing systems. This paper presents a new kind of data grid middleware for data storage resources discovery and dynamic management in labor and social security resources environment. The architecture of grid storage resources discovery and dynamic management is presented for discovering data storage resources from the different computer organizational structure. The middleware can realize the necessary functions for the ultra large-scale application in data grid environment. It could be applied to the ultra large-scale data storage management in grid computing in next generation labor and social security resources environment.
