Abstract: Navigation and hydropower junction is a new model of inland river development. Such projects have significant economic, social and environmental benefits, and the corresponding indexes are quantitative and qualitative. Therefore the post-evaluation is a complex and multi-targeted semi-structural problem. The fuzzy set theory is applied on the comprehensive post-evaluation of navigation and hydropower junction of inland river. The recognition model based on multi-level fuzzy pattern and the semi-structured evaluation model are adopted. The evaluation is intuitive and comprehensive by combining the objective and quantitative assessments and the experience of the appraisers. And an example of Xiang River is given to illustrate its feasibility and rationality.

Abstract: Standardization of government supervision process in construction quality is composed of standardization of the subjects of supervision, standardization of the content of supervision and standardization of the operation of supervision together. The essential of the subjects of supervision standardization to regulate quality supervisor in government, including six aspects such as specialize the supervision businesses, rationalize the supervision tasks, team ship supervision implement, crystallize the surveillance responsibility, the professionalization of qualification of the supervisor, and regular the training of supervision businesses; standardization of the content of supervision is core factor to operate the standardized system of government supervision in construction quality, including six aspects such as normalize the content of supervision work, systematize the key point of supervision work, unitize the form of supervision record, standard the system of supervision work, self-discipline of supervision behavior and legalize the supervision procedure

Abstract: At the present stage，China's project guarantee system is not perfect, there are problems such as the same guarantor guarantee the owner and the contractor, the risk consciousness of the construction project market is not strong, the guarantee issued by guarantee agencies is not standard, and the guarantee rate of the engineering is not unified. Such serious problems have influenced the development of China's construction market, reducing the competitiveness of China's construction enterprises in the international market. Actual survey raised a number of recommended countermeasures, such as actively carry out publicity and training work, strengthen legislation and perfect contract management, combination of compulsory and voluntary implementation, actively cultivate the professional guarantee gompanies and engineering guarantee market, perfect social credit system and social security systemm, and determine the reasonable project guarantee fees to establish a correct sense of risk, aiming to further improve our project guarantee system.

Abstract: The productivity in extreme hot environment is not only influenced by the complexity of the task and the technical proficiency of the workers, but also closely related to the heat stress caused by the hot environment. In this study, three methods of productivity measurement were introduced, mainly referred to their applications and limitations. The method of using thermal sensation vote was based on the subjective feelings, and its application was convenient. The method of using wet-bulb globe temperature was based on the environment parameters and working time. It can be applied to a wide range of high temperature. While the method of using predicted mean vote had more comprehensive considerations of environment parameters and thermal sensation, but the complexity measurement of the environment parameters limited the usefulness of this method. Different from the three methods, this study proposed the physiological stress index to be the argument in the calculation of productivity. The physiological stress index combines both the environmental intensity and labor intensity. It reflects physiological conditions of the workers directly and has the potential to predict the productivity online.

Abstract: To ensure the personnel safety in tunnel construction, we researched the vault sink automatic measurement technology, surrounding rock displacement automatic measurement technology, the video surveillance technology and the wireless position management technology of the personnel into the tunnel. The techniques and keys are discussed. The measurement data of these techniques combined to a unified software platform. Combined with the wireless communication network to realize the mobile phone short message alarm, using the computer internet to realize the remote query and control, we achieve the automation, informatization, network and intelligent management to ensure the safety of the tunnel construction

Abstract: Real estate industry, closely related to national economy, is the basic, guiding and pillar industry for national economy, and it can be counted as "barometer" of national economy. Therefore, the sustainable, stable and healthy development of real estate industry can not only meet the housing consumption demands of the masses, but also ensure the stable development of national economy in a relatively fast way and promote the realization of our country's economic construction and social development goals. This article is revolved around the analysis of related concerning real estate industry in China, in which the land policies are paid special attention to. Combined with the status quo of real estate business, the strategies for the healthy development of real estate business are put forward.

Abstract: As the main course of professional engineering supervision, Engineering Detection Technology is a course which equally emphasizes both on the theory and practice.In the process of teaching, it not only demands students to master the relevant theoretical knowledge, more important requires the students have the relevant measure method of skills and the vocational moral quality to the testing personnel. This paper, from the aspects of teaching material and class number discusses the present problems in the teaching process, and puts forward the corresponding measures of the teaching reformation , suggests to increase experiment hours, and cultivates the students' integrated Skills, and puts forward the use of multimedia teaching methods to enrich the students' interest.

Abstract: Based on the “replication dynamics” ideas, the paper establishes asymmetric evolutionary game model of together-conspired bidding using evolutionary game theory, and obtains its evolutionary stable strategy under the present governmental supervision that surround-bidder and accompanying-bidder’s proportion is periodic fluctuation of the center stability, explains the reason why together-conspired bidding is difficult to be prevented effectively. In order to find the decisive factor of the evolutionary drift, further investigation shows that the evolutionary drift is converged to the different evolutionary stable properties when evolution conditions change, such as the supervision target, supervision strength. Through the analysis to the punishment extent on surround-bidder and accompanying-bidder, the conclusion is arrived that the strength of punishment and execution on the surround-bidder can effectively control together-conspired bidding, which provides the theoretical basis to governmental supervision department for the management and research work on together-conspired bidding in the construction market.

Abstract: This study examines the relationships among team identification, knowledge integration and project management performance. Using data from 22 high-tech companies with 115 employees in China, this study finds that team identification is positively related to knowledge integration but not related to project management performance. In addition, knowledge integration plays an intermediary role on team identification and project management performance, and has direct positive impact on project management performance.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and the speeding-up market, the extention of construction land is inevitable and the land transfer price also becomes increasingly salient. There are many factors affect the price of the land transfer. In this paper the auther constructs the price forecasting model of land transfer using maximum entropy method and finally does the price projections calculation of land transfer with engineering examples.
