Abstract: Investment control is an important factor in the healthy development of gymnasium construction in universities. It is of great significance to enhance investment control concept and explore efficient design strategy to control investment. Chinese architects have always attached importance to design quality, progress of a project and technology. However, there is a lack of consideration of project costs among Chinese architects.This paper cites a large amount of data in analyzing the major problems in investment, proposing a series of design strategies to effectively control investments in university gymnasium design.

Abstract: To reason and reflect the mapping relation between physics damage and structure functions of military engineering, mechanism was established for damage assessment of component-based military engineering. From the model, simulation, evaluation point of view, the damage simulation and results assessment system was given about component-based military engineering, and the rough entropy model was erected about damage assessment. On the basis of component unit, value element, damage simulation samples, this model integrated the component unit’s Entropy value within the overall structure of the military engineering, and the rough entropy information from simulation damage samples, which gave the integrative index value about damage effect of military engineering. Case showed that rough entropy model could comprehensively reason and infer the valuing rule between the physical damage and the overall function.

Abstract: This article analyzed key success factors Chinese building decoration project by undertaking environmental analysis and benchmarking enterprise analysis method. Studies show that origin, quality, payment collection, quality, safety, brand, financial strength and cost control of project are the key success factors of China building decoration project. Chinese construction decoration enterprises should make sound capacity-building around the six aspects to obtain competitive advantages.

Abstract: This paper explores the relationship among organizational justice, engagement and work performance of water industry employee and the engagement’s intermediary role between organizational justice and work performance based on equity theory and role theory. The analysis results of 152 survey data showed that there were significant positive correlation among organizational justice, engagement and work performance, engagement fully mediated between organizational justice and work performance.

Abstract: At present, Real estate industry has become an important pillar of national economic development. The development of real estate gives great impetus to economic development. Land in China, as an important carrier and integrant part of real estate commodity, the way of its transfer has great influence on the price of real estate commodity. This paper deals with common problems and the harm in the process of land transfer, analyzes systematically the parties involved in land market with game theory, and proposes corresponding risk prevention measures.

Abstract: The consolidation effect of vacuum combined with fill surcharge preloading always influenced by many factors including vacuum pressure, vertical load pressure and vertical drainage depth. As the way to improve the reliability of the method, based on the soil consolidation mechanisms and actual data getting from the laboratory test and in-situ test, the main indexes of the method were studied in this paper. The test results show that the ratio of the vacuum pressure and vertical load pressure can cause difference soil settlement-deformation, if the ratio close to 1 the consolidation effect of the foundation can be gradually advanced. The soil outside the embankment always has displacement to reinforcement region in the upper depth of the foundation soil when the vacuum pressure equals to the vertical load pressure.

Also, it is one of the important reasons resulted in disputes. So it is essential to select appreciate payment way according to special engineering, and it get twice the result with half the effort.

Abstract: The old industrial buildings can be rebuilt into competitive projects with better economic benefits, along with these, more have been transformed into socially welfare projects. Upon afterwards-evaluating on the old industrial building recycling projects which have been transformed into public welfare projects, its social benefits should be focused on. Based on the content and features of the evaluation of these old industrial building recycling projects, indicator system has been developed. With examples and the method of matrix analysis, the post-evaluation on renewable projects has been on.

Abstract: On the basis of the careful analysis and summary of many years' teaching experience, this paper investigates the current status of computer-aided architectural design teaching course with Tarch Architectural software and puts forward a series of reform measures such as teaching method, teaching contents, education examination, etc. It’s a significative work for improving teaching level of computer-aided architectural design teaching course and preferably cultivating students’ practical abilities.

Abstract: With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, people pay much attention to quality of dwellings rather than quantity. What is more, the traditional house building method is inefficient and the poor quality cannot meet the demand of the market. Therefore, a new architecture building method, prefabricated housing appears and the management method also needs to be changed. This article analyses the features of prefabricated housing in order to build a new management model for Chinese prefabricated housing. The theory of life cycle management is chosen to manage this new building mode. The technology of BIM and mass customization strategy are treated as basic theories to support this essay. Det Ljuva Livet is used as an example to prove that the life cycle management of prefabricated housing is reasonable and feasible.
