Abstract: With the Process of urbanization is accelerated unceasingly, more and more people are centralizing to city. This means that the needs of urban infrastructure are increasing. But the traditional mode of financing is hard to meet the demands of construction funds, especially, the non-profit and quasi-profit municipal infrastructure. Analyzing and studying on the financing mode of western developed countries, this paper targeted and optimized the financing structure of city municipal infrastructure construction based on the item division theory, and looked forward to help to solve financing problems of municipal infrastructure construction in China.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of cultivating art-style engineering design talents, such as the major like architecture, this article treat “A+T•CDIO” as feature, explore new engineering teaching model named “fusion about art and technology in the environment of CDIO” for the professional talents in architecture major of engineering colleges, furthermore, build “A+T•CDIO” engineering teaching model for architecture major in the macro, meso and micro aspects.

Abstract: Because of its own characteristics and advantages, increasingly, EPC construction mode has been more and more applied in international projects. In this paper, firstly, the author points out the issues of performance management based on EPC Construction Mode and builds the system project performance management, then, the author stresses the mutual collaboration of EPC performance management, which must be emphasized, and improve the performance of EPC construction mode through the management of performance.

Abstract: The standardization of government supervision in construction quality operation process is a driving force for the effective operation of government supervision in construction quality standardization system. It is core foundation is programming of supervisory operation process; the operating conditions is legislation of supervision conduction process; the basic mode is randomization of circuit supervision; the effective platform is information of means of supervision; the operating mechanism is dynamism of supervisory operation and management; and its substantial requirements is standardization of inner formation process of supervision dates

Abstract: FIDIC contract terms content is quite widespread, it cover project management, technology, economy, law, insurance and so on. It is a normative document been revolve around construction project consultation and management. FIDIC made very detailed regulations to construction management three fields (investment control, quality control and progress control) from law, management, economy, technology and other fields. FIDIC had been became internationally recognized standardization document. It could be use every stage of construction management. This paper through analyze FIDIC contract and combine current construction management state,finally give some advices for construction management.

Abstract: In the background of engineering project management is becoming more and more complex, the complex degree and the construction risk are increasing day by day, the market competition is becoming fierce increasingly. The traditional extensive management methods already cann′t adapt to the requirement of sustainable development of building enterprises; enterprise informatization construction provides the possibility for intensive management of the building enterprise, and it becomes the inevitable choice of the enterprise. But how to carry out the enterprise informatization construction, in order to better improve the performance of informationization level, is the issue to study. The paper designs a practical informatization construction organization structure, puts forward a full-participation′s informatization management mode for the continuous improvement on the basis of contrasting and anglicizing the status quo of the informatization construction.

Abstract: In order to maximize profits as best as they can, contractors has caused low construction quality and made safety accidents repeatedly occur by taking strategy of “Hidden Action” for utilizing the vantage point of information asymmetry in process of building products. In applying evolutionary game theory, this paper will build and analyze the evolutionary game mode of client and contractor, as well as discussing countermeasures that how to reduce contractor’s behavioral choice of “Hidden Action” and promote the quality safety of construction engineering.

Abstract: For guaranteeing the collaboration between behavior subjects and the highest efficiency in cooperative tactics, collaborative approaches or authority approaches can be adopted to design the institution of behavior right configuration. The strategic point collaboration among highway project subjects lies in the considering of individual interest of behavior subject from overall collaboration surplus. The behavior right institution can regulate the distribution of overall collaboration surplus to realize the collaboration and the optimal overall profit in the highway construction project.

Abstract: Aiming at the common phenomena and issues of Chinese ancient village graduating away and unmerited protection and utilization of existing ancient villages, this paper compares overseas modus operandi and analyzes the existing situation of China country. Hereby this paper proposes the enterprise management new model and decision frame of Chinese ancient villages’ protection and utilization. The analysis and conclusions are helpful to overcome passive protection awareness which has been all the while derived from top to bottom.

Abstract: Inventory management is to improve economic benefit of project procurement management by means of dominating order cycle and order quantity to minimize the stocks and total cost under the circumstance of normal construction.Firstly,inventory management involves material order,and contractors need to calculate parameters such as order cycle,order fee,order quantity,stocks fee,order lead time and safe stocks in order to make the total inventory fee minimized during construction.This article applies one branch of operations research--"inventory" to optimize the inventory management.
