Abstract: Detailed analysis of the mechanism of truck crane, establishes a co-simulation model of the telescopic system with the software of AMESim and Virtual.Lab motion, and conducts a serious of experiments. The performance of Truck crane telescopic system is learned through the comparative analysis of the simulations and experiments. The result shows that this co-simulation can simulate the actual work of the telescopic system well.

Abstract: The kinematic analysis had carried on large-scale linear vibration screen, which was based on the theory of multi-rigid-body system and the theory of self-synchronous vibration. According to the dynamic analysis, the displacement equation was established. The vibration screen of motion was decomposed into two vertical directions. It included the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. The model of vibration screen is analyzed in the vertical direction. The dynamic model is established and analyzed by COSMOSMotion software. The paper is consisted of three parts.1) Kinematic theory analysis of double motors on the linear vibrating machine. 2) Dynamic model is built. Fixed frame is replaced with simple parts in order that the model is observed later. Through the motion analysis of the vertical direction, it is concluded that the different stiffness of the spring group was corresponding to the moving distance. 3) It is judged that reasonable range of spring parameters and the system damping, and model parameters will be modified

Abstract: After analysis of the movement characteristics of needle-punching machine slider-crank mechanism in theory, a slider-crank mechanism acceleration curve had been rendered by MATLAB software and acceleration movement curve had been drawn after the measurement of acceleration of slider-crank mechanism by ADAMS simulation software. Through the comparison between the two results, a conclusion had been drawn. Finally, 3 advice of minishing vibration had been given according to the conclusion of calculation of acceleration by Quality Substitution Method,the first advice is the quality and site of the balance block are chose appropriately,the second advice is the weight of the slider and the connecting rod need to be reduced by choosing appropriate material.

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty with structure and parameter design for a wing analog beam under a large deformation condition, a large-span cantilever truss model with Pro/e is designed. Then a mathematical model of the wing beam based on the Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm is proposed. Thereby the sizing optimization and shape optimization for the wing analog beam are conducted with the finite element analysis and meanwhile two main objectives minimizing the maximum von Mises stress and the mean-square error of the deformation displacement curve fitting are satisfied. A Pareto optimal solution aggregate is obtained after the optimization. Finally an optimal structure is concluded via the multi-objective optimization design, which improves the curve fitting accuracy of the wing and satisfies the stress strength requirement as well.

Abstract: A shear mode magnetorheological (MR) elastomer damper is designed and manufactured, in which the MR elastomer is made by mixing RTV silicone, carbonyl iron particles and silicone oil, and solidifying under magnetic field. A flexible cantilever rotor system with single disk is constructed, and the controllability, effectiveness and stability of vibration control for the imbalance response of the rotor system using the MR damper are experimentally studied. From the test, it is found that as the strength of applied magnetic field increases, the damping and stiffness of the damper are increased; the critical speeds of the rotor system supported on the MR damper is increased distinctly, and the vibration at two critical speeds are restrained; the on-off control method may be used to control the rotor vibration while passing through the two critical speeds. The study shows that the shear mode MR elastomer damper is suitable for active vibration control of flexible rotor.

Abstract: The homogeneous solutions of the governing differential equations derived from energy variational method was used as the displacement patterns of finite segment. The stiffness and load matrix are obtained in terms of directed stiffness method and working energy principle. A one dimensional finite element method is presented to calculate the shear lag effects with multi-span continuous curved in engineering for general box girder. In addition, the tests of perspex modeled bridge and numerical calculation of the model tests by proposed method and finite element method are made. The results of model tests and numerical calculation verify perfectly in this paper.

Abstract: For the fatigue failure mode of turbine of turbocharger for vehicle application, the method for fatigue reliability analysis and fatigue life prediction of turbine is studied based on the endurance test profile of engine. Firstly, the critical location of turbocharger turbine with fatigue failure mode is determined. Then, the fatigue stress process of turbine is calculated according to the main operating modes consisted of the endurance test profile of engine. The fatigue strength of critical location of turbine with fatigue failure mode is studied through the fatigue test of imitation specimen, and the relationship between the fatigue life of turbine and stress is developed. Further, according to the endurance test profile of engine, the reliability model of turbine with fatigue failure mode is developed, and the rule that the reliability of turbine with fatigue failure mode changes as the cycle number of endurance test of engine is studied. Finally, the method for determining the reliable fatigue life of turbine is proposed.

Simulation-Based Reliability Analysis for Kinematic Accuracy of Retracting Mechanism of Landing Gear
Abstract: A simulation-based reliability analysis approach for kinematics accuracy of retracting mechanism is presented. The parametric variable model with linkage dimension error and joint clearance of retracting mechanism is modeled in ADAMS, adopting the Monte Carlo simulation method to analysis the influence of kinematic accuracy. The flowchart of the approach has been presented. Finally, the retracting mechanism is taken as an example to validate the proposed method. The results show that it is more accurate than the traditional methods.

Abstract: Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS established derrick model of CBM drilling rig car and calculated its static strength and model analysis. The maximum Mises stress and the weakest position of derrick was determined and given its four bands of natural frequencies and corresponding vibration model. The conclusion can be gotten from calculation results that the structure of derrick meet the requirements of design.

Abstract: Abstract: FRANC2D is compared with the finite element programs and professional finite element programs for fracture mechanics analysis, and its processof fracture mechanics analysis is showed. By central crack plane,the fessibility of FRANC2D is used to calculate value is verified; different grid thickness model results is researched, which showed the grid size has little effect on the calculation result, and a coarse grid moel may get satisfactory result.
