Abstract: At present, the air pollution problem has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad. Based on the field measurement, the authors conducted a multi-day and multi-point monitoring for the air quality indexes in Jinan City. Through a detailed comparison and analysis, a preliminary assessment of air quality status quo in Jinan City were finished. The situation of atmosphere pollution is closely related to the terrain, industry layout and urban planning of Jinan. The most prominent problem is that PM10 and TSP pollution are so severely that over standard rate reaches 100% for several monitoring points. The pollution of SO2 is fine in general, and NO2 pollution level is lighter than SO2. The pollution of CO is rather severe, and the situation of exceeding standards exists at every point. The pollution of NMHC is the weakest one and no indexes go beyond the standards.

Abstract: According to the development status of the energy meter, we put forward a design of a Three-phase multi-function energy meter based on professional measurement chip RN8302 and High-performance single chip microcomputer MSP430 in this article. It has the characteristics which are low-power consumption, high-precision and electricity anti-theft. It could also real-time measured current, voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, over-voltage and over-current signal. The design also has the functions of surge prevention, lightning prevention and voltage protection, improving the overall safety and reliability of the system.Use the Low-voltage power line carrier communication, there is no need to build another peripherals,saving the cost of grid investment. The article also gave the overall design scheme and the main hardware principle Schematic.

Abstract: Airborne LiDAR is a new kind of surveying technology of remote sensing which developed rapidly during recent years. Raw laser scanning point clouds data include terrain points, building points, vegetation points, outlier points, etc.. In order to generate digital elevation model (DEM) and three-dimensional city model,these point clouds data must be filtered. Mathematical morphology based filtering algorithm, slope based filtering algorithm, TIN based filtering algorithm, moving surface based filtering algorithm, scanning lines based filtering algorithm and so on several representative filtering algorithms for LiDAR point clouds data have been introduced and discussed and contrasted in this paper. Based on these algorithms summarize the studying progresss about the filtering algorithm of airborne LiDAR point clouds data in home and abroad. In the end, the paper gives an expectation which will provides a reference for the following relative study.

Abstract: Traditional analog diagnoses by contact way generally get voltage, current or frequency response as their inputs. They have some inevitable drawbacks, such as the change of inputs during contacting and the inaccessibility of some necessary notes. Furthermore, contact method rarely does well in multi-faults. It can get high fault resolution or fault coverage only by high complexity of algorithm. This paper proposes a method of Integrated Diagnosis to solve the problems above. This method acquires raw data from both contact and non-contact way. It gets feature extraction and draws conclusions from the two ways respectively, and then fuses the two conclusions into a final decision. This method makes good use of information from multi-sensors. It obtains the advantages of both contact and non-contact way, but avoids the disadvantages of the two. Experiment shows its fault coverage and fault resolution both get an improvement, compared with that of other single methods. At the same time, it diagnoses multi-faults as simple and efficient as single-faults.

Abstract: Bolting devices is very popular in industrial application, this paper presents a new solution aimed at the problem faced in detecting the construction quality. The solution is based on the engineering practice, and we introduce Ultrasonic Guided Wave NDT technology in the detecting process. Under laboratory conditions, Longitudinal Guided Waves are used in detecting the bolting devices, the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. At the same time, finite element method is applied into the Numerical Simulation of the propagation of Longitudinal Guided Waves in bolts, thus a test system utilized in detecting the effective length and defects of bolts developed.

Abstract: In pipe of electromagnetic flowmeter must be installed internal insulation lining to prevent the electromagnetic flowmeter signal is short circuit by metal pipe. However, in the process of using the electromagnetic flow meter, insulation lining is easy to fall off because of the fluid temperature and pressure changes, thus lead to the output signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter is changed. The effect of electromagnetic flowmeter insulation lining fall off to the output signal is analyzed by the theory of electromagnetic flow meters weight function. Get the relationship of the output signal and the insulation lining drop area and position. The paper provides a theoretical analysis method for the effect abscission of insulation lining of electromagnetic flow meter on output signal.

Abstract: With the full study of industrial process control technology for thermal, chemical industry, the application process, the FCS system of biomass pyrolysis unit was development combined with the actual. Feeding system uses the weighing system of dynamic belt with an advanced embedded technology. The computing speed and accuracy, data processing compared with traditional electronic belt scale, information exchange, integration, reliability and stability will be greatly improved. The technology shall be constantly upgraded and vigorously promoted. This paper introduces the control system based on Profibus-DP communication interface module of belt weighting device in transporting unit biomass pyrolysis system. Taking a PC, as a single master station system, and the data is transmitted from the master station to the slave station through the communication card. At the same time, the MCU+SPC3 are used to design the hardware interface circuit from the station. The mechanism of data polling transmission between a master and slave is conducted. Communication protocol of Profibus-DP is analyzed, and then, GSD file is compiled.

Abstract: Geotechnical monitoring is integral part of each excavation project and usually done with manual manner. This study proposes a new monitoring method, which combines with image processing and wireless communication to break traditional one. The scheme uses image sensors to capture the images of the cooperative boards. The camera system is calibrated by Zhang Zhengyou calibration method beforehand. Digital signal processors in the image acquisition module generate the undistorted version of the images by the calibration results and utilize Harris corner detection algorithm to extract grid corners’ coordinates. Then these coordinates are sent to the data processing center through wireless sensor network. In the data processing center, the computer calculates the real displacement of the target by the extrinsic parameters of the camera. The experiment in this paper proves that the systematic accuracy satisfies the national standard. The system realizes the automatic real-time monitoring to excavation works.

Abstract: With wavelet technology used more widely in GPS deformation analysis, the paper will talk multi-wavelet (the second generation wavelet) theory used for GPS deformation monitoring data analysis. Due to multi-wavelet has a short branch set, orthogonal, symmetric (antisymmetric) and two order approximation characteristics, in the same filter length, using multiple wavelet on deformation monitoring signal can obtain better denoising effect than traditional wavelet. The paper studies signal adopting different preprocessing methods, makes a study of the selection problem in multi-wavelet preprocessing method. The GPS deformation monitoring signal is disposed using different multi-wavelet which adopts optima preprocessing method, and the paper makes a comparison to the conventional odd wavelet. The result confirms: multi-wavelet is more superiority than conventional wavelet, which decreases RMSE, advances SNR, obtains higher analytic precision, conforms the validity and practicability in physical problem, and offers a new road for deformation monitoring signal process

Abstract: The dynamic rail-weighbridge is a sort of weighing machine,which is used to weigh the load of large moving vehicles.Compared with the static rail-weighbridge,it is more convenient to complete the weighing task,because the vehicles are always moving in the process and need not to stop for weighing.This article brings up a new set of dynamic rail-weighbridge system,which could conduct data-acquiring of the trains’ dynamic data first,then process the information and at last auquire the trains’weight,the speed and other functional parameters,when the trains passed through the the weighing platform.During the later processing of the data,the algorithm makes use of the mechanics and figures out the weight of the trains,considering the swing or vibration from different orientations of each carriage and the deformation of the steel rails when the rails passes.
