Abstract: Materials science is an interdisciplinary field applying the properties of matter to various areas of science and engineering. In this work, the notion of the binary generalized multiresolution structure (BGMS) of subspace is proposed. The characteristics of binary multiscale pseudo- -frames for subspaces is investigated. The construction of a GMS of Paley-Wiener subspace of L^2(R^2) is studied. The pyramid decomposition scheme is obtained based on such a GMS and a sufficient condition for its existence is provided. A constructive method for affine frames of L^2(R^2) based on a BGMS is established.

Abstract: Information science focuses on understanding problems from the perspective of the stakeholders involved and then applying information and other technologies as needed. We show that every affine subspace is the orthogonal direct sum of at most three purely non-reducing subspaces. This result is obtained through considering the basicquestion as to when the orthogonal complement of an afffine subspace in another one is still affine subspace. Motivated by the fundamental question as to whethor every affine subspace is singly-generated wavelet frame, we prove that every affine sub -space can be decomposed into the direct sum of a singly-generated afffine subspace.

Abstract: The fuzzy information optimization method is applied to the loess landslide stability analysis. Based on the laboratory tests and field investigation, considering the influence of the five main factors such as cohesive force, internal friction angle, the landslide slope landslide, height and earthquake ground motion parameters of the loess landslide, the fuzzy information optimization method like information distribution, information focus and other methods were used to evaluate the stability of loess landslide. The results show that the result of assessment was in accord with the actual condition. The evaluation method is applicable to the loess region. Compared to the limit equilibrium method, it improves engineering economic benefits.

Abstract: With the model based definition (MBD) technology widely used in the aviation industry, the traditional archives management mode had seriously hampered the market response speed of aviation products. Firstly, the paper analyzed the formation process of the MBD-based aviation product archives data. Secondly, the paper designed an integrated system framework of MBD-based aviation product archives, which employed the strategy "immediate logical archiving, regular physical archiving. Finally, the paper proposed the functional module of the MBD-based aviation product archives management system (MBDAMS), which was benefit for the automated, knowledge-based management of the aviation product archives. The MBDAMS has the engineering practical value and the good application prospect.

Abstract: To solve more complex manufacturing problems and simplify the processes of production organization,a Cloud Manufacturing network model based on Group Technology and XML was proposed ,which gave the network model the ability to analyze semantic information and process GT data,and the relevant key technologies were discussed.In the end,the model structure, function advantages and operation principles of the network model were elaborated.

Abstract: In this paper, the concepts of TL-strongly implicative ideal of BCI-algebra is introduced. A necessary and sufficient condition for a L- subset of BCI-algebra to be a L-strongly implicative ideal is stated, and inverse-images of TL-strongly implicative ideal under BCI-algebra homomorphism are studied. Also, several characterizations of TL-strongly implicative ideal are given. Where T is an arbitrary t-norm on a given complete Brouwerian lattice L.

Abstract: A simplified process monitoring system is implemented for process performance analysis. The concept of system is designed to deal with the reuse information from conventional measurement inspection of electronic piece parts. The analytical process depicts the principle of Statistical Process Control (SPC) to manipulate the preliminary data in the database from measurement machines in a real-time manner. The system will firstly generate a comparison graphical data from a particular process which then produces an identical product from the multiple machines. Finally, the system can distribute a variety of reports desired as described in the index of data storage as part of the measurement matrix. The report aims to guide the process improvement as well as the Measurement System Analysis for total quality control.

Abstract: System Elements Identification of the regional investment environment is playing an increasingly important role in capital attraction; therefore it is essential to make it clear of the elements identification principles which include the principles of scientific, systematic, comparability, practicality, independence, targeted and so on during the whole elements identification process. The divident of the system affecting elements should be on view of economic development subsystem, the social and cultural subsystem, the infrastructure subsystem, the subsystem of the political and legal, physical geography subsystem. Meanwhile, the complicated correlation influence relationships among the internal elements which attached to the various subsystems should be indicated.

Abstract: By utilizing spatial biological parameterizations, the adjoint variational method was applied to a 3D marine ecosystem model (NPZD-type) and its adjoint model which were built on global scale based on climatological environment and data. When the spatially varying Vm (maximum uptake rate of nutrient by phytoplankton) was estimated alone, we discussed how would the distribution schemes of spatial parameterization and influence radius affected the results. The reduced cost function (RCF), the mean absolute error (MAE) of phytoplankton in the surface layer, and the relative error (RE) of Vm between given and simulated values decreased obviously. The influence of time step was studied then and we found that the assimilation recovery would not be more successful with a smaller time step of 3 hours compared with 6 hours.

Abstract: with the advent of the era of 3 g, mobile phone has become a key factor restricting the development of mobile phone battery, lithium ion battery is still dominant used in mobile phone in the next four or five years. In this paper,it has been analyzed that lithium ion battery parts, and does quality management of all engineering parts, mainly focus on the quality control of the Angle of the sealing plate, sealing body and the shell, at the same time deeply analyzes the different parts of the common categories .So this paper plays a guiding role in guaranteeing the whole project management of the quality of handset lithium battery.
