Abstract: This paper attends to descript the main concepts of Teaching Resources Web platform. Then descripting the feasibility of implementation platform from the technical aspects, designed and constructed 3-D network-based teaching resources combined with Basic Computer course, In the construction of three-dimensional architecture of teaching resources, firstly analysis the characteristic of learner, then design its relevant function module. Finally the paper summarizes and prospects the shortcomings of the study, as well as to make constructive suggestion for later study.

Abstract: In order to realize the MUSIC approach for multiple emitter location, eigenvalue-based decomposition of the Hermite array covariance matrix has to be done. This paper proves that the problem of a Hermite matrix decomposition can be transformed into the problem of a real symmetric matrix decomposition, and gives the detailed transformation method. Using Jacobi diagonalization method, the eigenvalue-based decomposition of a real symmetric matrix decomposition is realized on computer, so the eigenvalue-based decomposition of a Hermite matrix is realized on computer.

Abstract: An automatic human motion tracking algorithm based the connection between the improved Snake model and optical flow arithmetic is proposed. The initial contour most close to human body is acquired by corner detection arithmetic, which decreases the iterations and reduces the probability of converging at local extreme value of Snake model. Because the tracking with Snake model is unstable and often loses the object, the good feature points are chosen from the contour points in current frame for optical flow estimation. Then the result is chosen as the initial contour in next frame. Experimental results show that improved Snake model can be deformed to the actual human body contour, and the automatic and real-time human tracking is implemented.

Abstract: In order to realize the parameters estimation of shared plants by the server node in the Internet Based Shared Control System. We propose a new method that can online identify the model parameters through Internet Based Shared Control System under the time-varying and time-delay environment. By applying the Sampling Information Processor to the course of the shared plant online identification, we can decrease the influence of network factor in the online identification system .Taking out all ranks state variable of shared plant’s model by identification algorithm processor in server node, we realize the online identifying the model parameters of the remote terminal. Numerical computer simulations are performed to compare our system’ result with the existing system’ result without influence of network factor. Results show that our method is valid. Lastly, our method realizes to identify the model parameters of the controlled object in different region under the network environment, and extends the applications of the online identification system.

Abstract: In order to improve the orbit determination precision of TT&C equipments, relevant parameters have to be calibrated accurately by using the calibration tower during the dock calibration. Based on analysis of the control objects in remote control mode, this paper builds the wireless communication system, through selecting wireless bridge to develop the network control module and relevant software. It realizes the remote monitoring for the calibration equipment, facilities and instruments. Results of the test show that the system is reasonable, convenient, reliability and extensibility, which is quietly completely suitable to control the remote equipment of Changxing island calibration tower for TT&C ship.

Abstract: Based on the present theories of buffer operators, we propose in this paper a kind of arithmetic strengthening buffer operators based on the interpolating function, which all have the universality and practicability. At the same time, we proved the strengthening buffer operators presented by Y.G. Dang to be a special case of ours, and researched the characteristics and internal relations between these strengthening buffer operators. Our work extended widely the applied scope of strengthening buffer operator. The problem of some contradictions between qualitative analysis and quantitative forecast in pretreatment for vibration data sequences is resolved effectively.

Abstract: Based on the present theories of buffer operators, a class of geometric strengthening buffer operators based on the interpolating function is proposed. Dangs strengthening buffer operators are proved to be special cases. Then we studied the features and connection between these strengthening buffer operators. We applied firstly the interpolating function to the construction of buffer operator, so a new direction was opened up for how to construct buffer operators.

Abstract: Domain-specific corpus can be used to build domain ontology, which is used in many areas such as IR, NLP and web Mining. We propose a multi-root based method to build a domain-specific corpus making use of Wikipedia resources. First we select some top-level nodes (Wikipedia category articles) as root nodes and traverse the Wikipedia using BFS-like algorithm. After the traverse, we get a directed Wikipedia graph (Wiki-graph). Then an algorithm mainly based on Kosaraju Algorithm is proposed to remove the cycles in the Wiki-graph. Finally, topological sort algorithm is used to traverse the Wiki-graph, and ranking and filtering is done during the process. When computing a node’s ranking score, the in-degree of itself and the out-degree of its parents are both considered. The experimental evaluation shows that our method could get a high-quality domain-specific corpus

Abstract: The problem of H filtering for networked control system with packet dropouts is discussed. By analyzing packet dropout dynamics and presenting a switching filter, the new filtering error system corresponding to the dynamic information of the packet dropouts is structured. A sufficient condition in terms of LMIs for the system to be stable with a prescribed H performance is obtained. The result is less conservative. A numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of the presented method.
