Abstract: The author will compare and evaluate two translation softwares Déjà Vu X (DVX) and SDL Trados 7.0 mainly from three aspects with his own E-C translation experience: the terminology databases, translation memories, and working interfaces used in DVX and SDL Trados 7.0 respectively, and will accordingly highlight the advantages and disadvantages of both, in the hope that this paper will be of certain help for the choice, application and evaluation of both tools.

Abstract: The challenge of multi performance optimization has been extensively addressed in the literature based on deterministic parameters. Since resources in Grid Computing platforms are geographically separated and heterogeneous, it is rather difficult to apply a uniform distribution algorithm for achieving various optimization goals. Based on the analysis of grid service performance measures, this paper proposes an approach for optimal network resource distribution which is aimed to satisfy both the users and the service providers requirements. Illustrative examples are presented.

Abstract: Present optical network can allow very stable transmission of information. Photonic services represent a new type of multi-domain, end-to-end network services, besides traditional data transmission enables also real-time and non-data transmission over photonic networks. We proved the concept of photonic services on a specialized metrology application - comparison of time scales, where time scales are compared over distance of 1100km.

Abstract: An IoT-based early warning system was proposed for patients with heart disease, and presented a two-stage early warning approach. Neural network was introduced to clinical data analysis. Monitoring data collected by IoT was taken as the feedback to neural network to personalize the prediction model in accordance with the individual physical difference. Based on the two-stage prediction method, the alarm is given according to several rules, aim to warn the patients with potential heart attack ahead of time, and accurately by this system.

Abstract: Exam arrangement is an important daily work of examination management and examination affairs. Scientific, reasonable, efficient test schedule, have very important meaning for improving the reliability of the examination. Based on the daily examination of the relevant examination seat layout requirements, this paper presents an efficient improved divide and conquer mixed selection algorithm and achieves good results in practical applications.

Abstract: This paper gives a new model of decision support system based on knowledge management and web technology. Firstly,we analysis the existing problem of the efficiency and expandability of the current system. Then, we study the knowledge management and the B/S model based on web technology.Based on this, a new model of decision support system is presented in this paper. The system is designed in four layers structure and on three library. Finally, the paper describes the structure of the system and gives the detailed steps of decision-making process.

Abstract: Industry technology roadmapping can help industries to identify their economic, social and environmental conditions, identify market demand and industry technology priorities, and improve industry research and application capacities of new technologies. This paper provides an overview of the origins of technology roadmapping, explaines the development and application process of the industry technology roadmapping, and describes the establishment process of the industry technology roadmapping. The role of the industry technology roadmapping is point out. The core content of various stages of the establishment the industry technology roadmapping is clarified. It is used in the process of marine pump industry innovation practice. Analysis results of market demand, industry objectives, technical barriers, key technologies and available resources are given. The marine pump industry technology roadmapping is established.

Abstract: It is found that the traditional BDA methods are not appropriate the system target BDA. A new method of the system target BDA is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on Hierarchy Analysis Method (AHP), the system target function index system is set up. Secondly, the step of system target function damage assessment method is analyzed and proposed based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Finally, an example of air base damage assessment is given to verify the validity and availability of the proposed method.

Abstract: An information system is any combination of information technology and people's act- ivities that support operations, management and decision making. Information science focuses on understanding problems from the perspective of the stakeholders involved and then applying information and other technologies as needed. The definition of multiple harmonic frames for subs -paces with integer translation is proposed. The notion of a generalized multiresolution structure of is also introduced. The construction of a generalized multiresolution structure of Paley -Wiener subspaces of is investigated. The pyramid decomposition scheme is derived based on a generalized multiresolution structure.

Abstract: High-tech local war drives higher requirement of speed and accuracy performance of equipment logistics. In this paper, using LABVIEW as data acquisition platform and control program environment, an automatic control equipment logistics system is designed. This system integrates bar code technology and warehouse position system based on microprocessor STM32. Whole process monitoring and management can be realized by this system, which has a high significance of improving the military equipment configuration capabilities.
