Abstract: To meet the demands for rough surfaces data in the research of surface engineering, contacts characteristic and so on, a new numerical simulation of rough surface is proposed. Based on FFT method, rough surface with single direction texture is simulated with circular cosine-exponent autocorrelation function (ACF), and the generated surface is rotated of different given angles respectively by rotation of reference system, then the rough surface with multi-direction texture is created by synthesizing the rotated surfaces. The simulation results show that, the ACF curves of generated surface is periodic fluctuation decay, and has a good fitting result with the predetermined ACF. The contrast result between simulated surface and measured surface shows the available of the proposed method.

Abstract: This article aims to provide the theoretical reference for the design and development of sugarcane harvester through analyzing the logistics characteristics of conveying device and find out the key factors which influence on the conveying capacity. Firstly, the force statuses of sugarcane passing the conveying device were analyzed at different locations and time. Secondly, in the flexible double roller, the sugarcane conveying process and the traction coefficient were studied and the conditions of sugarcane smoothly conveyed were discussed. Thirdly, the key factors influenced on the device conveying capacity including the structure parameters, the traction force and the sugarcane lifting angle were analyzed in detail. Finally, the test had been done to verify the key factor for the conveying capacity of device.

Abstract: In this paper, we have studied the mechanical abrasion of the filter bags used in Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Collector (EFIC) and baghouse systems. Four factors have been listed: the effect of improper structure design and installation, the effect of quality of filter bag and poor filter cages. Common problems have been discussed, and the corresponding advices have been proposed.

Abstract: nfluences on properties of the concrete highway pavement were analyzed in this paper, and the optimal formulation materials were gotten to use in the repair of used-broken cement blocks in the experiment. Polyurethane concrete material was prepared, combing the ordinary concrete technology with one-step method of the synthesis of polyurethane hard bubble, and then its mechanical properties of the relevant parameters were measured to determine the optimal preparation program. The results show that the polyurethane concrete also has sufficiently good mechanical properties while it has the characteristic of fast patching.

Abstract: The dynamic model of lunar soil was established by discrete element method and the 0-50cm depth lunar soil dug by straight shovel collector was simulated. According to the simulating result, the collectors variation in load under the condition of variable density of lunar soil is analyzed. Meanwhile, with the simplification of particle diameter and particle shape in discrete element model it shows how the simplified model influences the result, which proves that the acting force to collector increases with the increasing of the collectors depth, and it is directly proportional to depth. Meanwhile, it is unnecessary to consider the change of particle shape if the depth is within 10cm, while it is necessary for the deep dig process.

Abstract: In this study, the effects of biaxial load on the elastic-plastic stress concentration factor and the plastic zone size of the circular hole are investigated, and the elastic-plastic stress and strain fields of the crack emanating from the circular hole are calculated in the process of crack growth. The elastic-plastic stress concentration factors for various biaxial load ratios are obtained. In order to provide a reference for structural damage monitoring, the variation characteristic of strain at crack front ligament are analyzed in the process of the crack growth.

Abstract: Precise pass design requires roller flower design, mainly precise and accurate over bending angle design. Accurate over bending angle calculation is not mature still now. We can be calculated according to the material properties of the steel strip, over bending angle, the parameters in formula of over bending angle to establish over bendinng angle selecting expert system. And we can also use Artificial Intelligence Methods to select over bendinng angle and precise hole design roller flower diagram.

Abstract: According to rolled plate situation of finishing mill roll of a steel mill,the large finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish the working process of the roll of three dimensional thermal coupling model. It is also put into consideration that the actual process of the simulation should define the boundary conditions. Thermal coupling stress results are concluded,which could provide a theoretical basis for improving the roll life and strength analysis.

Abstract: This paper centers on EQ153 steering knuckle multi-directional forging forming, and applying Deform-3D to simulation the deformation process. According to temperature, effective strain, load prediction and final forging shape to illustrate in such a process a near-net-shape forming with no flash and little draft angle and lower pressure is been formed.

Abstract: The experiment on joints of concrete filled thin-walled steel tube and the composite beam is carried out in 8 specimens, and mechanics performance of all type joints is concluded in general. The test results indicate that each joint has higher bearing capacity and better ductility performance. Solid65 and Shell181 Elements of ANSYS finite element program are adopted to simulate concrete and thin-walled steel sheet of composite beams and columns. Calculation results in theories proved conformity with the test in primary.
