Abstract: The gearshift actuator system is of significant importance to the performance of shiftability. In this paper, we aim at a novel electric gearshift actuator which is used in a hybrid transmission. The basic topology, working principle and characteristics are discussed. A model established to analyze shift application, durability and reliability of key components is developed. Existing problems and critical issues for further research are discussed as well.

Abstract: In order to determine the disc cutter’s kinematic behavior, a 3-D FEM model is established to simulate the rock cutting process in Abaqus, using a unique connector element and considering the failure effect of the rock. Then, by using this model, a series of numerical simulations during disc cutter’s wearing process have been performed. The results show that the speed zero point is jumping near the deepest rock breaking point, the rotating speed of the disc cutter varies while it is cutting rock and the average rotating speed increases during its wear process. In the end, the laboratory test is presented in detail, and the experiment results are in accordance with the simulation results.

Abstract: Base on optimization configuration of servo motor and motor modules. The servo encoder module, power module, PPU, drive system and accessories, controller of CNC machine tool is reasonable selected. In this paper, take a vertical machining center for example, the whole machine's servo system is selected, based on this instance, the method of selection is introduced. Through test analysis of measured data, rationality and feasibility of the method about servo motor and motor module’s optimized configuration is proved.

Abstract: Applied theory of vehicle/track coupled dynamic, random vibration properties of high-speed railway vehicles are researched in random parameters of fastener and ballast stiffness obeyed normal distribution and track irregularity combined the sample of artificial shortwave and the sample of low disturbance irregularity of high-speed railway in German with train speed increase. The results show that dynamic interaction of vehicle/track system and vibration responses of railway vehicle are increased with train speed increase, but the increase of wheel-set acceleration is much more. The parameters of high speed railway track structure (especially fastener and ballast stiffness) had much more impact to random vibration responses of vehicle/track system, so they should be optimized and remained in a narrow range.

Abstract: Through mathematical derivation based on screw engagement theory, the complete equations of the rotor profile with single thread, fixed pitch screws, trapezium and concave tooth surface were given. The end face profile of the pair screw rotor is conjugate and identical. The pair screw rotor form a meshing relationship by left hand and right hand. Finally, through modeling and simulation of meshing process by PRO/ENGINEER software, the profile equation is proved to be correct, the meshing line is completed, and operating the tooth surface interference does not occur in the course of meshing process.

Abstract: In order to make the actual work speed avoid critical speed of the ultra-high speed high temperature abrasion tester, and ensure the smooth running of the tester. Through the establishment of the physical model of testing machine, by using transfer matrix method and matlab software, all order critical speed of the tester is concluded.

Abstract: The research combines the scientific research reality, which meets to the characteristic and environment request of all-terrain vehicles (ATV). According to the principle of component lectotype for Powertrain Coupling system of HEV, and the demands of performance parameter of ATV about power, torque and speed when ATV is under movement condition, this research is focus on the powertrain coupling system between engine electric motor and wheel which has carried on the optimized matching, the modeling simulation and the experiment. The article has determined one kind of new multipurpose design and development plan on the powertrain coupling system in electric and HEV for ATV. It focal introduces the new powertrain coupling system based on the Cycloidal Planetary gearing transmission with Few-tooth-difference (CPF), which have applied in powertrain coupling system of the multipurpose light electric and HEV for ATV. To provide the control strategy of clutches-brakes and brakes system with electromagnetic controlled in the CPF for developing controllers for motor, engine and central controller for E & HEVs ATV power distribution. The findings indicated, the powertrain coupling system designs might satisfy the performance requirement for entire vehicle in wild beach. The method and the obtained result provided basis design theory for ATV and multipurpose light electric and HEVs. The technology has applied to ATV in Ningbo Saiting Electric Bicycle Science & Technology CO., LTD, and has applied patent.

Abstract: In view of the transient dynamic analysis in opening swing check valve, the motion model of valve clack is built, two-dimensional dynamic numerical simulation of the internal unsteady flow is performed by using dynamic mesh and UDF in opening two kinds of swing check valve at the same working condition, the visualized results are obtained. The results show that internal flow field of the modified model become more stable, the noise, impact and the local energy loss are decreased, the service life is improved obviously; an important reference for swing check valve design and analysis of dynamic characteristics are provided by the research results.

Abstract: The noise of the engine and torsional vibration of the engine’s shafting is been tested. The engine is a direct injection turbo charge inter-cooling four cylinders one. In the testing, the original pulley and three different torsional vibration dampers are compared.The result shows that it can reduce the vibration of the shafting, triangular belt, the accessory, and can reduce 1 to 2 decibel of the engine’s sound power level by using the torsional vibration damper.

Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of the underground cable checked, the hydraulic system of a new-style monorail crane traction system is introduced. The hydraulic system of the traction system was designed. The modeling and simulation for the hydraulic system was build, and the simulation results were analyzed subsequently. The research shows the system performance reaches the requirements. The simulation results are almost the same as the theoretical value, and the design scheme of the hydraulic system is feasible.
