Abstract: BP neural network is a kind of widely used feed-forward network. However its innate shortcomings are gradually giving rise to the study of other networks. Currently one of the research focuses in the area of feed-forward networks is radial basis function neural network. To test the radial basis function neural network for nonlinear function approximation capability, this paper first introduces the theories of RBF networks, as well as the structure, function approximation and learning algorithm of radial basis function neural network. Then a simulation test is carried out to compare BPNN and RBFNN. The simulation results indicate that RBFNN is simpler in structure, faster in speed and better in approximation performance. That is to say RBFNN is superior to BPNN in many aspects. But when solving the same problem, the structure of radial basis networks is more complicated than that of BP neural networks. Abstract: The research of data model is a key technology in engineering flight simulation platform. This work analyses the engineering flight simulation platform’s present research situation and specific demands. Then we propose a data model in engineering flight simulation platform based on meta-data. The model shields the heterogeneity of system data and can build association between system data. At last, we finished the data management module in engineering flight simulation platform based on the model mentioned above, which proved that this data model has greater significance in realizing generality and expandability in engineering flight simulation platform.

Abstract: It is important in theory and practice to translate a NFA into DFA. So far, subset construction is the most popular method. The method, however, needs import a dummy input ε and ε-closure and has a complicated computing procedure. In this paper, a new method to translate a NFA into DFA straightly is described. The new method needn’t import a dummy input ε and ε-closure, it accords to the original NFA state graph or state shift table to translate a NFA into DFA straightly.

Abstract: It is crucial for real-time embedded system to design and verify for a little fault may lead to a catastrophe. Architecture Analysis and Design Language (AADL) is a modeling language used to design and analysis the architecture of real-time embedded system based on Model Driven Architecture (MDA). Code generation of AADL model to codes running on the Real-time Operation System can avoid hand-writing mistakes and improve the efficiency of development. Partitioning is introduced into embedded system to control fault transmission. This paper presents a mapping approach to generate codes from AADL model for partitioned system, and the generated codes which include configuration codes and C codes will run on a partitioned platform.

Abstract: Simulators play an important part in computer architecture research. As for specific microarchitecture study, which focuses on the accurate behavior of out-of-order scheduling, ALU contention, and function unit management, an over-simplified abstraction is not sufficient to represent modern processor organizations. Thus cycle-accurate simulators are introduced to describe the accurate behavior in target microarchitecture. In cycle-accurate simulators, the timing feature within function units is simulated. This paper presents PPSim, a cycle-accurate PowerPC instruction set simulator, which models the cache, branch prediction, and out of order pipeline in PowerPC microarchitecture.

Abstract: Currently some P2P video-on-demand patterns using the corresponding technique to adjust and monitor network peer state, effectively reduce the multilayer peer forwarding delay, so as to ensure that the system has good stability and expansibility, but in response to the sudden resource request can not guarantee that the system load balancing. This paper presents a new P2P streaming media VOD system based on window, using a resource reservation mechanism for load balancing algorithm which can realize video server in each media stream between the rational allocation, give full play to the peer load capacity. The simulation shows that the system is able to respond to sudden resource request, and has high bandwidth utilization, effectively improves the performance of the system.

Abstract: Active RFID systems are widely used in modern industries. Typical application of the active RFID system is the identification and the position tracking of warehouse and freight container. Traditional design methods of active RFID system need special RFID readers to read and write the active RFID tags. This paper presents a novel active RFID system that can be easily read by smart phones. This new active RFID system was based on Bluetooth Low Energy. In the system, any device equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 such as iPhone 4S or the android based smart phones can be used as the reader. It was easy to use and costs effective. In the paper, we describe the detailed design of the novel active RFID system and the performance evaluation of the system.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics of terrestrial laser scanning technology and it's advantages of surveying and mapping application in mining area. Through the analysis of the specific topographical features of mining area, we design a new method in measurement based on the terrestrial laser scanning technology, and probe into the methods of 3D reconstruction and calculation of extraction. Experiments show that the proposed method can improve the efficiency of surveying and mapping in mining area , the 3D model can be used to monitor the extraction of mining area.
