Abstract: Based on the temperature control characteristics of dry anaerobic fermentation, this system use Siemens PLC and force control configuration software designed a realtime monitoring and control system about the temperature of fermentation. Briefly introduces the hardware structure design, the software design method, the temperature core program on gathering and processing. This system can realize the near manual and automatic operation, remote real-time monitoring about temperature. It has superiority on higher reliability, higher accuracy, stronger real-time property, easier operate.

Abstract: The construction scheme of CAN-bus modules on passenger cars is designed in this paper according to the development trend of safety and information intellectualization. The scheme includes functional partition of vehicle, electrical system classification, control unit division, and the assignment of the network ID. In particular, a detail description is given to the position and functions of input and output control modules. Tests have been given by OEMs to prove its practicability and validity.

Abstract: Forced ventilation has more accuracy in climate control of agricultural greenhouses. It is worthwhile to apply some energy saving measures to overcome the disadvantage of high power consumption in fan driving of forced ventilation. Here we present a new developed controller based on PLC which mainly can control the ventilation fans rotation speed in combination with variable frequency drive except for manipulating other facilities in greenhouse like pad, shading screen etc. The control system integrates a sense module which measuring solar radiation, temperature and humidity inside and outside of greenhouse, an actuating module which includes variable frequency drive, pad control and radiation screens to perform a optimized cooling strategy to reduce electrical energy consumption by low down the fans rotation speed with ambient condition changes.

Abstract: A novel chaos-control method of laser is presented by performing a path of photoelectric delayed nonlinear feedback. Two chaos-control models of injected semiconductor laser are studied by modulating the nonlinear and linear photoelectric delayed controllers. Firstly, by periodic modulation of the linear photocurrent under the condition of nonlinear control, the laser behavior can be brought into a dual-period, or multi-periodic state. Secondly, dynamical chaos-control is achieved successfully by switching the controllers.

Abstract: In present, plenty of solar greenhouse in northern China can't play maximum efficicency because of have no environmental control system. Through greenhouse construction for many years, a new practical HMG-2 type solar greenhouse with environmental automatic control system has been developped. This control system has "offline" and "online" two kind of working modes. The paper expounds the key technology adopted by the control system, which can greatly improve production performance of solar greenhouse. This environmental control system has many advantages such as low cost and easily to implement. It can meet the demand of users and has popularization value.

Control System for Automatic Positioning the Working Device of Metamorphic Concrete Grouting Machine
Abstract: In order to improve the automation level of the metamorphic concrete grouting machine, an automatic positioning control system was developed based on the knowledge of signal acquisition and hydraulic control technology with PLC and HMI. Angle sensors installed on the arms of the grouting machine and the grouting working device were used in this system. Firstly, users determine the reference position according to practical needs, and use the PLC to complete information collection and respective reference positions recording. Then, before the grouting starts, PLC makes a real-time detection and compares the positions of the excavator boom, arm and the grouting working device, and controls the hydraulic cylinders of the excavator sequentially to adjust the positions through electro-hydraulic proportional velocity regulating valve and solenoid control valves. This control system can realize automatic positioning.

Abstract: Modern complex manufacturing process output data showed high autocorrelation, resulting in the output of the process to deviate from the design target , or that false alarms increasd in traditional control chart in monitoring process. Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Automatic process control (APC) are main methods of industrial processes. Study based on the optimization of radial basis (Radial Basis Funtion RBF) neural network integrated SPC/APC quality control model, the forecast MMSE controller based on optimal radial basis function networks were utilized to adjut process of productive process output, and residual control charts were utilized to monitor process output after adjustment. Results show that optimal RBF network can improve forecast accuracy and adjustment effect, eliminate effectively process output autocorrelation. The residual control chart will in steady state and with small fluctuation. Intergrated SPC/APC quality control model based on optimal radial basis function can eliminate process fluctuation effectively and guaranteeproduct stable quality in process quality control.

Abstract: Based on the PLC control technique and WinCC configuration technology,the control system for the liquid level of the tank was designed. After receiving liquid level signal that transferred from radar tester,the PLC process it ,and then output related control signal to the actuator.The actuator is composed of two AC motors,one is for the main pump ,and another for the auxiliary pump.The function of human-machine interface is achieved with the help of Smart700 touch screen of Siemens.Communication functions between the WinCC project and the PLC site and pictures of the control process which enabals real-time monitoring of the entire system are finished by designing configuration.Finally,the validity of the system and the feasibility of the design have been proved by debugging and the use of enterprises.

Abstract: A novel adaptive track finding algorithm is designed, which combines the function of track finding and image binarization. The combination of these two functions allows the system to determine the binarization threshold adaptively, and perform accurate visual navigation in diverse lighting and track conditions. A circular arc path planning strategy with a single measurable control parameter is used to guide the model car to the track. The circular arc path planning strategy is easy to implement and delivers fast and accurate responses to the track.

Abstract: Chinese spinning technology has developed for more than 40 years. Especially in recent years, various kinds of spinning equipment have been developed and contributed a lot to Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, but it is blank in the light industry and civil industry. Due to the high cost and programming complexity of NC machine tools, we have no dedicated spinning machine and mostly rely on simple manual in the lampcover production. As to the above problems, we developed the lampcover NC spinning machines that can generate the track automatically and complete automatic control in the machining process.
