Abstract: The workspace is limited in the fixed parameters of cable-driven parallel mechanism and interference often happens between cables and surfaces of actuator. The fundamental basis of metamorphic mechanisms is addressed in accordance with the design, kinematics and dynamics, as well as the compliant metamorphic mechanisms. Metamorphic structure was applied to the cable-driven parallel mechanism. The more adaptive metamorphic mechanism is the full mobile hinge, which provided whole workspace of the frame. Through adding the adaptive hinge, the workspace was extended. The new methods of distant to detect interference between cables and faces of actuator was discussed and applied to a 6 DOF cable-driven parallel mechanism. Comparing with other methods of calculation of interference, it showed more accurate and provided a function to metamorphic control. The volume of interference was coherent and the force of cable was smoother to control when testing the high angle of attack.

Abstract: Coal and gas outburst is one of the most important natural disasters in our country. Thus pre-warning has the great significance to production safety for coal mine. In view of the facts of current pre-warning technologies, such as single pre-warning indicators, poor performance under interference and low real-time capability, some new pre-warning models are presented. The models include G line, moving average line and so on. Based on data mining theory, the pre-warning system works on the time series of gas emission concentration (which is called G series), and the pre-warning system for outburst is designed as well. 4.19 coal and gas outburst in Dashu Village Coal Mine of Hebei Fengfeng Coal Mining Group is studied based on pre-warning system. And the result is in accord with accident investigation. The analysis shows that the pre-warning system can mine the outburst developing process information of coal-rock dynamical system from the time series of gas concentration and realize outburst accidents pre-warning.

Abstract: Pollution and climate change due to the use of fossil fuel can no longer be denied, and this coupled with a waning supply of oil leads one to inevitably conclude that a clean, sustainable energy source is needed. That source is solar energy, the cleanest, safest, and most environmentally friendly energy source we have. In this paper, a photovoltaic (PV) solar energy system is used to generate electricity that will recharge a battery (DC 12V). The portable recharged battery will serve as the energy source for an electric vehicle. Moreover, in order to reduce manpower, a PC-based remote electrical monitoring technique used in the battery’s recharged system will be established via a TCP/IP network. Consequently, a PV solar panel with a 30 Watt capacity used to generate electricity using a PC-based monitoring system is exemplified.

Abstract: Guohua electric company use domestic DCS and optimizing control software in four power plants: Taishan,Xuzhou,Chenjiagang and Hulunbeier, there are 2 supercritical uints and 6 ultra supercritical units. During the research, Guohua company help DCS companies to increase quality and lower the risk by compiling and carrying out DCS Factory acceptance standard, Technical guide for logical review of DCS,DCS emergency pre-arranged planning,training I&C staff by virtual DCS simulation machine.The result of above 4 power plants shows that China made DCS could be successfully operation on 1000MW and 600MW ultra supercritical and .supercritical units.

Abstract: In order to realize the control and management system of LED bulb assembly line that can exchange and analyze real-time information of production line, first, a monitoring system based on WinCC was built; it can be used not only in on-line real-time monitoring but also in analyzing and diagnosing line’s trouble. Second, we used Matlab as the data processing platform, exchanged data by OPC technology, combined Matlab’s powerful calculate ability with power of WinCC real-time collect data, so the dynamic data exchange between Matlab and WinCC can be realized .In the end , BPNN was used to relate test results of LED Bulb to machine’s running parameters by learning data from host computer. In this way, parameters of machines can be adjusted in real-time and qualified products' rate can be improved.

Abstract: A real time automatic detection system of the vehicle condition with the vehicles speed, mileage, oil quantity, water level and other status parameters was realized. In the system, digital signal processor (DSP) is used as main control chip. Hall sensors are used to detect vehicles speed and mileage. The capacitive sensors are used to test water level and oil quantity of vehicle. The data obtained by sensors are stored in a large capacity of serial FLASH memory, and displayed on the LCD in real time. These data would be uploaded to the upper computer from DSP through RS232 serial interface, so as to achieve the automatic detection, display and storage of vehicle condition parameters. The system has strong practicality.

Abstract: Undesired gearshift often occurred when the vehicle was under the curve driving condition. To resolve this problem, this paper proposed a fuzzy correction gearshift strategy under cornering which put the lateral acceleration and lateral acceleration variation rate, the external load and the real-time vehicle speed as parameters. Road test results showed that the undesired gear shift frequency was largely reduced and this method improved driving comfort and security under cornering condition.

Abstract: The hydraulic drive valve intelligent control system was discussed. Two grades, the field cell and the remote control cell, were used in the distributed control system. The communications of the system were implemented by Controller Area Network (CAN). At the first grade, single-chip microcomputer (SCM) acted as the control chip. The sampling pressure signal in pipeline was transformed into the output digital control signal by the controller. The digital direction valve acted as a transformation unit which converts the electric signal to mechanical action in the hydraulic circuit. The control process was realized by the digital signal directly acting on the step electrical motor. At the second grade, the industrial-control computer with a favorable man-machine conversation interface was used to realize monitor function.

Abstract: The transformed control system of bell-type annealing furnace with pure hydrogen in Pangang Group cold rolling mill is analyzed, and the technological process, the structure of control system, the control principle are introduced. The principles and implementations of important control functions are analyzed in detail, including security measures, the measurement and control of hydrogen flow, temperature control etc. The production practice shows that, the transformed control system stabilizes the production process, improves product quality, optimizes the production process.

Abstract: Introduce a multichannel intelligent temperature controller to ensure terminal set of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) work under proper temperature. Hardware circuit is implemented through central unit microcontroller ADuC812 extend basic collecting and driving circuit. Heating algorithm employs fuzzy algorithm with prediction model and integral effectiveness, which overcomes the problem that traditional PID algorithm presents barely satisfactory in time delay system [1]. Simulations show this design well meets requirements of UAV airborne terminal computer, possesses good dynamic performance and smaller steady-state error, and avoids oscillation phenomenon. Practical application approves that the measurable temperature range is from-50°C to +50°C with accuracy +/-0.1°C, and static error of temperature control is less than or equal to +/-2°C, which satisfies application demands.
