The modified BPR function including road service parameter and teams amount is built, an optimize path selecting method is put forward, All teams runtime are contrasted between centralized march and self-determination march, results showed that commander’s dispatching ability is very important for completing the march task.

Abstract: This paper describes the implementation of serial communication between the PLC and the host-computer in the control system of home environment, gives a detailed introduction to the communication protocols, parameters setting and also gives part of the serial-communication program based on visual basic 6.0. It shows that this control system meets the requirements as expected.

Abstract: Aimed at the backwardness of generation and assessment methods in communication guarantee, the paper designed a simulation system for emergency network of microwave communication. The system designed the architecture in the form of modular, constructed the modeling framework for communication equipment using hierarchy analysis, described the simulation process and proposed the simulation embodiments/realization methods through flow chart, realized the database management, and provided the evaluation basis of communication effect and the embodiments/realization methods. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the system was verified through the daily network training simulation in this paper. The system provides more accurate analysis data and results to users through virtual evaluation methods, and can play an assistant decision role in communication guarantee scheme generation and effectively improve the efficiency of emergency communication guarantee.

Abstract: This paper designed a dedicated channel emulator that can be used for high-dynamic satellite channel performance testing. First of all, introduce the characteristic of satellite channel. Secondly, focusing on the analysis of Lutz model, we give the system model of the satellite channel simulation. Finally, according to the model of the system, the realization method based on FPGA platform would be given, the solution of key technology would be described and the test data would be provided.

Abstract: Nowadays, wireless network technology in smart home is rapid gaining popularity duo to its flexible integration into everyday life. The paper introduces a method that adopts 433MHZ communication to establish the wireless network in smart home system based on Si4421 wireless modules. The paper designed the overall idea of how to establish the wireless network, it mainly talk about the wireless module, including both software and hardware. The difficulty lies in the realization of the custom wireless communication protocol. The Si4421 wireless module was tested in data communication and control in smart home system which can work efficiently and reliably, it proved that the wireless module is perfectly suitable for the wireless network construction in smart home with small size package, low consumption, low cost, and strong ability to leap obstacles.

Abstract: For improving the spectrum hole utilization in cognitive radio networks, two-way relaying is used in this paper to assist two secondary users in exchanging information. The 2-step and 3-step two-way relaying models are respectively discussed with imperfect spectrum sensing. Moreover, the closed-form expressions of outage probability for the two models are derived with a primary user protection constraint. Simulation shows that 3-step model outperforms 2-step in terms of the outage performance.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional AHP method and proposes group decision making from a single decision-making. In group decision making the weight of experts is very important. This paper discusses the existing methods of determining experts’ weights, introduces the method of the similarity of the cosine of the vectors’ angle, and the weight of experts is determined dynamically according to the similarity of the judgment matrix given by experts. When determining the weight of experts, judgment matrixes experts give need to pass the consistency test. In this paper, AHP group decision making method is applied to the load balancing system to determine the index weight influencing on load balancing. The experiment in the paper shows that this method can reduce calculation of consistency test and make the decision-making results more effective.

Abstract: A wireless image transmission system is proposed, which in order to offset the disadvantages of wire video monitor laying points hard, and disadvantages of wire video monitor implementing hard in bad circumstance. The core of the system is TI series of C5000 high speed DSP processor and radio frequency wireless communication chip. Through DSP transplantation of JPEG compression algorithm, complete image collection and image compression through DSP, use wireless receiving and sending module to complete wireless images data transmission. Use wireless receiving and sending module instead of emitter and network as image data transmission device, low cost, not required network fee, system can real-time complete terminal images collection and show. It can apply community guard and video monitor of deploying points urgently in the electric power system, factory, bank and other important department, which dont require higher performance.
