Abstract: Based on the PingQuan County YangShuLing Town SanZuoDian community planning as an example, in the new rural construction planning process, this text discusses planning and construction of the rural community. Based on the specific projects as the starting point, with regional characteristics as the guidance, after a full analysis of characteristic of the project, from the aspect of land layout planning, the road traffic system planning, landscape planning, the text detailed description of the rural community planning.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic construction, the necessary construction and update of urban old building has become one of the concrete methods of city updated development. This paper will discuss the aesthetic feature of the combination of function, technology and social culture of old building reconstruction under the circumstances of sustainable development. Moreover, this is based on the analysis of city old building reconstruction and aesthetic environment as well as value basis. It aims to provide reference criterion of evaluation for urban old building reconstruction and urban organic update in the new period.

Abstract: City planning should embody local humanity. With the development of urban, humanity factor, as an important resource, endowing cities with characteristic and spirituality can bring recessive irreplaceable influence on urban construction. Some conceptions are proposed to control humanity factors in city planning.

Abstract: The development of GIS technology provides a new approach for the decision-making of Tourist Resort, which can effectively make up for the deficiencies of traditional methods. The site selection of the tourist resort involved the investors’ marketing strategy, the economic characteristics of the market, the traffic characteristics, the natural conditions of the chosen location, the historical and cultural background, the cultural landscape, the decision-making behavior of the government and the residents' attitude, is a process influenced by various factors. Taking the example of a certain tourist resort, extracting some information related to the spatial location by analyzing the factors of tourist resort site selection can solve the tourist resort location problem with the help of spatial analysis functions based on GIS. The result shows that this technology is of great practical value.

Abstract: In the information society, people grasp the flow of the initiative will redefine the traditional elite constitute, because its expression is the space organization of the management elites, which are leading and depending on the flows. As an objective existence which should not be denied, elite space formats the unique spatial characteristics in the information society,and on the future it will have a significant impact on the development of the city. They manipulate the direction of capabilities of the flow and the junction of the future space. Elites activities space are mainly relying on the advanced production service industry, so the spatial distribution of the advanced production service industrial park reflects the elite activities spacial network, through the study of the spatial distribution of the advanced production service industrial park in Yangtze River Delta, further analysis the characteristics of elite activity spacial network.We do the research of the spatial relationship between the elite space and city, country and global city, and then elicit that the elite space rely on information technology have the flow characteristics of independence, fragment, and never lost. The analysis also draws a conclusion that as soon as the elite space arose the social class differentiation, it force the dual city come into being.

Abstract: Eastern region of northwest China includes Shaanxi, Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region and the area to the east of Lanzhou city, Gansu Province. Most of the region is covered by Qinling mountains and Loess Plateau that is a crisscross network of gullies, Urban land for construction shows a form of ribbon, thus creating a large number of linear cities. In this paper, based on the theories of linear city which is Matas classic theory of urban form , and based on linear cities status and trends of development in eastern region of northwest China, we put forward the concept of "organic growth" and "dynamic growth" into linear citiesstudy. Based on this, the paper combines with examples of typical cases, to explore a new form of linear cities spatial layout which combine dispersal and compaction, and not only give full play to Linear Cities advantages, but also as far as possible to avoid the disadvantages ,with the aim of changing the passive situation in the development of these cities .

Abstract: The ancient city of Dai Xian in Shanxi, a frontier town which arose from the ancient military defense in China , has the complete city pattern, which is the first and the main problem in the process of the historical and cultural city protection. In this paper,the pattern system,the evolution process and the present situation of the ancient city of DaiXian is carried on the concrete analysis, and it illustrates the "one city three close" city pattern, points out the necessity of the protection of the city pattern, and finally comes up with some general ideas about the protection of the city pattern to realize the sustainable development of the ancient city.

Abstract: Abstrac.The present researches on Chinese urban brands are not mature, even fewer are the researches on small cities in central China. Fengcheng Town in Wenshui County is one of representative small cities in central China. The author put forward four major urban brands of Fengcheng Town in Wenshui County after studying and summarizing the current situation of Fengcheng Town, Wenshui County, to provide example basis for the development research on such small cities.

Abstract: This article argues that distributed intelligent resource must be integrated in construction and engineering design in a digital era. With a view of CSCW, CSCD and VDS, we bring forward a digital collaborative system for construction and engineering design. On the scale change from individual - group-organization-public, this system has different content, value and technical request. At last we predict a further research of this digital collaborative system.

Abstract: Residential differentiation has a close relationship with urban planning. Urban land use planning will guide the formation of the residential differentiation pattern and the existing residential differentiation pattern will have some impact on the preparation and implementation of the urban planning. Adhering to market regulation and planning control simultaneously, strengthening the study on the characteristics and mechanism of the urban residential differentiation, preparing a reasonable planning for residential land, focusing on the living environment construction of deprived urban areas and strengthening the guidance and control of urban planning will play an important role in forming reasonable urban residential differentiation pattern.
