Abstract: The article set up an indicator system of industrial structure optimization which bringing resource-conserving and environment-friendly indexes into the system, evaluated the industrial structure optimization level of 30 provinces in China. The result shows that the level of industrial structure has a high coefficient with the development of economics, and it declines along the eastern area, the middle, the western area gradually. The level also depends on the coordinate development of resources& environment production efficiency, relevant supporting industries, industrial innovation ability, and industrial correlation degree.

Abstract: The fragmentation of rural space leads to a large number of practical problems in rural economy, society and environment, and meanwhile seriously affects the course of urbanization. Rural clustering construction is the route that must be taken to deal with the fragmentation of rural space and realize coordinated development of urban and rural space. This paper, firstly, summarized four types of rural clustering; then it sorts out relevant studies of planning and implementation approaches to rural clustering, namely, planning methods of village stationing, and concludes three main planning methods, with concrete analysis, including the allocation method featuring the principle of proximity related to the distance between farming and commuting, multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, and the method based on city fractal theory; finally, this paper points out the shortcomings of the study in the current stage.

Abstract: Langfang as the nearest neighbor of Beijing and Tianjin in space, the most important regional development strategy is to achieve better and faster development in Jing-Jin-Ji economic integration.Core issue of the future development of Langfang is that , Deepening the infrastructure construction,Eco-enviroment construction,historical culture protection, rationalization of industry spatial layout,promoting the substantive development of Jing-Jin economy integration and upgrading industrial structure.

Abstract: Based on the mode of eco-network planning, this text expounds three aspects about ecological nodes in university campus, including two general features those are heterogeneity and mosaicism, three common types can be respectively named Intersectional, Affiliated and Separate and their three important planning and construction principles: strictly protect virgin nature ecological factors, create an symbiotic environment for both human and nature, regenerate ecological elements located on the key position in eco-network of campus such as planting a cluster of regional trees to be a grove for animals.

Abstract: Historic district is a main carrier of urban context. So from the perspective of mixed organization of public space, on the one hand, this paper analyzes the space features and mechanism of commercial pedestrian street by comparing Hefang Street with Xinyifang, these two representative historic districts in Hangzhou, in three aspects of location characteristic, function composition and space mode; on the other hand, with the investigation and analysis of users demand and satisfaction, this paper explores characteristics of using mixed vitality in optimizing the space mode of commercial pedestrian street of Hangzhou historic district. Finally, the space mode optimization strategy on regional characteristics is provided to further improve Hangzhou historical and cultural characteristics and public space vitality.

Abstract: Based on the protection and reconstruction of the ancient community and regarding the "culture inheritance" and "mixed-use" as a core, this paper will study the modification principle in terms of the reconstruction of wall area, the design of public recreational center, the reconstruction of reserved dwellings and the design of newly-built dwellings. Space utilization, improvement of public service facilities, combination of basic house type unit and the harmony of ancient and newly-built construction are the key part of the principle. Through the description of current cultural conservation status, this paper analyze the generation motivation of China's ancient community functional mixed paradigm and culture clues, summarize the evolution of spatial pattern of Shengzhou with its geographic-specific properties and propose an updated protection strategies in order to achieve fundamental purpose "old community, new life".

Abstract: This paper takes the planning and designing of international tropical resort island as a case study, through the introduction of its planning ideas, construction and implementation effect, it puts forward the significance of borrowing ideas to the planning and designing of Chinas Zhejiang coastal island resort. By using specific cases, it elaborates the correct philosophy of planning Zhejiang island tourist resort.

Abstract: Since the speeding of industrialization and urbanization, more and more farming land are occupied for construction. The conflict between construction land demand caused by economic development and farmland protection is becoming more and more serious. As an effective way of increasing farmland area and construction land and improving intensive land use, land arrangement undoubtedly becomes the best choice of land use in the new period. This article chose Pixian as an example to start the research of arrangement model and potential maximization of rural land and push optimized allocation of land resource and land use structure, thus, offering theoretical and scientific support for coordinated development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization of Pixian.

Abstract: With the rapid growth of Chinas real estate industry, the consumer behavior in housing market has become one of the issues with greatest concern to developers and the local government. Because of the problem of data, researches on housing choice behavior from the micro level are limited. In this paper, the author built the Logit model about housing choice of urban resident in Hangzhou, selected three main categories of family characteristics, house characteristics and psychological factors, and with division of the housing location in two ways: concentric urban districts and administrative division. The results show that residential location choice decision is largely affected by most of family characteristics, house characteristics and psychological factors. The administrative division of location has more practical significance than concentric urban districts division. The studys conclusion can provide advices for the government, enterprises, as well as residents making decisions.

Abstract: Wetland is honored as the lung of the earth, it can conserve the water resource, purity the water quality and furthermore beautify city to improve the human living condition. There appears some contradiction in the progress of the northward development of Xian city between city development and ecological protection. The way to solve the problem and then enjoy city booming along with the ecological function of Wei River wetland is our aim. Then, Wetlands Park is raised to be the carrier as a specific way of ecological protection to protect the development mode of wetland.
