Abstract: In this paper, based on the analysis of landscape connotation from landscape aesthetics and visual characteristics, our team make research on the highway landscape visual resource management techniques. Also, we combine the Yunnan Dali to Lijiang expressway landscape project, which is carried out as a trial application. And we make analysis and evaluation on the landscape resources along the project, in order to guide future highway landscape design and management.

Abstract: Based on the hot and rainy climate characteristics in summer in the mountains of Western Guangxi and Northern Guangxi, traditional ethnic minority villages and construction is explored under the guidance of sustainable create. Minority traditional house stilted building in Western Guangxi and Northern Guangxi is used for reference. Reasonable theory of architectural design and technical measures is adopted to explore a style of residential building which would be safe, comfortable, conductive to the protection of traditional mountain in villages morphology, efficient use of resources and minimum impact on environment, so that traditional minority building would be renewed under the new technology.

Abstract: Nowadays, large eaves have been widely applied in various modern large-scale public buildings. Due to their huge lengths, they can shield large areas of building facades from insolation, so their shading effect is evident. Nevertheless, little research has been conducted on precise evaluation of large eaves' shading effect. Based on these considerations, the paper set up a parametric design & analysis platform, and then generated parametric models of various sizes. In addition, shading coefficients of windows on the south façades were obtained through computational simulation. Subsequently, a mathematical relationship between shading coefficients and model size parameters was discovered. Finally, the paper discussed the heights of shading areas under large eaves. These conclusions can help ameliorate the Standard.

Abstract: Heritage area is one of the newer protection modes for large-scale cultural heritage types in the world. This paper is in order to achieve the purpose of studying and protecting wholly for the pre-Qing architectural heritage area in Liaoning province. First of all, pre-Qing architectural heritage status will be investigated and systematically integrated, and pre-Qing architectural heritage area in Liaoning province will be constructed; and then the architectural heritage valuation will be analyzed and the protection and construction guidelines for the architectural heritage in this region will be built; finally, the overall regional protection programme will be identified for pre-Qing architectural heritage area as a whole, and the overall conservation planning and the key areas detailed conservation planning will be established. To protect the rich pre-Qing architectural heritage in Liaoning province with a heritage area mode, can be the integrity protection for heritage with its historical background and cultural context, its heritage value and carrier in this region. This protection mode which have outstanding and typical significance is that, it is not only helpful for Chinese heritage protection system to improve and expand, but also useful for revitalizing the urban and rural economy and protects the ecological environment of the northeast districts in China.

Abstract: By using the communication spaces of two dormitory buildings in a certain South-China university as studied samples, this paper deals with the ways to utilize, cognize and evaluate them in the aspects of recessive psychology and dominant behavior, namely to know about the information regarding the use of evaluated objects-not only the situations of users but also their personal experiences,. So, it is possible for the author to devise a qualitatively analytical method to find out the using forms of varied communication spaces as well as the use frequencies and laws, thus being beneficial to the designs and analyses of communication spaces.

Abstract: National architecture is the important carrier of national culture. Nowadays in China, in the process of new rural construction, there is a new challenge that how to improve the minority nationality residential building level as well as protect local building characteristics and avoid trend of thousand towns have the same look". In this article, taking Dai nationality building as an example, using research methods like architecture and anthropology, the minority nationality village update mechanism and influence factors are explored in respects of family structure, building development, value orientation and the organization method, then measures are put forward to protect minority village local characteristics. At last, it puts forward that interdisciplinary national architecture research system shall be established which covers humanity, economy, architecture and other courses, to carry forward and develop the varied and colorful national architecture culture in China.

Research on the Green Urban Morphology Based on BIM - A Case Study on the Urban Design in Nanhe City
Abstract: Based on theoretical studies of the urban spatial morphology, this paper introduces advanced concepts and methods of BIM (Building Information Model) into the urban design in Nanhe City ,and then respectively makes innovations of the urban design practice supported by BIM technology in the process of design, optimization and implementation of the program, attempting to explore BIM-based design patterns of the urban spatial morphology to make the traditional urban design process more rational and scientific, to expect to reach the green and sustainable urban spatial morphology.

Abstract: According to Chinese housing status and characteristics of suburbanization, learning from the experience of foreign suburbanization, based housing performance technical standards and questionnaire of Shenyang 2013 people purchase needs, unit plane, residential condominiums, 10 residential properties identified indicators including unit plane and residential condominiums are selected. Using rough set theory with engineering examples, preferred and established a widely used value prices, public service facilities, land using and planning three suburban residential evaluation and brief evaluation of suburban residential applications, at the same time gives some recommendations about the optimization and transformation of residential construction in the suburbs.

Abstract: With Chinese construction industry into the digital age. BIM became mainstream of design method with its advantages of high efficiency, wholeness and visualization. Landscape Architecture must be aware that BIM application is necessary to development in landscape design, especially Landscape Architecture as a new first level discipline since 2011 in China. On the basis of issues that BIM application encountered in the Chinese construction industry, this paper discuss important issues of BIM application that Landscape Architecture must to be solved firstly, namely the awareness of BIM, BIM standard for Landscape Architecture, software and digital resource.

Abstract: Along with the acceleration of urbanization process, the surviving of traditional dwellings in city's historic districts is in a dilemma due to reconstruction or demolition. Actually, many traditional dwellings have been or being demolished under a new round of urban construction. The pattern of life in urban areas and urban fabric are changing, resulting in the effects on historical architecture in urban areas, especially in historical and cultural cities. This paper analyses the conservation practices on remaining dwellings in the historical districts, according to technical conditions indifferent historical periods. There are three conservation methods: self-conversation, local repair and renewal. On the basis of the dweller surveys in the existing residential areas, we analyze the effects of three methods on protecting their own characteristics from the purpose of the protector, feelings of the residents and practical effect of protection. The paper puts forward a conclusion based on the above research, as well as some advices on new protection models.
