Abstract: This paper reveals generating mechanism and reasons of housing consumption by analyzing potential demand and the effective demand. Based on defect analysis of house price-to-income ratio and factors of influencing housing affordability, this paper puts forward the establishing method and process of resident housing affordability index. Finally, in order to keep the housing prices in a reasonable range and active the consumption of the urban residents, the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward based on present residents housing affordability.

Abstract: Since there are many influencing factors about freeway traffic safety, in order to provide a basis for comprehensive evaluation of traffic safety, on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the existing evaluation system of traffic safety, the evaluation index system of freeway traffic safety is established according to freeway characteristic under the unusual situation, as well as considering the feasibility of data collection and the rationality of setting up the index, which gives the definition, quantitative formula and suggestion value of domain for the indexes.

Abstract: A real-time information management system for building construction (RIMBC), which is supported by the network technology, geographical information technology and office automation technology, is designed. This management system integrated the design data, survey data and test data can be used for the real-time search, management and update of design, survey documents by technical sections of functional departments in the field of construction engineering. This study gives a comprehensive and detailed depiction for the logical structure, entity structure, system process planning, database structure, subsystem structure and personnel training of RIMBC.

Abstract: This study examines the environmental effects on residential property values in an extremely compact city of Macao Peninsula. Results showed that people would be willing to pay more for apartment with sea view and proximity to public recreational park. The availability of sea view for an apartment would increase the sale price by approximately 20%. About 5% increase in price would be observed if the apartment was located within 200m to public recreational park. Proximity to sewage treatment plant had a negative influence on the apartment price. About 9% price drop would be observed if the apartment was within 200m to sewage treatment plant. In addition, the sale price of an apartment would increase by about 5% if it is close to a trunk road with high traffic volume, which implied that people living in an extremely compact city tended to sacrifice serenity for convenience.

Abstract: Through investigation and study, a risk evaluation index system of BT engineering project was tried to establish in the paper, from three levels of macro, meso and micro. In view of the mutual influence from the risk indexes in the BT engineering project, this paper used ANP to conduct risk evaluation research. A large-scale BT engineering project as an example, the relative weight and ranking of the risk factors are obtained and the main risk factors are analyzed and evaluated by using the method of the ANP.

Abstract: In Taiwan, the strongest demand for housing is located in New Taipei City and Taoyuan County. It needs to use policies and systems to adjust the housing market timely and relieve the situation of supply and demand in the urban area. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the trends of the population growth in Taiwan, understand the current status of land use in the metropolitan area, study the possible schedules and issues about the release and use of all kinds of residential lands and public lands, consult some foreign cases and laws and domestic land policies, examine the supply and demand of residential land as well as the relevant supporting systems, assess the feasibility of the introduction of land reservation system, propose a strategy of adjustment of the supply and demand of residential land as well as the re-use of public lands, build the system framework of the supply and demand of housing market, in order to reduce the risk of an imbalance of the supply and demand of housing market in the future.

Abstract: Building Information Modeling is from the information technology used in construction industry. It gets the characteristic of each node in the whole life cycle of the construction project through the operation of the AEC project information. So as to provide timely, accurate and sufficient information for participants, especially the construction side in project, and ultimately achieve the project design, construction, operational efficiency and improve the quality. BIM technology has broad application prospects in the college infrastructure project management which lack of professional management and inefficient investment.

Abstract: Based on analytic hierarchy procedure, established the post-assessment indexes system of graded crushed stone base project. Considering the road performance and economic benefit, societal and environmental benefit, the weighing values for various layers factors group of the graded crushed stone base project of Heng-Gai line are calculated. Analytic hierarchy procedure (AHP) method can effectively avoid making decisions subjectively and more scientific and reasonable to determine the weighing values of post-assessment indexes and it is an effective method to determine the weighing values for post-assessment indexes of the graded crushed stone base project.

Abstract: The calculation of weigh value and consistency of the judgment matrix of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were studied in this paper. And the study was applied for coal mine safety assessment. Due to the particularity and complexity of the coal mine environment, to make sure the comprehensive assessment for coal mine system safety, analytic hierarchy process was usually used. It is an important problem to solve the weight value and consistency of the judgment matrix when applying analytic hierarchy process. To obtain the weight value and ensure the consistence of the judgment matrix is the main research direction of AHP. The genetic algorithm was applied to calculate the weight value and the consistency of the judgment matrix. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to evaluate the safety condition of the coal mine system with the method of weight value solution in this paper. Case study shows that the calcuation resuts of applying genetic algorithm to calculate idnex weight value is better than additional methods.
