Abstract: Few studies have adequately focused on passenger route choice behavior with congestion consideration, or provided useful guidance on passenger route choice and hence the transit assignment model, which is the writing motivation of this paper. With congestion consideration, travel cost is assessed and and ways to reduce it also identified. Finally, an actual transit network of Chengdu is used as a case study to demonstrate the benefits of the proposed model. The result indicates that the vehicle capacity is an important factor that cant be ignored and a better understanding of passenger route behavior could significantly benefit public transit system.

Abstract: At present the tradition layout and landscape characteristic of village are disappearing gradually in the Pearl River Delta region. With the rural residential branch out into high-density and multi-storey, the scale space in village is disappearing in the Pearl River Delta region. The wind field, temperature field, moisture and atmospheric particle distribution of village are changed along with the transition, which lead to the village thermal environment deteriorative. In view of this, the thermal environment of village is simulated, based on the 3D microclimate model ENVI-met. The simulation results show that the layout and the underlying surface structure of the village have a direct relationship with the air temperature and wind speed in village in the Pearl River Delta region.

Abstract: The piloti is one of the important design method of LingNan architecture to adapt to the climate, piloti space is an important space meet the communication between teachers and students. The three-dimensional non-hydrostatic climate model ENVI-met were applied to simulate differents of heights of piloti and proportion of piloti. Study the effect of different cases of piloti on campus cluster thermal environment.

Abstract: The grit chambers with rotational flow find wide range of application for the treatment of sandstone wastewater in hydropower stations. Aiming at the high-turbidity solid-liquid two-phase problem of a complex flow pattern, an Eulerian-Eulerian two-phase model was built, which can describe the collision term between particles in sandstone wastewater. By using CFD technology, the velocity distribution of flow at the blade position was analyzed and the different effects caused by blade numbers to the particle removal efficiency were discussed. The results show that the removal efficiency of grit chamber with rotational flow increased gradually at first and then decreased slightly. Then the number of blade is four, the optimum removal efficiency can be reached, which provided theoretical and referential basis for engineering design and operation.

Abstract: Based on cause analysis of quality defect in affordable housing, solutions are proposed from the perspective of government. And then the ranking of their importance is figured out by AHP based on evaluation criteria of comprehensive consideration of quality, strengthening supervision and balancing quality and profit-driven developers to help government allocate resources effectively to improve the quality of affordable housing. It is found that government should build synthesized management department and use various methods reasonably according to their orders of importance to ensure the quality of affordable housing.

Abstract: In recent years, the construction industry has flourished in China. Through investigating construction safety accident data of one city and combing with engineering construction site, construction works risk control system was built. We used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to access the risk of the factors and made a conclusion that the safety management and construction conditions should be primarily controlled in construction works. Finally, a preliminary study was done about Construction Project Safety Management System.

Abstract: Project contract is only one aspect of project governance. Even a perfect contract can not ensure the project performance. The specific characteristics of construction project transaction determines the traditional project governance mechanism that focus on contract alone can not make sure that the construction project goes well. In fact, since construction projects are inserted to certain social environment, the influence of social relationship on project performance draws increasing attention as the research on project governance goes further. The paper applies the idea of relational governance to construction project transaction governance aimed at its specific characteristics and analyses the influential factors of relational governance in construction project transaction from the stakeholders angle and its application exemplified by the partnering pattern.

Abstract: From1980s to nowadays, D-B mode is widely used for its incomparable advantages. It combines design and construction into an integral whole, not only reducing owner’s burden but giving contractor more space to perform his ability. On the basis of the analysis of D-B mode’s operation process and referring to other modes’ operation mechanism, this article establishes its operation mechanism. The purpose is, by establishment of operation mechanism, to provide theoretical support for engineering and promote this mode’s development.
