Abstract: In order to study fuzziness degree's quantity measure as to fuzzy operator, using fuzzy set theory, the problem of general expressions on fuzziness degree as to fuzzy operator has been studied, a series of theorems and formulas about which have been given. These formulas have a special foundation function in fuzzy information processing, such as the fuzzy pattern recognition, the fuzzy reasoning, and the fuzzy artificial intelligence. The great theory supports have been supplied to computer's fuzzy information processing.

Abstract: The paper described how to use the OpenGL 3D graphics library achieving the simulation of the virtual battlefield environment under the C++Builder software development environment, and how to achieve the simulation of antiaircraft artillery shooting amending process in the virtual battlefield environment. About creating the virtual battlefield environment, the paper elaborated 3DS model’s transfer method and display method, virtual scene mapping and romancing method and coordinates transformation method under the virtual environment. About simulation of antiaircraft artillery shooting amending, this paper described the design ideas and implementation process of shooting amending simulation, especially researched the method of building target flight route mode based on actual conditions, introduced the shooting error’s simulation realization, explicated the calculation process including the projectile flight time, target’s ahead point coordinates and miss distance, and finally studied that how to use the miss distance to amend the firing data. The experiments prove that the simulation of shooting amending is correct and feasible. The simulation provides a basis for shooting amending.

Abstract: With The uncertainty and not repetitive of economic society and the incomplete of relevant statistics data, the paper uses grey prediction methods establishing mathematical model to forecast the developing trends of quantity of shipment, according to FuJian’s almanac socioeconomic statistics and development trend of quantity of shipment. On this basis, it also summarizes the application environment of grey prediction methods and some suggestion of the application.

Abstract: In the process of researching and implementing electronic chart display and information system, discovered the problem of displaying efficiency based on large scale electronic chart data. As the electronic chart data and its objects have scale range, suggested dividing electronic chart data into several grades and controlling displaying by scale. When displaying electronic chart data, the data within current scale range can only be used. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm is efficient in displaying the huge electronic chart data.

Abstract: Designing effective control strategies to traffic jams is an important measure to solve the problem of traffic jams in urban traffic network. Most of the green ratio models clear off crowded traffic flow synchronously at each approach of signal intersection in oversaturated traffic, but ignore the difference of traffic flows in different traffic state, and lead to the queue becoming longer and longer at oversaturated signal intersection. In this paper, the cell transmission model is applied to the propagation of traffic jams, the formation and dissipation of traffic jams in urban traffic network. A new method for predicting the traffic states is proposed, and the future traffic states can be achieved, according to the spatial structure of traffic jam propagation. We use an idea of traffic priority as an management measure to design the optimal green ratio in advance, and the improved green ratio model can realize the goal of preventing traffic congestion and clearing off traffic blockage quickly. Simulation results show that the proposed strategies with appropriate application can effectively control jam dissipation and prevent traffic congestion formation.

Abstract: At present, most of the studies on the relationship between El Nino Southern Oscillation and agricultural futures focus on perceptual analyses and directly data analysis, and these discussions are usually limited to futures price. This article uses EMD algorithm to decompose Wheat futures prices and denoised ENSO index, and finally gets the negative relationship between El Nino Southern Oscillation and wheat Futures prices. Then, this article conducts the comparative analysis of operation performance based on El Niño Southern Oscillation, finding that this mode of operation can greatly increase yields, which further explains the practical significance of ENSO. In order to explore the impact of El Nino Southern Oscillation on wheat futures yields, use classic GARCH models, transform ENSO index into virtual variables, respectively introduce them into the mean value equation and conditional variance equation. After analysis, the conclusion shows that the impact is mainly on the volatility of return rate, which reminds traders of considering risk management first.

Abstract: Aspect mining is a reverse engineering process that aims at finding crosscutting concerns in existing systems. This paper describes an aspect mining approach making use of the results of reverse engineering, statechart diagram, to aid in the understanding of an object-oriented software system’s behaviors. An aspect based on the recovered statechart diagram is defined as a set of states and an event. These states will transit to the same state after they send the event. Finally, systematic experiment is conducted in the paper in order to verify the correctness and validity of this approach.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of non-smooth properties for a type of general second order parabolic type equation is discussed and the result-------there are C∞-functions f for which we consider the equation that has no C2-solutions is proved by using a method of function construction, moreover, the dependent relations between the solution u and the diffusion term f is given.

Abstract: In the face of increasing impact of technological innovation on the R&D way is managed and organized, there is a notable lack of research on the mechanisms of such change. The paper links insights from IT and organizational literature on the study of information and communication technology innovations in organizations with R&D Management research deriving three main suggestions for new research approaches: Firstly, the epistemological positioning of the research should take into account the dynamic structure or co-evolution between technology, ways of working and organizational change; secondly, the object of analysis should be structured “vertically” with multi-level analysis of technology, working routines, project processes and organizational aspects. These levels of analysis should thirdly be organized around experiments for the study of innovation. The arguments are illustrated through a case study for a research design that can potentially contribute to understanding the relationship between technological innovation and changes in R&D management..

Abstract: This paper uses data of international iron ore trade in 2009, which cover 61 countries and 134 trade relationships, to evaluate the bargaining power of both export and import countries from the perspective of social network. The countries’ positions in the iron ore trade network and their bargaining power are examined through analysis of their Freeman degree centralities, Bonacich powers, betweenness centralities, and flow centralities. The results of these analyses identify prominent exporters, importers and brokers with great bargaining power, and countries with potential to improve their bargaining positions. The results also reveal the reason why the international negotiations of iron ore trade were almost always in favor of exporters.
