Abstract: The zero-cross modulation technology is a communication technology for distribution network, different from the traditional distribution network power line carrier communication technology. Its basic principle is to use the TWACS of the power frequency voltage fundamental wave to realize the signal transmission, and the modulation signal frequency is low It can be long-distance communication across the transformer. The data reliability and data through rate are high. It has broad application prospects in real-time communication less demanding situations. This paper first introduces the principle of the zero-cross modulation technology, and then details the generation and the identification of the voltage modulation signal. Practice shows that the transmission success rate of zero-cross modulation signal is up to100%. Meet the actual needs.

Abstract: Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have emerged as an effective solution for some data collection situations. However, owing to combining massively distributed data processing on embedded devices with ad-hoc communication over the wireless medium, WSNs are a challenging domain for application development. In this paper, a communication framework for data collection applications is presented. It provides an adaptive data transport protocol, multi-application running environment, nodes binding mechanisms, which facilitate the development of application systems, and reduces the cost of design and maintain.

Abstract: The genetic algorithm based on permutation distance definition is used to solve the laser antimissile system. When faced with multiple attacking targets, it is clearly important for the laser antimissile system to determine the sequence of the attacking targets to be intercepted so that the maximum attacking targets are destroyed. It’s very difficult to find the global optimal solution, especially when the number of the targets is greater than six. The permutation distance definition is introduced to measure the distribution of the population. The successive zeros permutation distance is to stop the genetic algorithm iterations. Finally, taking ten targets as an example, the simulation results show that the convergence of the algorithm is fast and this achievement can be used in the real application.

Abstract: Cournot-Nash equilibrium is introduced into the traditional options game model, and the manifestation of this model under the condition is studied. Besides, a numerical method is used for solving investment values and thresholds of the leader enterprise and the follower enterprise. The results showed that both enterprises still have determined investment thresholds under Cournot-Nash equilibrium. In contrast, the follower enterprise investment threshold has a higher sensitivity to its own factors, but its present investment value is less subject to its own threshold and market demand; the leader enterprise performs contrary to the follower. Comparative advantages of marginal operating costs and investment sunk costs determine enterprise roles.

Abstract: JPEG images decoded and encoded rapidly and effectively based on OMAP3530 chip. USB camera deployed as images’ acquisition equipment, and used the ARM + DSP multi-core OMAP3530 processor as image decode-encode processing chip. The results sent to the user interface ultimately. System’s development was based on DVSDK. The result proved system fast than others.

Abstract: A viable real-time image acquisition system was introduced in this paper. The EP2C35F6728C8 was usesd in this system as the core processor. By using the VHDL language and giving a simulation effect in the circumstances of QUARTUS, the collection and cache of original image was completed in the system, which could ensure the continuity and integrity of the image data. With a simple external interface circuit, it is very convenient for people to use and transplant this system. What’s more, it is also highlighted for its lower power consumption and higher speed. Thus it can be widely used in video surveillance and other fields.

Abstract: This paper introduces an efficient approach for feature extraction from noisy image using Intersecting Cortical Model(ICM), which is a simplified model of Pulse-Coupled Neural Network(PCNN). In our research, the entropy sequence of the output image, is obtained from the original gray image by ICM, as feature vector of the gray image, which can be used to represent the gray image, and this has been proved by our experiments. Consequently, it is used in the image classification, and the mean square error (MSE) between the feature vector of the input image and the standard feature vector is used to judge to which image groups the input image belongs. It has been proved that the method is not sensitivity with the Gaussian noise, salt and pepper noise or both of this and greatly robust for image recognition.

Abstract: As the most successful method of linear distinguish, principal component analysis(PCA) method is widely used in identify areas, such as face recognition. But traditional PCA is influenced by light conditions, facial expression and it extracts the global features of the image, so the recognition rate is not very high. In order to improve more accurately identify facial features and extract local features which account for a larger contribution to the identification. This paper brings up a method of a block face recognition based on wavelet transform (WT-BPCA). In the algorithm, face images are done two-dimensional wavelet decomposition, then from which extract low frequency sub-images. According to different face area makes different contribution to recognition, we use sub-block PCA method. According to the contribution of the block recognition results generate weighting factors, the face recognition rate based on PCA is effectively improved. Finally we construct classification to recognite. Do experiments in the ORL face database. Results show that this method is superior to the method of the traditional PCA.

Abstract: In practice, the single sign-on system is likely to suffer password attack and replay attack, etc. For the purpose of resolving these problems, a new single sign-on scheme is raised, which is based on dynamic password method. In the new scheme, a specific design is given, and the security of this scheme is analyzed in details. In this scheme, through the universal dynamic password authentication, the user can visit all the services in the visiting range. At the same time, the scheme implements the connect authentication between the client and application servers.
