Abstract: A new data acquisition and processing system for testing vehicle's braking performance which has the function of storage, real time display and analysis is designed and implemented based on Visual C++ and combined with the multi-function data acquisition card PCI2013. In order to improve the efficiency of the system, we have used multi-thread and multi-level buffer techniques to develop it. The preliminary test results indicate that the system can show the braking performance parameters such as the brake oil pressure, stop time, braking distance, braking torque real time, and draw the corresponding test and analysis curve. So it has been proved that the system can realize real time test, data processing and analysis, test results output and other functions automatically, quickly and accurately and has high feasibility and reliability from the preliminary test results.

Abstract: The pavement identification approach based on wavelet analysis applied to the vehicle electronic control brake system on varying pavement is studied. According to the approach based on vehicle model, wheel velocity, brake cylinder hydraulic pressure and the approach based on lateral acceleration, longitudinal acceleration of the body, signals of pavement adhesion coefficient with interference are estimated respectively, three approaches including wavelet multi-resolution analysis, wavelet analysis with soft threshold de-noising and wavelet multi-resolution analysis with singular value decomposition de-noising are adopted to do the de-noising study and result comparison analysis of the pavement adhesion coefficient with interference, then the application characteristics of the three analysis approaches in the estimation of varying pavement adhesion condition are expounded. The results show that the wavelet multi-resolution analysis can improve the validity and precision of the estimated pavement adhesion state characteristic signal as well as the control accuracy and adaptability of the electronic control brake system on varying pavements.

Abstract: Road surface adhesion condition identification has major impact on playing the various active safety automotive electronic control devices’ performance as much as possible, the vehicle model with 7 degrees of freedom is established with the application of magic formula tire model and engine model in this paper. By comparing the real-time vehicle dynamic parameters with 6 kinds of typical road characteristics when a vehicle accelerates or brakes, the current road surface type is determined. A road surface identification simulation is carried out when an automobile accelerates on uniform road and brakes on split road by using MATLAB/Simulink software. Finally, a bench test is done to prove the validity of this approach. It is showed by the simulation results that the actual road surface type and the identified road surface type are in good agreement. It can be used for active safety automotive electronic control devices’ road surface identification.

Abstract: In this paper, an Monte Carlo simulation study method with 5- fold cross-validation MSE is used, a simulation experiment data and a real data set are conducted, for comparing the performances of a multiple linear regression model, a ridge regression model, and the Choquet integral regression model with respect to two well-known fuzzy measures, P-measure and λ-measure, and two new fuzzy measures proposed by authors’ previous works, L-measure and extensional L-measure, respectively. Both of the results show that the Choquet integral regression model with respect to extensional L-measure has the best performance.

Abstract: Although management of organizations are faced with a number of problems which come up during implementing SCM projects, intense competition force them to overcome these difficulties on order to be successful in the fierce global market . In Developing countries, such as Iran and Malaysia, this matter is still considered as a major challenge due to facing several troubles for implementing SCM across their organizations. This paper presented several problems which have occurred when SCM were implemented across Iranian and Malaysian organizations and also suggested a proper framework for cutting down the most important of those difficulties. A survey questionnaire was used to gather the data needed and the review of literature leads authors to propose two frameworks. The survey reveals that both Iranian and Malaysian companies suffer from the “lack of information” as a major difficulty in implementing SCM. Framework A and B were suggested for sharing point of sale (POS) data across the SCM to overcome the lack of information across the chain. The findings of this research would give invaluable information to all managements who investigate for the proper method to conquer the SCM problems.

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of Assembly Sequences Planning (ASP), a new approach based on heuristic assembly knowledge and genetic algorithm was proposed. First, Connection Graph of Assembly (CGA) was introduced, and then, assembly knowledge was described in the form of Assembly Rings, on that basis, the assembly connection graph model containing Assembly Rings was defined, and the formation of initial population algorithm was given. In addition, a function was designed to measure the feasible assembly and then the genetic algorithm fitness function was given. Finally, an example was shown to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: To solve network security situation prediction problem, a novel Prediction approach for network security situation based on artificial Immune system and Phase Space Reconstruction (PIPSR) is proposed. In PIPSR, we use phase space reconstruction to analyze the time series of network security situation and to reconstruct proper time series phase space; then, we use immune evolution mechanism to construct corresponding prediction model for network security situation; and lastly we use this prediction model to forecast network security situation. The simulation results show that PIPSR can more exactly forecast the future network security situation than GAP and BPNNP.

Abstract: With the growth in number of vehicle, intelligent vehicle management has become the research hotspot, and license plate automatic recognition system is also of great concern as a important technology of intelligent traffic system. In this paper, Hough transform used to edge extraction, tilt correction algorithm and character recognition based on Haursdorff distance are discussed. At last, the license plate recognition system is designed and implemented, and then the experimental result is analyzed.

Abstract: On the base of all-poles model, this paper provides order-variable all-poles model according to instability of track complexity and applies this model in Multi-pulses linear prediction speech coding. This method is simulated in Matlab and quality of synthesized speech is evaluated, order-variable model is founded to keep better speech quality on the base of decreasing coding rates.

Abstract: This article describes the characteristics of black bamboo, the culture origins of Goddess of Mercy in Putuo Mountain and the Connection between them; reviewed the cultural history of the black bamboo in Putuo Mountain that is currently crossing the stage of from the " having bamboo" to "excellent bamboo". Based on the analysis of the plant status about black bamboo in Putuo Mountain, we put forward the strategy and method for creating “the realm of black bamboo”. To create a Haitian Buddha describes the characteristics of the plant landscape operable prospects, and this also indicates an operable prospect of bringing about the plants landscape characterized by the blue sky, the blue sea and the Buddha land.
