Abstract: The purpose of this study is to combine Java and OpenSceneGraph(OSG) for the development of 3D scene graph, and to play their individual advantages. This paper introduced the scene management, rendering process and other relevant theoretical knowledge about OSG, and elaborated the method about using OSG in java environment through java's JNI technology. According to this method, the constructing, rendering and dynamic roam of a simple 3D scene graph about one frontage road were realized, and the concrete realization processes of the application introduced in this essay. The results show java can be combined with OSG for the development of 3D scene graph friendly.

Abstract: Cloud computing appears for the development of e-government to provide new ideas and direction. By the basic of cloud computing to build e-government information resources sharing cloud service centers, it is benefit for integration and sharing of information resources, at the same time, information security has also been effectively guaranteed; of course, it is not only Conducive to the establishment of efficient and transparent service-oriented, conservation-oriented, dynamic government; and facilitate to public oversight and political participation, but also conducive to improve the government's own work. Construction of e-government information resources sharing cloud service centers, technology is support system is to protect, to change the concept of interaction and look at the effectiveness.

Abstract: Information security is a core issue to ensure the smooth implementation of e-government. On the one hand, cloud computing promote information security management from centralized to decentralized. Help to improve the ability of the information security of e-government. On the other hand, it can not be ignored that the unprecedented openness and complexity of cloud computing also threat to information security of e-government. In this paper, we shall discuss the building of the cloud computing information security of e-government from three aspects of technical, management and law.

Abstract: In recent years, the development of e-government construction in China has made great strides. The development of e-government from1.0 to 2.0 had played an important role in integrating and promoting the public service and management capacity of government. Grassroots government is one of the main supplies of public services. It is an important mean for grassroots government to improve service quality and efficiency by providing and promoting the public service. But in practice, e-government 2.0 in grassroots government still has many obstacles in ideas, institutions and resources. Eliminating these barriers and promoting the role of e-government 2.0 will further improve the efficiency of public services and the level of grass-roots government.

Abstract: Semantic Web Service technology is the solution to system integration and business collaboration for smart government which is cross-border and heterogeneous on a large scale. However the tremendous Web services search space caused by the wide range, large scale and complex e-government business systems is one of the great challenges for smart government. The paper focuses on researches about service discovery in e-government business integration for smart government. In accordance with the application environment and the current technical status of e-government, the author proposes a multi-strategy Web service discovery method on the basis of the proposed semantic model. The discovery process comprises three stages: keyword query with semantic enhancement, IO semantic matching and PE semantic matching. Finally similarity calculating method is proposed to evaluate the matching degree of each candidate service for service selection as well as the conclusions.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems including the weakness of coordination and controllability in the process of outsourcing between small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, a conception of virtual workshop section (VWS) is put forward, the chief objectives of which are effectively control and optimize the allocation of resources, and a networked outsourcing management mode is established based on the VWS. According to this mode, a networked production management system for outsourcing (NPMSO) is put forward and the architecture, the running process included in the system are analyzed. At last, The system is successfully applied in a medium-sized motorcycle parts manufacturer, and good results are obtained.

Abstract: Through the introduction of the cloud technology as well as raising some problems in the construction of the digitalized campus, analyzing the technologies of compiling the cloud technology with virtualization, cluster technology and SOA standard, the essay proposes that make use of the logical construction, the physical construction and the application distribution of cloud platforms during the course of constructing the digitalized campus. Abstract: This paper studies the general model of Internet of Things reliability, investigated factors affecting the reliability Internet of Things, the reliability evaluation method proposed Internet of Things from network connectivity and networking information transfer material aspects, and for the general model make reliability simulation.
