Abstract: Under the condition of interference, when to optimize the network deployment with the energy of the radiation characteristics of node, it is significant to improve the efficiency of the objective function evaluation.The overlap deployment model based on the compression projection is put forward in this paper, including the projection grid model based on the margin fitting, and the fusion boundary generation based on the projection grid, measurement of covered area and overlap coefficient evaluation algorithm to provide the efficient algorithm for the calculation of optimization goals such as the integration area, cover index and overlap coefficient . It changed the past calculation mode, which is random and extensive, as Monte Carlo sampling and the physical grid statistics method. The algorithm analysis and experiments showed that, the overlap deployment model based on the compression projection, compared with the previous model, had the characteristics of high precision and low-power, it can complete the calculation three indicators of the integration area,the covering index and overlap index with the accuracy of up to 99%.

Abstract: The wireless channel model, which was suitable with the complex environment of battlefield, was built by analyzing the digital image of wireless transmission channel, the transmission characteristics and the fading type. The error correction of coding for the compressed code stream of image was carried out specifically with Turbo code, and the Simulink simulation model was designed. The system simulation analysis was carried out for the performance parameters that affect the Turbo code and the BER performance of as-built wireless channel model. The results showed that the Turbo code is a kind of error correction one, which is anti-fading and strong interference among codes. It can not only reach higher peak signal to noise ratio, but also transmit more steadily and more reliably in the changeable channel environment under noise interference. Furthermore, the turbo can be applied for code correction and controlling.

Abstract: Based on the development of ship borne Automatic Identification System (AIS) and the expansion of AIS application in maritime management, in this paper, we expound AIS Development in recent years, summarize the additional content of Recommendation ITU-R M.1371-4, analyze the format of AIS message, realize the decoding of AIS message in software development environment and store the dynamic information and static information of the ship to the database, thus provide technical support in marine monitoring system.

Abstract: The slow-start threshold in the current TCP Reno algorithm is a fixed value, and it does not change with the current network congestion status, which is prone to end the slow-start course too early or too late. Round-trip time (RTT) can reflect the current network status better. The paper presents a dynamic adjustment algorithm of slow-start threshold based on RTT, by which the value of slow-start threshold is dynamically adjusted according to the current RTT. Simulation results show that it effectively reduces congestion collapse in congestion state, and throughput is further improved under ideal network status.

Abstract: Taking the power distribution network situation in China into consideration, this paper proposes a communication circuit applied in street lamp control system. It first summarizes the overall design scheme of the control system. And then it demonstrates the high reliability of outbound Two Way Automatic Communication System (TWACS) within one transformer area and the low-cost characteristics of corresponding circuit. Finally, it proposes the design scheme of the communication circuit which can process Power Line Carrier communication (PLC) signals and outbound TWACS signals simultaneously, and it is based on single MCU. This design scheme is conducive to improving the communication efficiency and success rate of the street lamp control system to a great extent.

Abstract: In this paper, we develop a new robust adaptive control scheme for ship steering by introducing alternative smooth function and Nussbaum function into backstepping approaches. And no requirements for the knowledge of control coefficient and the bound of unknown external disturbance, the proposed strategy implements the global stability of the ship course control and guarantees the global uniform boundedness of all signals of the resulting closed-loop system. Theoretical analysis demonstrates that tracking error asymptotically converges within an arbitrary small value pre-described by designer. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the developed adaptive backstepping control law.

Abstract: There exists many shortcomings in automotive collision avoidance system, signal interference is very serious, which led to false frequently, this is an important reason why the perfect vehicle collision avoidance system is not consummate and widely popular. We study and propose a new solution of highway automotive collision avoidance, by the control of time the precise synchronization, interaction between the vehicle lane, speed, time, and other information, which solve the problem of signal interference greatly. Thus, his new solution provides a split-new thinking and research direction for highway automotive collision avoidance.

Abstract: In view of more and more complicate driving and parking problems in urban traffic, the parking guidance system are proposed based on a double signal double display intersection vehicle terminal. The system is based on the information interaction between intelligent terminal, vehicle terminal and vehicle of internet, and to introduce the space maze module and automobile internal information, by simulation maze module planning the different target route and its navigation through the intelligent terminal screen, at the same time instant maze module choice and determine the real-time path navigation through the on-board navigator screen, and to improve the accuracy of target navigation. The system will be the target route and real-time route through their channel respectively on the intelligent terminal and vehicle navigation cross presentation, realize the whole process of target parking navigation, or real-time navigation guidance section step by step according to the real-time parking lots, and in order to improve the parking navigation accuracy to provide an effective means of technology.

Abstract: The collision that between a car and a train is the main type of accidents in the case railway level-crossing, which is proved by the arrangement diagram analysing. The fault tree analysis and the event tree analysis are used to assess the level of the risk of the level-crossing quantificationally. Some conclusions can be drawn: the collision of the railway level-crossing that between a car and a train will happen 2.552 in a year, which can bring 0.061 equivalent fatalities. This paper puts forward some precautionary measures that based on the minimal cut set of the collision of the accident and the most probable or the highest risk event.

Abstract: This paper presents an urban road traffic evaluation system from traffic behavior, transport, traffic supply and traffic concept using the analytic hierarchy process techniques. We collect data by distributing questionnaires in Qingdao and determine the congestion evaluation index system after processing the data by factor analysis. The system is designed to emulate human's expertise on specifying four levels of traffic congestion within the urban area. Case analysis shows that our evaluation system is provided for the government to manage urban traffic networks.
