Abstract: Using the equipment, YL-236 single chip microcomputer (SCM) control device installation and debugging training platform, used in the SCM event of the National Vocational Students Skills Competition (NVSSC) as hardware carrier, this paper researched the application method of real-time operating system (RTOS) in the implementation of the SCM Skills Competition task, and apply the real-time multitasking operating system (RTMOS), RTX51, in the 8-bit 51 SCM. That allows switch of circulation tasks, supports the signal transmission, utilizes the interrupt function in parallel, and has very small demand for RAM. That makes whole SCM task to develop much easier and more convenient, and enhances the real-time performance and reliability of the SCM Skills Competition task at the same time.

Abstract: High performance clock synchronization system is essential in communication transmission, which is based on the principle of phase locked loop synchronization that tracking a high accuracy, high stability reference clock source usinh low-pass filter to turn the value into voltage and to control VCO or VXCO and makes the output frequency and the input frequency to maintain strict synchronization.

Abstract: To implement GMSK modem with the characteristics of good spectrum, low complexity and fast acquisition, a full digitizationGMSKmodem scheme was proposed. Based on LUT method, the generation of GMSK signals has better spectrum characteristicand easy to realize. In receive terminal, a non-coherent digitized GMSKreceiver with fast signal detection and symbol timing acquisitionalgorithm was presented. Double sliding windows was used to conquer the influence of communication channel gain on the detection algorithm and realized within 6 symbols with accuracy. Additionally, in order to reduce the complexity of the receiver, the received signals are demodulated sample by sample in advance and then decided with the estimated symbol timing. The symbol timing acquisition algorithm proposed is realized based on a preamble sequence rapidly within only 8 symbols. Simulation results and integrated FPGA realizationprove its feasibility and superiority.

Abstract: Now, the quality of higher speed and larger capacity are required to the real-time storage system. This paper designs a high-speed and large-capacity storage system which uses FPGA as the master of SOPC system controlling NAND Flash chips. This system puts forward an advanced storage structure which has several NAND Flashes with multi-buses, forming a parallel pipeline design. By using the key technologies of bad block management and the ECC algorithm, which greatly avoids the influence of the invalid block to the storage system and reduces the probability of error data as well. It can not only improve the storage bandwidth and capacity substantially, but also ensure the reliability of the storage system effectively. As a result, the storage system achieves the capacity of 1.5TB and the bandwidth of 1280MBps. Also, this system uses high-speed exchange interface to link to the external network, which achieve the real-time transmission and control of data, and make the storage system standard, universal, and scalable.

Abstract: Ethnic harmony can make the every chord has stability within tone. It can make the chord has strong logic which has the role of continuity. Functional and tonality of harmony have important relevance. Harmony cannot play the role of harmony in the application without the tonality. The national electronic musical instrument of the system treats MIC29151 as core regulator. It controls ADC0809 sampling through AT89S52 and displays output power timely. Leakage protection device achieves the leakage protection by an instrumentation amplifier AD623, voltage comparator LM2901 and CD4013 dual D flip-flop relay switch. The system can output 5V voltage stability and precise. When rate current is 1A and input voltage is 7~25V, output voltage regulation is 0.132%. When input voltage is 5.5~7V, output voltage is 5±0.05V. When input voltage is 7V, load regulation is 0.032% which is an ideal solution for national electronic musical instrument.

Abstract: Consumption growth trend of China energy is obvious, and the situation of energy shortage is serious. How to effectively use low energy to optimize the energy structure is one of the important issues in current research field of high efficiency and energy saving. In this paper, the fan is machinery by rotating shaft driven flow with a plurality of blades. From the overall situation, we analyze the fan wing structure characteristics. According to the fan aerodynamic performance and the k-ε model for numerical simulation, we proposed an improved GAMBIT simulation model and analyzed the simulation values for-360 degrees fixed angle of attack and different angles of attack. Finally we get the performance of the fan effect with different angles of attack, and it provides technical and theoretical support for the practice of the area in a certain extent.

Abstract: The production process of the thermal power plant is transferring primary energy to secondary energy. Loss of energy is quite large for coal machine. When using air supply machine and other boiler auxiliary equipments, saving energy, reducing energy consumption is an important way to reduce the cost. This paper first analyzes the basic principle of energy transformations generation field and principle characteristics of thermal automatic control system during the production process. On the basis of energy saving and low cost framework, according to the single loop feedback construction, we establish automatic control system model of thermal power plant. Through comprehensive cloud generator we do simulation on thermal power enterprises, the result is significant. It shows that this model can provide scientific theoretical basis for the operation mode of power generation enterprises in a certain degree.

Abstract: In this paper we introduce the PDCA theory into the computer communication, realize the computer cyclic block control, and get the overall arrangement network of computer sensor. In the first part we introduce the application of PDCA in computer, the second part we establish of the mathematical model of computer block cyclic control theory. In order to verify the availability of mathematical model, we designed the computer control experiment of digital sensor. After the temperature calibration of DHT11 sensor in temperature check box, the calibration data is stored in the OTP memory in the form of a program. And we use Keilu Vision2 compiler to realize the LED display of detected temperature. It provides the technical reference for the application of computer control technology.

Abstract: Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an advanced management mode. But, the application in computers, circuit and automation control is still relatively little. This paper uses the principle of forward difference and Internet SCM control model to design Internet circuit control SCM-PC control system. This system prepares matlab control algorithm using SCM Management thought through the conversion principle of computer SCM signal. This system converts analog signal into digital signal using RCV420 current-voltage converter. It identifies digital signal using A / D converter of PC which achieves Internet automatic control of circuit. 3D result display of the information flow provides a technical reference for the application of computer in circuit and signal control.

Abstract: The super-hydrophobic coating with self-cleaning property was prepared by particle-filling method based on nanometer SiO2 (n-SiO2) and TiO2 (n-TiO2) as filler. The surface properties of the coating were tested by contact angle (CA) goniometer and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results indicate that the contact angle (CA) of the coating is above 160°. The surface of the coating possesses a natural lotus-like micro-and nanohierarchical structure. The CA is recovered gradually from 85° to 138° with procedure the photocatalytic degradation of the oil pollutant for 7 hours. The adhesive force between the coating and icing decreases about 80% compared with that of bare glass surface and icing.
