Abstract: Through the vehicle to the network (V2G) control, the objective of the "load shifting" is possible. Reasonable charging and discharging price is the fundamental driving force for EV users to participate in V2G and the analysis of the game process of the grid company and the EV users becomes critical. A bilevel programming problem is established which makes company the largest gains and consumers the minimum cost. Through a control scheme whose purpose is minimizing the sample variance of load, the relationship of annual discharging electricity energy and peak load decrement is obtained. At last the optimal discharging price of power grid company and the corresponding proportion of EV participating in V2G is calculated by chaos algorithm. It provides a reference for company to formulate discharging price.

Abstract: On the basis of the PYR type joint kinematics, redundant manipulator motion planning and bionic motion about surrounded grasping, creeping crawling, serpentine movement is researched. The motion planning of the mechanical arm by grab and surrounded was carried out based on geometric analysis. The grasping operation model meets the operation conditions. According to the creeping, serpentine movement of the bionic motion principle, the 5 section of 11 degree of freedom, the bionic worming crawling and the snake like motion planning about 8 joints and 17 degrees of freedom mechanical arm were given, combined with a full range of joint mechanism design and kinematics theory.

Abstract: A low-power 1Kb phase change random access memory (PCRAM) chip is designed. The chip uses 1T1R (one transistor one resistor) structure and titanium nitride (TiN) bottom electrode (BE) for reducing power consumption. Besides, the write property of the chip is improved by employing a ramp down pulse generator. The chip is fabricated in 130nm CMOS standard technology. The test result shows a 56% power reduction based on TiN BE compared with tungsten (W) BE, which predicts a new direction to realize the commercialization of PCRAM.

Abstract: Design of a novel initialization circuit is presented in this paper. The initialization circuit is used to supply initialization current to the first test of phase change memory chip after delivery. Inhomogeneous crystalline grain sizes appear in phase change materials used in memory cells during manufacturing process. The crystalline phase with low resistance will convert to amorphous phase with high resistance after initialization, which is called RESET the memory cells to 0. Normal RESET operation current is not high enough to RESET great grain, which deteriorates bit yield of phase change memory chip. In comparison, the higher initialization current will increase bit yield observably.

Abstract: The Partial Element Equivalent Circuit (PEEC) method is a 3-D full-wave modeling method suitable for combined electromagnetic and circuit analysis, and now is one of the promising numerical methods for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) modeling. Model order reduction (MOR) techniques provide a feasibility to approximate complex circuit models with compact reduced-order models, and have great potentials to improve the computational efficiency for complex modeling problems. An effective MOR technique basing on mixed Arnoldi algorithm and Padé approximation for the PEEC modeling is introduced in this paper. Numerical simulations of a typical coupled micro-strip line EMC problem indicate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Abstract: This paper attempts to study JZX-10M sealed electromagnetic relays storage failure mechanism through accelerated test. And take internal gas analysis, the relay detector, leak rate measurement, EDS analysis as auxiliary measuring means, after the necessary testing and post-analysis, found that the contact resistance rise because the film-forming gas contamination on internal contact surface. EDS observations of the surface of the carbon atom deposition are not obvious, this paper analyzes the results.

Abstract: Technology scaling dramatically increases transistor integration capacity, enabling more and more cores to be integrated into a single chip. Parameter variability, however, leads to performance asymmetry among the cores, degrading the energy efficiency of the system. Recently, voltage/frequency island (VFI) based designs are widely exploited on a multi-core platform for system energy optimization under variations. In this paper, a post-silicon energy optimization scheme is proposed targeting VFI-based 3-D multi-core SoCs. Design constraints on VFI, difference of communication energies between horizontal and vertical directions and unique thermal feature of the 3-D chip are totally considered. An energy efficient task mapping and scheduling algorithm is proposed, which seamlessly combines with dynamic voltage/frequency scaling to minimize the system energy under deadline and thermal constraints. Experimental results demonstrate that the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Abstract: Electromagnetic transients simulation for the actual large-scale power systems usually needs long time. How to achieve the equivalent circuit of the external system and reduce the simulation system scale is one of hot topics in this field for a long time. In the paper, the main equivalent methods of external system are classified, the main content and process of each type method are described and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. On this basis, the development tendency and the key issues needing to be broken through for the external system equivalent method of power systems electromagnetic transients simulation are also presented in the paper.

Abstract: For considering the magnetic fields produced by the UHVDC transmission in our country which may have influence on human and communication equipment. This paper use ANSYS finite element software to modeling to analysis the regularity of distribution and order of magnitude of the magnetic fields produced by the UHVDC transmission. By comparing with the limitation of the correspond criteria. We can infer that the electromagnetic fields produced by the UHVDC transmission whether have influence on our environment and harmful to human.
