Abstract: This paper designed an image transmission based on FPGA and USB platform, it can complete the verification function of the image acquisition. The image data was stored in the external SDRAM of the FPGA, using Nios II to control each module, it was sent to PC through the UAB bus used CY7C68013A chip and displayed on LabVIEW. In the process of data transmission, the DMA technology accelerated the speed of transmission and reduced the rate of CPU utilization. After experiments, this platform accomplished the functions of image acquisition, image processing and binocular positioning; it has a simple, intuitive display and good compatibility characteristics.

Abstract: A fuzzy decision model is built to analyze correlation of historical load datas, and to preprocess original datas, by extracting useful datas contributing to forecasting and removing "bad datas". Then the neural network model (NNM) is established to predict power load value measured at 96 time points, through accurate analysis, the rationality of the model is verified.

Abstract: Wind power is renewable energy, which has mature technology, considerable economic benefits and huge development scale. This paper proposes a coordinated strategy for AGC of Thermal hydro-wind Power and Energy Storage System which study the mathematical model of wind power and energy storage system, and the strategy of generation schedule, and key technologies of automatic generation control system (AGC) of four unequal interconnected Thermal, Wind, Hydro power plant and Energy storage.

Abstract: The cause serious deterioration in power quality problems for the growing impact and nonlinear load capacity, introduced SVC device in the role of modern power systems and applications. According to the lack of adequate regional dynamic reactive power regulation means to cause voltage fluctuations, harmonics exceeded the actual situation, through analysis and simulation of the existing 66kV grid power quality conditions, refers to the necessity of application of SVC, the compensation capacity for SVC, filter capacitor system parameters and control strategies were designed, the results show improved 220kV SVC reactive power flow distribution system, reducing the system once or twice a net loss, reducing the impact and harmonic interference voltage caused by nonlinear loads, system security, economic operation of great significance.

Abstract: In this paper, we use ZigBee technology as a platform, from the perspective of the practical application of smart rescue clothing, and then designed a temperature and humidity data acquisition system based on ZigBee wireless network technology. Combining electronic information with clothing as a starting point to build a wireless sensor network through wireless communication technology, then let sensor nodes which joined the network collect and monitor the temperature and humidity, thus, it avoided the cost of wiring problems and issues wired network. Meanwhile, using VC++ for acquisition system for the preparation of the PC program, draw a graph of temperature changes, which clearly reflect the real-time temperature trends. It is convenient for person to make remote monitoring. In this paper, the wireless sensor technology will be embedded on smart clothing, convenient and easy to carry, which has a strong innovative and practical value.

Abstract: The bus video monitoring system is composed by WCDMA transmission system, video server system, system monitoring center and outreach system. By WCDMA wireless transmission module achieving real time video data return, while using VPDN network technology. Using of the DVS video server and by WCDMA transmission system, the monitoring videos information will be transmitted to the monitoring center rapidly and in real time. The monitoring center can remotely monitor, manage, and dispatch the bus. The results demonstrating this system has good real time transmission ability.

Abstract: The extraction of value of annual ring characteristics parameters plays a vital role in the experiment of identifying tree species and the extraction accuracy can greatly affect the result. Method of color control image graying is used in the pretreatment of images of annual ring. The image being grayed is smoothed for better treatment results. 6 kinds of characteristics parameters of annual ring images segmented are extracted. Results show that better results can be achieved using this method.

Abstract: In the model-based diagnosis reasoning, diagnosis in two steps,they are generating all minimal conflict sets of conflict identification and Generate all the minimal hitting sets of candidate generation.In this paper, we propose new method based on SAT solver generates all minimal diagnostic.Firstly the normal behavior,system model and obtained observations are described in conjunctive normal form.,then all related clauses of Pending diagnostic system put into SAT solvers. The decision circuit failure problem is converted to satisfiability problem. Hence combine CSSE-tree for solving minimal diagnostic.It can determine the point of failure without first solving the conflict set and then with hitting set algorithm.A method is presented to directly slove the minimum fault sets,which is quite different from the traditional model-based diagnosis.The diagnosis is only finished in one step.

Abstract: Technology transfer has been fundamentally involved in regional economy development, which could be extremely complicated impact on sustainable development from both resource consumption and environment quality. To measure the impaction of technology transfer on sustainable development, a monitoring model was constructed based on an existed rebound effect model, which included technology transfer and typical variables regarding resource consumption and environment quality. The contribution of this model has twofold. One is to monitor the impaction of technology transfer to sustainable economic development with rebound affections. Another one is to extend the rebound effecting study with specific technology transfer influences on resources and environment.
