Abstract: In order to achieve the remote monitoring of transmitter running status, a transmitter architecture of remote monitoring system based on a three-layer C/S architecture is proposed, and the overall design of the system is presented. Compared with the traditional two layers structure, the function of the client data processing is separated for implementing alone, which is treated as a middle layer called business logic layer. LabVIEW is used for the software development of the system. Communication of the local monitoring system is achieved by the Ethernet network based on TCP/IP protocol. SQL Server database is adopted to store and manage the run data and log data. The result shows that the system has good flexibility and extensibility, it also has higher application value and popularization value.

Abstract: To weaken the noise disturbance of GRM and improve the matching precision and matching probability of inertial/geomagnetic system, this paper proposed a method for denoising based on SVD. Firstly, from the perspective of information entropy, the singular entropy is introduced and the inner link between singular entropy and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is analyzed. Secondly, the method based on the asymptotic characteristic of the probabilities associated with the different singular values order (SVO) is proposed. Lastly, by utilizing practical GRM, the denoising analysis about the proposed method is demonstrated and later simulation experiments of GMN are accomplished. Simulation results show that the method is feasible and reliable.

Abstract: Extracting effectively the vehicle length is beneficial to classification of vehicle in video traffic detection. In the traditional video traffic detection, vehicles can be approximately regarded as a rectangle to extract the vehicle length. However, it is not accurate enough to use rectangle method to extract the length of sedan. In this paper, based on the tail features of the sedan, the mathematical algorithm of trigonometric function and similar triangles were applied to calculate the sedan length. And then, we discuss the computing method of sedan length detected by video from the different camera angles and detection line locations, and analyze the influence on the accuracy of the measuring sedan length. At last, a study is conducted for example analysis, and the result shows that the approach of extracting sedan length is feasible. Compared with the traditional algorithm, the sedan length accuracy is improved by 3.18% using the algorithm in the paper. Thus, the algorithm is of great significance to improve the accuracy of measuring the sedan length.

Abstract: The article explored a new signal processing method called order cepstrum analysis, it can analyze the instantaneous signals of the rotary mechanism, and can process the non-stationary vibration signals such as speed up or speed down signals effectively. Firstly, the start-up vibration signals of the gearbox are sampled at constant time increments in time-domain, then the data are resampled with software at constant angle increments in angle-domain. Therefore, the time domain instantaneously signal is changed into angle domain stationary signal. Then, the stationary signal is analyzed by order cepstrum. From the result we can find that it can avoid the frequency fuzzy phenomenon effectively, which cannot be solved with the traditional frequency spectrum analysis.

Abstract: To help air traffic controller at aerodrome better control traffic in maneuvering area, a decision making assist system based on plan conflict detection and alerting is proposed. The most important feature of the proposed system is the module of taxi conflict detection. After an aerodrome controller issues taxi instructions to different flights, the module will detect the potential taxi conflict between flights based on the planned taxi routes and therefore alter the controller. Once the proposed system is used in operation, the efficiency and the safety of the taxi instructions given by the air traffic controller at aerodrome will improve, and traffic operation at aerodrome will become smoother and more efficient.

Abstract: According to the relationship of pressure and volume of the downhole tool oil-immersion test system during the pressuring process, the mathematical models of the pressure control was deduced about the downhole tool experiment system, based on the model, a test system of the multi function, high precision, high index, intelligent automation was designed and manufactured. The control system has friendly interface, manual/automatic and scene/remote control function, the test parameters and test process is free to set according to the actual needs of test tool, reports and graphs can be produce automatically, the test site achieve unattended operation that improving testing process safety. Test and application show that pressure control capacity of 150Mpa, pressure control accuracy of 0.35%FS.

Abstract: In order to solve the parking problems in cities which has loomed large, a vehicle detector applied digital three-axis AMR sensor HMC5843 for parking is proposed in this paper. The application of wireless sensor network technology and vehicle detection algorithm in this system realizes the accurate perception of the vehicle and the accurate judgment of parking space state.

Abstract: Paper studies the design of MIMO antennas and channel precoding on data communication net of wind power monitoring system. Paper first analyses communication network model of monitoring system. Then configures MIMO in the base station. Paper explains MMSE-QR linear precoding, then give the algorithm of QR-MMSE-SIC in the case of known ideal or partial channel state information at transmitter. Finally, BER of several precoding models with and without precoding are analyzed. It gives a theoretical method of communication net configuring and precoding on wind power transmission net.

Abstract: In order to facilitate studying real-time mooring force of offshore cage, based on the combination of ZigBee and GPRS technologies, the secondary development was conducted, the detection system of mooring force was designed. It was mainly designed the overall system solution and integrate the system hardware architecture, the development of the software programs of analog-data acquisition, ZigBee networking, remote data transmission and the server were designed. The system test results show that the data could be effectively transmitted between the terminals and server. This system is small in size and low power consuming which can be used as a remote detection tool of mooring force in process when studying on offsore cage aquaculture.

Abstract: Vehicle emissions are harmful to our environment, so engine maintenance, particularly the catalytic converter is very necessary. Mandatory vehicle examination cannot be taken easily for each vehicle, so it is difficult to enforce the vehicle owners on monitoring the health of their engines daily and taking immediate action to solve their vehicle emission problems. In this paper, we propose a solution framework of vehicle emission inspection by RFID through petrol station.
