Abstract: The problems of plating thickness measurements of industrial products are often encountered in industrial production. This paper describes the electrolytic plating thickness tester how to works, proposes the electrolytic plating thickness tester based on Android platform how to design, proposes the system consists of two parts: a panel PC with android operating system and a thickness actuator, describes the design of the hardware and software. The tests proved that the instrument is easy to operate, high accuracy, low production cost, easy to carry, etc. It meets the requirements of the user.

Abstract: Partial discharge (PD) is the important detection parameter for power equipment, with the development of high voltage test technology, PD detection under impulse voltage is more attention. In order to detect the partial discharge signal under the impulse voltage, this paper designs a high-frequency current sensor and broadband measurement impedance. A set of partial discharge measurement system under impulse voltage is built up. The frequency characteristics of current sensor and measurement impedance are detected. In order to test the measurement system, the PD signals of a needle defect under impulse voltage is detected, the test results show that the PD measurement system can detect the PD signals effectively.

Abstract: The intelligent electronic device used for transformer multi condition monitoring platform was designed based on IEC61850 communication protocol. Based on the analysis of condition monitoring parameter, the overall program and module function were elaborated, the function and design method of signal conditioning module, data acquisition and transformer system, threshold setting were discussed in detail. The intelligent electronic device platform can realize comprehensive monitoring of multi state parameters of transformers. The monitored data will be uploaded automatically in case of the monitoring parameters overrunning. The platform is of a high degree of intelligence, good reliability, flexibility, versatility, and scalability.

Abstract: For the low efficiency and poor accuracy of turbo-generator Unit s fault diagnosis, this paper divided the common 18 kinds of vibration fault into four categories, and took advantage of support vector machine to distinguish the fault cluster for early fault diagnosis according to the characteristics of vibration signal spectrum. For different fault cluster, different fault pattern recognition model was established. With the use of certain symptom group and weighted fuzzy logic, this article engaged in knowledge reasoning to obtain the specific fault recognition mode. Besides, the searching methods of fault cause, fault influence and troubleshooting measures in the knowledge base were proposed, which made the diagnosis process more meticulous and comprehensive. Case analysis shows that it is feasible to use this method to develop a system for intelligent fault diagnosis of turbo-generator unit, which is valuable for further study in more depth.

Abstract: As a common fault of motor, the short circuit of rotor winding is important for the accurate diagnosis. In this article, the author collected every status parameter of motor by different sensors, using two BP neural networks to partly diagnose the motor and fusing the results of partly diagnosis by D-S evidence theory. The author increases the creditability of diagnosis results by practices and decreases uncertainty, showing the efficiency of this method.

Abstract: For the running situation of supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam turbine unit, a fault diagnosis method of steam turbine based on multiple parameters fusion is proposed. The association of the fault mode with the vibration parameters, the thermodynamic parameters and the operational parameters is built, according to fault development mechanism, equipment operation data and professional experience. The overall state evaluation of mechanical equipment is given, the reliability of fault diagnosis is improved, and the need of the steam turbine fault diagnosis is met, by means of comprehensive evaluation of multiple parameters. Example applications verify this method.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of multi-source heterogeneous data in the collection process for environment monitoring, according to the analysis of the limitations, the existing methods and the features of data collected, a new kind of data fusion approach based on extended Dempster-Shafer theory is proposed. The mathematical description of extended Dempster-Shafer theory based on the data fusion is defined and the corresponding model is developed in which the data fusion method and the implementation of the algorithm are discussed. Finally, the proposed approach is applied to a computing system. The study of this approach can supply scientific accordance for comprehensive monitoring of environment.

Abstract: When the engine is working, the oil may be mixed with diesel once there isnt any burning diesel flowing into the crank case or there is a diesel leak in the joint of the oil atomizer and the high-pressure oil pipe. Once it happens, the oil degradation will appear, which can cause serious accidents such as drawing cylinder and tile burning when it appears to be severe. At the present moment, the quality of oil in the real vehicle cant be monitored. In this paper, a model used to monitor the quality of the oil was built by means of matching experiment, which took advantage of the neural network. Through the test of the real vehicle, it came to a conclusion that the mode could monitor the viscosity of the oil in real time and accurately calculate the volume fraction of diesel that is mixed into the oil, which could provide an effective means for the replacement of oil.

Abstract: At present, some elementary problems need to be solved when apply information fusion technique to gearbox fault diagnosis system. Firstly, it is exceedingly necessary to present the precise definition, model and architecture for gearbox, even for mechanical equipment fault diagnosis application, since current definitions, models and architectures about information fusion all refer to target identification, image processing and automatic command system. Secondly, it is also important that investigate the information pre-processing for gearbox fault diagnosis, viz. how to associate data in fault diagnosis application, which is very different with military application. Based on it, the fusion demands can be brought forward in terms of different information, e.g. through fusion to get feature parameter or enhance the information quantity---to get respective fusion method ultimately. Finally, investigate how to assess properly the performance of gearbox fault diagnosis system based on information fusion, including assessment of performance of the chosen feature parameters. In this paper we investigate and discuss preliminarily these three problems.

Abstract: This paper is aimed to introduce an automatic detecting system for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) based on LabView. This system mainly employs multi-way valve to control the whole experimental process, with separating and enriching the overexpressed EpCAM cells in blood, then using immunohistochemical stain for cells. Cameras are used to collect multiple fluorescence images of staining cells and LabView analyzes those cell image. The characterizations of images are used to determine whether the cells are CTCs and the number of CTCs, following the analysis of associated biochemical characteristics.
