Abstract: Reliability is a research area of highly significance. It emphasizes an important analysis approach: Fault-Tree Analysis (FTA). Then a new method is proposed to collect authentic fault rate indexes, which is always the key of reliability analysis, based on technology readiness assessment (TRA). Last, it provides the quantified result of reliability analysis instance to show the usefulness of the approaches.

Abstract: The fundamental purpose of T&E is to provide essential information to decision makers, verify and validate performance capabilities documented as requirements, assess attainment of technical performance parameters, and determine whether systems are operationally effective, suitable, survivable, and safe for intended use. Thus, T&E planning and test results play an important part in the equipment acquisition process. Simulation as a key tool, when properly employed, provides the T&E community with valuable information. However, simulations are not a total substitution for physical T&E events. Careful selection of the simulation, knowledge of its application, and meticulous selection of input data will produce representative and valid results. Application effectiveness of simulations in T&E, including test design and planning, execution, analysis and reporting, is enough discussed.

Abstract: Aiming at the lagging for the monitoring of warehouse and lacking the intelligence, an automated warehouse monitoring system is designed using the internet of things, which may be used to monitor the temperature, humidity, and case of fire in the warehouse simultaneously. The temperature and humidity sensor SHT10 is implemented as the detector of the temperature and humidity, the flame sensor R2868 and the ionic smoke transducer HIS-07 are implemented as the detector of smoke and flame to find the fire. These data are sent to the computer in the manager center through Zigbee technology and the computer will process and analyze them. When the fire occurs, this system can extinguish the fire and call the manager or 119 automatically. The experiments have been performed, and it is shown that the performance of system is reliable, which has the practical value.

Abstract: In order to meet the user requirements of the rotating equipment vibration monitoring upgrade project, a distributed vibration monitoring & analysis system based on virtual instrument (VI) technology was developed, which can monitor vibration for multiply equipments and provide a lot of vibration analysis graphics. The system keep use of the old monitoring instrument, from whose BUFFER port or serial port the vibration signals can be collected, thus the upgrade expense is deduced and the upgrading is calm. The using of Lab Windows/CVI software platform not only makes the displaying interface to be similar with the old instrument panel and easy to use for operators, but also greatly shorten the time of development. In this paper, the architecture and the software function implement of the system are introduced. The system has been preliminarily tested in field and the results show that it is feasible and has good practicability.

Abstract: According to the feature of moldy red dates, Pulse Coupled Neural Networks and Snake model are presented to detect damaged region of red dates so that the bad ones can be picked. Firstly, Pulse Coupled Neural Networks is used to segment red date images. Segmented images are binary images, in which wrinkled and decayed regions separate from other well regions. Then edge is detected using Pulse Coupled Neural Networks and this edge will be defined as initial contour of GVF Snake model. Finally, GVF Snake model is used to detect the decayed regions. Experiments show that this proposed method can extract decayed regions of red dates efficiently.

Abstract: Develop the diesel engine SCR systems fault diagnostic interface based on ISO 15765 through analysis of the protocol. The interface includes hardware and software. Software includes upper computers diagnostic interface and lower computers responding program. The test result shows that system can communicate normally by 15765 protocols and can also satisfy SCR systems diagnostic demand.

Abstract: According to the requirements of fatigue test of aircraft cabin, large engine and mining machinery for heavy-duty six dimensional generalized force sensors, a new method of using piezoelectric quartz as force-sensitive element on the basis of the theory of heavy force division and equivalent capacity compression is proposed in this study. Furthermore, in order to minimize the force-coupling for the six-dimension force sensor, the optimization objective function is devised and the calculation method for decoupling is also proposed, on the basis of which, the generalized force sensor with high sensitivity, high stiffness, high linearity but light in its weight is designed. At last, the static calibration experiment is carried out the result shows that the sensor has a good ability of heavy force division and capacity for equivalent compression it can be well used in large tonnage six component force loading device and fatigue test system.

Abstract: Parallel test task scheduling is always complex and difficult to optimize. Aiming at this problem, an improved Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm based on Petri net is posed to. At first, a Petri net model is established for the system, then the transition sequence is used as task scheduling sequence set path. Genetic Algorithm is introduced in order to get the optimal path. In the process of search, the sequence will be able to stimulate changes as chromosomes, selection, crossover and mutation. In order to prevent premature convergence of the algorithm appears, into the phenomenon of local optimal solution, the individual needs simulated annealing operation, and finally, we can get the shortest time to complete the test task scheduling sequence.

Abstract: A new auto gearbox bearing fault diagnosis method is put forward based on Winger distribution and SVD of vibration signal. Firstly, bearing vibration signal was analyzed by Winger distribution; then, signature sequence was obtained by SVD, which can reflect the gearbox fault condition; finally, singular values of the vibration signal Winger spectrums were selected as feature vectors to diagnose fault based SVM. Experiments show that this method can extract fault feature effectively.

Abstract: Based on the current international trends in technology of the memory controller, a DDR3 memory controller design plan, the program will be the function of the storage controller further divided into the transport layer and the physical layer, followed by the main module functions and the implementation details are described in detail. The controller can efficiently complete the memory request scheduling, increase the memory bus utilization, thereby improving the memory access bandwidth and reduces memory access latency to provide some reference in the future other support for DDR3 memory digital system design. The final completion of DDR3-based digital test system, the input parallel digital signal judgment, the judgment of data stored in the DDR3 memory and the destination address data read out the analysis.
