Abstract: Research thermal overload protection not only to protect the motor winding insulation damage due to temperature is too high, also can give full play to the overload capacity of the motor. This paper proposed overload protection model based on heat effects, and deduces the motor internal discrete recursive algorithm of temperature-rise calculation. Based on this algorithm, we constructed the motor internal temperature-rise model, which can calculate temperature-rise of the motor in real-time, and realized the intelligent control of the motor.

Abstract: After information fusion model has been established, the feature-level fusion algorithm based on fuzzy neural network and expert system is proposed, in which the expert system has been embedded into fuzzy neural network so that it could choose the membership function and adjust the network structure. At the same time, for code tracking loop, two new code phase discriminator algorithms based on DLL structure is proposed. Evidence theory has been applied to achieve the decision-making level fusion. The performances of the two algorithms were studied by using theoretical method and experimental method with analog IF signal data and actual IF signal data respectively. Then, the results of feature-level fusion have been taken as the evidences to construct the frame of discernment. The research results show that the process of information fusion has abilities of adapting and self-learning.

Abstract: DMAIC model is applied to improve the high welding defects in a welding line program of T company, and the quality data was analyzed by Minitab software. Firstly, define the project scope for improvement and the type of weld defects is measured; Secondly, analysis the cause of the main strength of welding defects with the help of brainstorming method. After that, the optimum process parameters are determined by orthogonal experimental design. Finally, all of these works makes defects reduced to 3500ppm,which improves the quality of products greatly and reduce the loss of production.

Abstract: In order to improve the thickness precision, the model adaption method is of great concern which is a necessary component in the thickness control system. The sample concept is first taken into the model adaption in hot tandem mill, from which the learning coefficients are updated by a series of samples. Comparing to the single sample in traditional method, the new method can consider the variance in the length direction. And the source data is more comprehensive, the robustness is increased with flexible proportion coefficients. The thickness precision in stable production process is enhanced to 35μm. On-line result shows practical value and on-line application prospect.

Abstract: The vehicle delay is a key problem in intersection signal control system. Because there is enough security space for pedestrians under urban overpasses, the traffic control approach of pedestrians crossing signalized intersection may be further improved. To the above problems, this paper shows two-phase control method in pedestrians crossing signalized intersection under urban overpasses. According to this method, the vehicle delay affected by pedestrians crossing the signalized intersection is studied. Meanwhile, the variation trend of vehicle delay under different road widths are also analyzed. At last, an overpass is conducted for example analysis, and the result shows that this approach is practical and feasible for the special case of pedestrians crossing signal control intersection under urban overpasses, it can effectively reduce the pedestrian and vehicle delay.

Abstract: The system effectiveness is the key operational parameters of air traffic control system (ATCS). Based on the aspects of external environment, inner static functional and dynamic running effectiveness, the concept of ATCS effectiveness was proposed in this paper. And the evaluation model and corresponding evaluation approaches which combined with improved analytic hierarchy process (I-AHP) and Delphi Method (DM) were adopted. According to the example analysis, evaluating results show good conformity with specialists judgment, which verify the rationality of evaluation model and algorithms.

Abstract: The modeling method and control strategy for series hybrid electric vehicles were presented in this paper. Firstly, the system structure and operation principles are discussed systematically; and then a control strategy is proposed based on the modeling of powertrain. Control strategy focus on the multi-modes switch logic and power distribution. In the last part of this paper, the simulation made in MATLAB/Simulink was introduced, which results indicate that the model and control strategy are correct.

Abstract: With the development of LED technology, the actual demand of the people for the smart home lighting, this paper designed a multiple lamps for indoor wireless remote control dimmable LED lighting systems. LED driver is using two levels of drive structure, and driver power supply adopts double-road current output, and the size of the output current of each constant current source is flexible to adjust by remote control. Wireless remote control part control multiple lamps by using 4 * 4 keyboard, which realizes intelligent management of LED interior lighting in the smart home.

Abstract: Traffic lights are installed at intersections mostly for traffic management. Intelligent traffic management systems emerge as a need to handle the dynamicity of traffic. These systems are first implemented on simulators in order to mimic the real life situations before realization. The paper has implemented a real time traffic simulator with an adaptive fuzzy inference algorithm that arranges the foreseen light signal duration. It changes the time duration of lights depending on waiting vehicles behind green and red lights at crossroad. The simulation has also been supported with real time graphical visualization. According to inferences from adaptive environment, TSK and Mamdani models have also been implemented to give baselines for verification. Several experiments have been conducted and compared against classical techniques to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: In the papermaking actual process basis weight of paper sheet often has properties of nonlinearity, time-varying, uncertainty and larger-time delay. With the improvement of control requirements, traditional PID control is not ideal, and DMC control depends on the process model which needs the actual feedback information to complete repeated online optimization. So a novel PIDDMC combined optimal algorithm is proposed to obtain the satisfied performance index. Simulation is analyzed to show that the algorithm can be well performed with high accuracy and stability.
