Abstract: The car body gaps affect the vehicle sealing, in turn affect the performance of windproof and rainproof. Traditional inspection method cannot meet the requirement of on-line detection. The non-contact detection method is proposed for the car body gaps inspection in this paper. The gap area is taken by two cameras, and the information is obtained by image processing. The key is contour extraction, and the Snake method based on non-initialized level set is used in this article. The finally contour extraction result is exported by updating the profile curve. The experimental results show that the gaps inspection method based on stereo vision can meet the requirements of high-precision and not-contact detection, and the absolute errors of width and flush are 0.0605mm, 0.0712mm respectively. Furthermore, it can meet the requirements of on-line inspection.

Abstract: Planar targets have been widely used in the field of machine vision, and reordering the feature points on a planar target is of great difficulties and importance. As the current methods for that are of poor robustness, and are easily interfered by foreign objects or the image background, a novel method, which is of high versatility and is not easily affected by the interferences, is proposed in the paper. Cross ratio invariance and homographic relationship between the target plane and the image plane are utilized in the method. Experimental results show that the method is viable and robust to realize precise reordering of the feature points on planar targets in complex site environment.

Abstract: To the subsurface safety valve testing, an intelligent automatic test system is designed based on the control computer and programmable logic controller. Based on modular concept, the entire system is mainly composed of mechanical components and computer control system. The working principle is analyzed for the subsurface safety valve test. The control system based on the Labview and PLC can accomplish hydraulic and gas testing with functions of the testing process control, data collection and analysis, automatic generating test report, friendly interface and high degree automation. Experiments prove that the test system can achieve expected effect and satisfy the test requirement, and the procedure is simple and convenient. The system has great significance to improve the subsurface safety valve test accuracy, efficiency and automation level.

Abstract: According to the automatic fire extinguishing equipment requirements for explosion suppression platform system, this paper using the flexible neural tree and the clonal selection principle, describes the creation method of flexible neural tree model, embedded virtual instrument technology, to solve the nonlinear system fault diagnosis problem, realize the fire (explosion) detection system control components, improves the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy. After the trial, the equipment illustrates high integrity, good versatility and high stability.

Abstract: The high accuracy of heat inspect system was very important for the use of accuracy control in the chemical industry. The difficult of high accuracy of heat inspect system was how to get the heat information with high accuracy and control the system at real time. In traditional method, the linear system was used to control the feedback of the heat, with the data sampled discrete, the model-based heat inspect of chemical industry was easily influenced by modeling errors and disturbances of complex chemical environment, which cause underreporting or false alarms, the result was not good. So a high accuracy application of sensitive diathermancy design method was proposed and applied in high accuracy chemical unite operation and chemical industry, a heat inspect method of principal component cluster analysis for the chemical industry, the accurate diathermancy heat inspect data was sampled with many sensitive diathermancy in different location, the corresponding heat inspect signal through effective heat inspect method was analyzed to deter the corresponding chemical diathermancy was faulty, with the data fusion method, the accurate data was output to control the system. Simulation results show that with sensitive diathermancy used in chemical unit operation, the heat data is outputted with high accuracy, and it has good application value in chemical industry.

Abstract: In the development and test of engine ECU, HIL is used widely .ECU needs a lot of drive signals in order to ensure HIL can work normally. Mixing programme based virtual instrument technology and Matlab / Simulink model realized engine signal simulation to provide drive signals for ECU. Meanwhile, NI PXI boards which output analog signal were used as hardware devices in the paper and LabVIEW software were adopted to drive boards and process analog signal, achieving accurate simulating signal on engine excitation signal. The results for test show that the system is able to simulate exciting signal for the engine ECU accurately, provides a low-cost, low pollution, high efficiency way to test and develop engine and its ECU and increase security and reliability of test system.

Abstract: In the Inner Mongolia beef cattle feeding, barn temperature is an important parameter. Barn temperature has an important impact on cattle breeding and beef production. In order to ensure that there is appropriate temperatures barn, data recorded in the barn a month temperature monitoring points, the acquisition time for each temperature monitoring point for the one-hour time interval. Using MATLAB software barn temperature data were analyzed, the data fit (least squares) and plotted, and finally get a barn temperature prediction formula. And use this formula to predict the temperature of the barn, forecasting results show that the design is reasonable, the error is small, can be applied in practice.

Abstract: A MATLAB program was written with the Five-Point-Formula method for obtaining the second derivative (SD) XRD pattern, using which the SD fingerprints of SiO2 and Tibetan medicine Snow Lotus Herb were gotten respectively. The results show that the problem of the diffuse XRD plant-based patterns analysis can be solved effectively, and it also possesses the remarkable zoom function, which is worth being spread.

Abstract: As the activated sludge sewage treatment process has strong non-linearity, uncertainty, time-varying and other complex characteristics, it is difficult to establish water quality soft-sensing model of sewage treatment process. This paper studies the present situation of detection technology of sewage quality COD, and summarizes the problems of the existing water quality soft-sensing model. Adopting the technology of mechanism modeling and RBF, establishes water quality soft-sensing model to adapt changes in a wide range of conditions, and has high precision structure.
