Abstract: In order to realize the reverse design of human bodys curve, the curves parameter conversion and reconstruction based on non-contact measuring system are studied in the paper. Firstly, obtain the model of point cloud data by the non-contact measurement system, and then import the data into reverse the engineering software Geomagic. Second, process the point cloud data with the method of human characteristic curves and surfaces division, structure fitting surface, and get the three-dimensional reconstruction model of human bodys point cloud data. Lastly, import the model into the forward design software Solidworks with different methods and edit it. Then finish the parameter conversion from Geomagic to the forward design software. The reconstruction method has a good value in reverse design of the mold.

Abstract: The article focuses on exposing the problems that traditional GSM encountered like high cost, expansion difficulty, low utilization of data business and serious interference under the present situation of the coordinated development of GSM, TD-SCDMA, WLAN and LTE, and puts forward that problem-solving ideas and countermeasures of differentiation wireless resources regulating allocation, miniaturization base station, downward data business power control and strengthening device quality investigation can obviously improve the bearing capacity and service quality of GSM network and upgrade its data business performance.

Abstract: The exploitation of adaptive coding and modulation (ACM) techniques for satellite communication (SATCOM) has been shown to provide large system capacity gains, the technique of how to adapt the modulation and coding scheme (MCS) play a key role to ACM performance. This paper presents an effective threshold switching algorithm exploiting a hysteresis threshold techniques for satellite ACM. Simulation results demonstrate that the algorithm can take an excellent balance between performance and system complication.

Abstract: Aiming to solve the high computational and time consuming problem in SIFT feature matching, this paper presents an improved SIFT feature matching algorithm based on reference point. The algorithm starts from selecting a suitable reference point in the feature descriptor space when SIFT features are extracted. In the feature matching stage, this paper uses the Euclidean distance between descriptor vectors of the feature point to be matched and the reference point to make a fast filtration which removes most of the features that could not be matched. For the remaining SIFT features, Best-bin-first (BBF) algrithm is utilized to obtain precise matches. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed matching algorithm achieves good effectiveness in image matching, and takes only about 60 percent of the time that the traditional matching algorithm takes.

Abstract: In the micro display device, we can achieve the binocular 3D imaging, to carry on wireless sensor control and the implementation of naked eye 3D image expression effect. The application of controllable silicon type photoelectric coupler MOC3041 and CD4069 phase inverter design the control circuit of image capture clock, and then the use of MCU control algorithm designs the wireless sensor signal acquisition PC circuit. Finally, this paper uses a liquid crystal screen, polarizing film and polymer liquid crystal layer to carry on 3D image synthesis experiment, we can obtain the very good 3D image expression effect, and the technology will be extended to the basketball training process, to receive the application of computer 3D imaging technology.

Abstract: Image processing-based vehicle recognition is one of the important research fields in ITS. The existing methods are all based on license plate recognition and car shape recognition. Their common problem is algorithm stability. And the license plates are easy to be changed. All information about vehicles should be used to recognize them reliably. A problem to be solved is to find a method to recognize vehicles besides license plate recognition and vehicle model recognition. Vehicle license plate location and character segmentation are critical steps in the license plate recognition system, and yet there are difficult problems to be solved. Abstract: An enhanced blind source separation algorithm based on Stone's BSS approach is proposed, to reject the Electrooculogram (EOG) artifact and power line noise (50Hz) from simulated and real human Electroencephalography (EEG) signals without the notch filter, in order not to lose any useful EEG data around the 50-Hz. The proposed algorithm which called efficient Stones BSS (ESBSS) has been compared with four well-known BSS algorithms over super-Gaussian, sub-Gaussian artifacts and EEG signals with a linear mixture. In Original Stones BSS, the half-life values taken as a constant, typically (h long ≥100 h Short), but in the proposed work, an optimization procedure is used to change these values until the maximum temporal predictability is found. The real EEG data are taken from Imperial College London using a computerized EEG device with eight electrodes placed according to the 10-20 system.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the role of transportation is getting more and more highlighted. It has a great increase of various transport and private vehicles which will be followed by the problems such as congestions, accidents and the pollution; however, it is infeasible to ease the traffic pressure by improving the road infrastructure only. How to use modern science and technology and schedule transportation sufficiently and reasonably to avoid the above problems is the main purpose for this research. This paper took advantage of the background-difference method [1-to get the vehicle count in accordance with MATLAB image processing technology.

Abstract: The Support Vector Regression Machines (SVRM) is considered to be an effective method for time series prediction, while it is not suitable for long-term prediction. In order to improve the SVRM application in eliminating the end effect of EMD, we apply the SVRM to achieve an accurate short-term extension in the end of the original signal before EMD, and then extend two extreme with the Self-adaptive Triangular Waveform Matching extension method (STWM) in the every sifting process of EMD. The results show that the new extension method can effectively contain end effect of EMD.
