Abstract: In recent years, as the need of counter terrorism and security, countries have increased investment in the security field and human identification is the core issue of security. This paper use Perceptron Algorithm Method to verify human face with the ORL face database. The results show that when no fresh face appears, the accuracy rate is 99.67% and decreases to 98.14% with fresh face. Later, its performance in reality is tested by importing a new class from the camera. The result is 7 (of 10) photos is verified correctly and 3(of 10) can not judge (no wrong verified).

Abstract: MUSIC algorithm is a subspace decomposition method whose high resolution capability and other aspects of its performance have been investigated widely. Application of MUSIC algorithm to DOA (direction-of-arrival) estimation is of massive computation and requires that the number of signals must be known to partition the space into signal subspace and noise subspace. Moreover, the algorithm does not make use of information on the intensity of signals. This paper deeply investigates the theory of MUSIC algorithm and proposes a modification method which overcomes the disadvantages above. Finally, simulation tests have been undertaken to compare the original algorithm and its modification, which verifies the validity of the theory.

Abstract: Introducing the operational principle and basic composition of ground based space surveillance system (GBSSS) [. Expound the steps of modeling by MAS method. After analysed how does GBSSS work, we build the simulation model of GBSSS. Lastly, we are using UML to give a structure of core simulation software based on MAS model of GBSSS and REPAST HPC, and descript how to achieve it.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of image matching, the points matching in the fields of digital photogrammetry and computer vision is researched very deeply. The accuracy of the feature points plays an important role in making right matching results. The paper introduces a method of 3-D Harris detector. An algorithm of Gaussian smoothing is applied for eliminating sudden gray change. Corners of all pixels are detected in a video using Harris. The results of experiments show that the 3-D Harris detector is accuracy and efficient.

Abstract: The information of the image edge is the important parameters in identifying, segmenting and compressing image. The performance of the algorithms about edge image algorithms closely relies on the noises generally included in the image. The main goal of this paper is firstly to eliminate the false edges by the median filter and extract the information of the edge image by directional wavelet transform. Application on image data shows that the proposed tool can enhance the direction edge images which is fused to form the complete image edge.

Abstract: Edge detection that is an important means to realize image segmentation has important application significance in image processing, industrial detection, artificial intelligence and the target recognition field. As the demand for real-time and rapidity in image processing, the embedded image processing technology has been widely applied. But the realization of real-time edge detection for image requires a large amount of data processing, limited system resources of embedded system is the main reason of the embedded image processing technology development. In order to shorten time embedded systems edge detection processing large amounts of data, based on adaptive threshold Canny algorithm, this paper as the FPGA data processing DSP chips and made a FPGA + DSP hardware architecture, effectively improve the system real-time, get a good edge detection results.

Abstract: In this paper a new horizon-based shipborne camera video stabilization algorithm is implemented. First, the edges are obtained by Canny operator, then effective lines are obtained by Hough transform. In order to get the horizon within the existing lines, a fast filter-based method detecting the lines location differences is proposed, and image stabilization is implemented by the difference with the current horizon and base horizon. Experiments show that the algorithm can meet the real-time requirements, and can achieve the better image stabilization effect even in the conditions of bad light and fogs.

Abstract: In this paper, based on the concept of interference temperature and shadowing-price, we proposed a shadowing-price based non-cooperation game power control algorithm. The algorithm can be implemented distributed and obtain the optimal system performance as the centralized power control algorithm, it also maintains the interference to primary users below a certain threshold.

Abstract: The topographic correction of remote sensing images is an important factor to improve the precision of quantitative remote sensing data processing. In the existing topographic correction models,the Minnaert model is the only model based on the assumption of non-Lambertian.the Minnaert coefficient K is an effective factor for the correction results. To improve the correction accuracy,we correct the image in accordance with the slope grading idea to select different areas from the image, then use different k values in different slope regions.In this paper, the topography correction is efficiently corrected by SCS model, Minnaert model and improved Minnaert model, based on HJCCD image and the corresponding DEM in Heihe . The results showed that the improved Minnaert model can eliminate the effect of topography better than other methods and can be widely used.

Abstract: Interference is inevitable process of voice communication will be from the surrounding environment and transmission medium noise, communication equipment, electronic noise, and other speakers. These interference makes the voice receiver received for noisy speech signal with noise pollution. According to the traditional spectral subtraction residual musical noise is too strong, the weighted processing is reduced and the power spectrum correction, spectral subtraction method was adopted to improve the traditional. According to the analysis of real speech data collection simulation, improved spectral subtraction can effectively reduce the musical noise, can satisfy the requirement of speech enhancement.
