Abstract: Modern embedded portable devices usually have to deal with large amounts of video data. Due to massive floating-point multiplications, the color space conversion is inefficient on the embedded processor. Considering the characteristics of RGB to YCbCr color space conversion, this paper proposed a strategy for truncated-based LUT Multiplier (T-LUT Multiplier). On this base, an original approach converting RGB to YCbCr is presented which employs the T-LUT Multiplier and the pipeline-based adder. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can obtain maximum operating frequency of 358MHz, 3.5 times faster than the direct method. Furthermore, the power consumption is less than that of the general method approximately by 15%~27%.

Abstract: Posture recognition plays an important role in three-dimensional virtual experiments, it means that to complete its specific function by a particular posture to control program in responding an action. In order to easy use and making the posture recognition more accurate, this article proposed the use of Kinect sensor to get articulation point information, through its the Euclidean distance and angle of the articular point to distinguish a particular posture. The results show that this method can get higher recognition rate, and expand action library at any time to meet the decision requirements of different postures. Its helpful to reuse software and improve the efficiency in the use of virtual experiment.

Abstract: The last few years has seen a massive growth of applications for smart phone operating systems such as Android, IOS. Short message services (SMS) is one of them. Although SMS as an application has existed for a long time, the method for managing short messages is rather outdated and very inconvenient. The is partially because most of the SMS applications are inherited from old fashioned mobile platforms, in which users of mobile phone usually concentrate on basic phone service and demand less for SMS. With the introduction of smart phone operating system, the old-fashioned method of short messages management is not suitable. To cope with this problem, in this paper we first conduct research on modern ways of short messages management, and then a short message services management system for mobile devices is designed. In this new system, more advanced options, such as messages query by date, by sender and sending a message to many receivers at the same time, for short messages is provided. Moreover, to validate our research and design, we implement the system based on Android platform. And we conduct some experiments with this system and test results shows that our system works quite well. With the mobile Internet becoming increasingly important to life, our research is expected to improve work efficiency greatly.

Abstract: A high isolation and compact microstrip diplexer for broadband and wireless local area network (WLAN) application is proposed in this paper. It is achieved by using the combination of a broadband bandpass filter (BPF) composed of one open stub and two short stubs of different size loaded in 50Ω feed lines. The tapped stub can not only generate two zeros to deepen the stopband, but also connect other BPF without deterioration of in-band performance. Hence, the compact diplexer combines two BPFs without extra junction matching network. The mutual loading effect approximately equivalent to a coupled resonator can create one zero at the passband edge to improve the isolation. The proposed microstrip diplexer is designed and fabricated, and it has a 1dB fractional bandwidths (FBW) of 60% at 3.5GHz for broadband channel and 3% at 5.8GHz for WLAN channel . The simulated and measured results are presented and good agreement is obtained.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the terminal RRC connection establishment procedure, designs its message sequence chart (MSC), then write abstract test suits in TTCN-3 core language on TTworkbench test platform, generate GFT figure and compare it with the protocol specification, and complete conformance testing of RRC connection establishment procedure. At present, this scheme has been effectively verified in the project of TD-LTE TTCN extended test suite instrument development.

Abstract: LTE-A system introduces new PUCCH format 3, so UE can feedback up to 20 bits, the downlink ACK/NACK. Because of the limitation of bits, PUCCH format 3 can't use regular RM code, but use two way of RM code. This paper first introduces two methods of normal RM and overlapping RM, and then analysis the simulation of the performance of different algorithms that overlap RM has the better bit error rate and throughput performance.

Abstract: In order to deal with the complexity and uncertainty in medical image diagnosis of osteosarcoma, we proposed a new method based on Bayesian network, and first applied it to recognize osteosarcoma. A new multidimensional feature vector composed of both biochemical indicator and the quantized image features is defined and used as input to the Bayesian network, so as to establish a more accurate and reliable osteosarcoma recognition probability model. Experimental results demonstrate the effective of our method, there are 50 training samples and 30 testing samples, and the accuracy is up to 86.67%, which close to the expert diagnosis.

Abstract: In this paper, the intelligent DNS is introduced to resolve user having slow campus internet speed when access our campus website. Our campus has three exports, connected to the CERNET, the Telecom and the Unicom respectively. The campus website is usually resolves to the CERNET, this led to when user from the other ISP accessing campus website, it need across different ISP, but across different ISP take more time, so resulted in slow speed problem. To solve the problem, we design and implement an intelligent DNS method base on open source software squid and BIND. Practical results show that this method can improve access speed effectively, and enhance the security of website.

Abstract: To meet the demand of the higher precision ratio and recall ratio of service search, a method of Web service discovery is proposed based on ontology evolution and Web service migration. According to the developed cloud service platform and the existed service repository and domain ontology list, a service migration process is proposed which migrate to the cloud platform and implement unified management for Web service. This process effectively achieves that Web services migrate in and out of the cloud platform. In order to realize the self-evolution of domain ontology, an ontology alignment mechanism is designed to automatic extend and replace of ontology concept. This mechanism achieves the integration of different keywords with the same meaning and ensures the consistency of ontology concept. In this paper, the method not only enables efficient service discovery and dynamic service management, but also can achieve high concurrency support of services and supply or billing on demand. The experiments show that the proposed method solves the search problem of low efficiency based on keyword, and it effectively improves the precision ratio and recall ratio of service discovery.
